Sarah Michelle Gellar is back!! I hope I'm not the only one excited about this fact, and this show for that matter! Anyways, I'd like to hear some of your general opinions of the show, before it airs on the 13th, and hopefully we'll get into some deep conversation about the series after the premiere! (Hopefully, it's not a bust... which I'm pretty sure it won't be, though I've been wrong before)

I am not sure what it is about, but I agree that I am SUPER excited as well to see her return...she has done enough bad movies with her husband and that needs to stop.

At first I wasn't interested. Then I read the synopsis and I'm interested. Not excited but interested. My biggest worry is it will turn into a very slow burner like Flashforward and certain parts of Lost did. Hopefully it won't. Thankfully it has Nestor Carbonell so that's one big bonus.

From what I've read from the synopsis and from what I've seen in the promos, I knew that Ringer would be on my list of must see's this fall. However, I do share some Carey's worry, but while I admit to having very slight doubts about the series as a whole, I expect it to be a lot more interesting than most shows I've recently watched so, I'm looking forward to this one. Plus, Sarah Michelle Gellar's return to television is something to be excited about, and Nestor Carbonell's presence just adds to that excitement. Overall, this should be a nice little series.

I loved Ringer. Mum said she hated it, but I just don't understand why. I'm not even a fan of the show just because SMG was Buffy - the pilot was great, the story is interesting, and the twists are awesome. Plus the way its all edited together, and the way they tell the story was definitely intriguing. xD
I loved the ending. I called it, but it was still surprising!

Yeah, they pretty much gave the ending away from the promos. lmao "Siobhan, we have a problem. Bridget's still alive." Like... oh... thanks for spoiling me. lmao!

Like... oh... thanks for spoiling me. lmao! oh, wow, I didn't even remember that ... but that is pretty stupid. That's dumber than when they showed a clip of Jimmy Olsen dead in a Smallville promo, and it was meant to be the big shocking twist of the episode. lol.

lmfao, I didn't even see Jimmy in the promo for Smallville. I gasped when I saw him in the finale. HAHAHA! I didn't even see Aaron Ashmore as a guest star when the episode started.

I didn't notice it was Jimmy until I finished watching the finale. I wasn't that shocked he was killed off though, I don't think. I remember just being relieved that Chloe wasn't dead, in the eighth season of a show based on Superman, lol. And OMG. That "Guest Star Aaron Ashmore" ruined the final Chloe scene for me, because I could have sworn Chloe was going to get up, leave her kid, and then meet Jimmy in the hallway or something -- there was like 5 minutes left of the episode and Jimmy hadn't turned up yet, so I was shitting it. HAHA. Anyway, Ringer ... good pilot!

Ringer, tomorrow! Wow, this is fun. Following another Sarah Michelle Gellar series on a weekly basis. I hope it stays on the air for at least five seasons, and if it does, I hope the episodes are good.

The show continues to impress me. I'm falling for Sarah Michelle Gellar, all over again, and in episode 3, I finally saw a little bit of "Buffy Summers" come out in Bridget, A.K.A -- I squealed like a little girl up and down that episode! xD *Joking....* shut up.

Figure I should probably get involved in more of the TV discussion and since the first episode of 'Ringer' aired in Australia last night I thought this would be a good place to start So, starting off I just wanted to say I really like the title for this series. A bit random, I know, but since I didn't know anything about the series before watching it I was like, what the hell does Ringer mean? Then the whole twin thing came up and it's like, oh, ringer like dead ringer. Genius moment right there. At least I got it straight away, unlike my sister who only picked it up 5, 10 mins before the show finished XD Okay, into the actual episode/show: Possibly an unpopular opinion warning here but I have to say I was a little underwhelmed. I didn't think it was bad but I didn't think it was all that great either. I wasn't the only one in my family to think this though, my mum got bored half way though and went to bed and my sister agreed with me the the episode sorta... fell flat in some places. It was like it was trying to be this mysterious action/drama but just not quite getting there. The really obvious use of green screen though the episode also irked me a bit but that's more technical issues than storyline issues. But like I said before the show wasn't bad, just a little dull for me (and my sister). I'll probably tune in next week to see how the show goes but I have to admit that if it doesn't do anything in the next couple of episodes to impress me I won't be making a habit of watching.
