"Faith the Vampire Slayer" was a virtual series spinoff of the Joss Whedon's cult hit "Buffy the Vampire Slayer", written and developed by Jack D. Malone. The series followed Faith Lehane (Eliza Dushku), Robin Wood (D.B. Woodside), Riley Finn (Marc Blucas), Oz (Seth Green), Vi Morgan (Felicia Day), and later, original characters Jennifer Lehane (Shannon Doherty) and Anthony Daniels (David Anders), after the events of the season seven finale of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. The premise was as follows;
In this epic new adventure, Faith and boyfriend Robin Wood move to Cleveland as they continue to fight the good fight. When a virus diseased vampire escapes from the testing laboratory's, he breaks loose into the city. With a virus that could wipe out the entire population of humans, he poses a threat to the world. Teaming up with old Initiative soldier Riley Finn and werewolf Oz, they journey through Cleveland fighting the forces of evil; not to mention the Hellmouth!
The series was picked up by The VPN in 2008 and aired through October of 2009, completing one full season, and five episodes of season 2 before production was canceled. "Faith" is remembered as VPN's first big hit, being rated number one virtual series throughout its run on The VPN!
And lastly, a promo that includes not only "Faith the Vampire Slayer," but it's mother virtual continuation series, "Buffy the Vampire Slayer."
