I am beyond excited about the increase of episodes! I hope it's indicative of a larger, over-arcing storyline for the sequence.
From the spoilers we have so far it would appear that there might be some development between Robbie and Alisha. I think the really cool thing about his side of this hot mess is that his feelings are genuine and that made him a really likeable aspect of the previous sequence and I certainly didn't hold many conflicted feelings towards him or distrust of him. I think the power was very much in Alisha's hands to be like, "no, I don't want this." So there's a lot of potential in expanding and growing the character of Robbie this season.
I know Alex talked about the possibility of dying in the discussion thread but I wanted to mention it here. I think it would be heartbreaking to lose David. The ramifications of that kind of tragedy within this show would be an interesting drive for the sequence but I think the event in and of itself was tragic enough. I feel like there's more story to tell with him, and the Alisha/David dynamic certainly isn't over. There's potential in exploring this conflict, and exploring David outside of this relationship and see where he goes from here. I certainly don't think death would be a cop out but it's not the best route - story wise - to take because of how heightened the conflict became in the finale. So I hope there's more of him in season four, and if the premiere is his last episode it better be a hell of a good send off because he's my absolute favourite character right now.
I feel like this sequence might be getting back to its roots in a way with the Alisha and Alex friendship. I'm excited to see that again and see that become a primary focus. It's been a while, and judging by the spoilers there's a lot coming up for those two? Ugh. I'm just so excited for this new sequence to start, man. Woooooo!

I am beyond excited about the increase of episodes! I hope it's indicative of a larger, over-arcing storyline for the sequence. WOOT! The increase in episodes definitely was for story purposes - not necessarily an over-arcing storyline that stretches over all 20 episodes, but several of them that come together by the end of the sequence. I will say Robbie and Alisha have two completely separate arcs this sequence. Yes, they will share scenes in the beginning of the sequence, as well as throughout, because there is still tension and awkwardness between the two over what has happened. And I'll also say that Robbie's story will intertwine with another characters, so you'll have to stay tuned for that Yeah, I'm really sorry for that being moved to the discussion thread. Totally my fault. I needed to add more episode posts, and my OCD kicked in and I had to have them all in order haha. But anyway, I shall keep my lips sealed over what is to come for dear old David. There's definitely going to be a huge focus on the relationship between Alex and Alisha. I felt like that's been really lacking last sequence, so I wanted to make up for it with this one Thanks for the speculation, man! Always means a lot!

CASTING NEWS: KEKE PALMER LANDS IN HOLLYWOOD The first casting exclusive of sequence four! News has just been released that Keke Palmer ('Akeelah and the Bee,' 'Rags') has been cast as Kelsey Marks, a former student at the University of Southern California who has taken a semester off to reorganize her life. Palmer will make her first appearance in episode 5, entitled "Let's Go Out," where her character will meet Alyson Stoner's Alisha Hall, with whom most of her scenes are shared with. "Kelsey creates an unusual story for Alisha," Palmer says. "Not unusual in the actual story, but unusual with how it affects Alisha." "I'm really excited for Kelsey, as well as what she's going to bring to the show," series creator Brady Brown was quoted saying. "She introduces a really interesting dynamic, and helps Alisha with what she's been going through since the sequence three finale. Hopefully fans will enjoy." Any thoughts on what Kelsey Marks will bring to the table? Leave your comments down below, and keep your eyes out for more spoilers regarding the fourth sequence of "Audition"!

I think I'm just excited for more female friendships on the show and female dynamics on the show and definitely broaden Alisha's interactions this sequence. It's exciting to see her branch out and engage with other characters. I hope Kelsey isn't someone who lost a person they loved and took time off to cope with it and THAT is her way to "help Alisha with what she's been through." I'm so nervous that it is. Nervous/Excited.

EXCLUSIVE: THE MICHAEL BERRETA "DUOLOGY"! News has just broke that episodes nine and ten, which include the arc one finale, of the sequence four of "Audition" has been labeled "The Michael Duology". The two untitled episodes, which have been rumored to be a two-part story, will "introduce an entirely new storyline for Michael," says series creator Brady Brown. "He's very much been in the background for a majority of the series, and hasn't really had a standout storyline, in my opinion, apart from his panic crisis. So, it's going to be really fun to see how Michael works when he's given a story that is the main focus of these two episodes." When asked about what his story is about, Patrick Dempsey said, "I can't say too much! Though, I will say that it introduces characters that will have a lasting impression on Michael as a character, and maybe even more than that. It's really about Michael coming into his own in this huge city, and I'm really excited for it." So, thoughts? Theories? What could this story be about? Leave your speculation down below, and make sure to tune in to Audition's fourth sequence, premiering soon!

Whenever Michael gets the spotlight, it's always refreshing and I've appreciated the times when this series has focused on him a little more, or had him in the middle of the drama so I'm excited to see the "Michael Duology"

CASTING NEWS: MEET THE (AUDITION) SULLIVAN'S! It has officially been announced that Sandra Oh ('Grey's Anatomy') and Yunjin Kim ('Lost') have been cast on Audition! The two actresses have been cast as Shannon and Mei Sullivan, respectively - the adoptive mothers of David Sullivan! The biggest question this brings about, though, is in what capacity these two ladies will be appearing: "Are they here to visit their son in this hospital, or are they here to bury him?" It will be answered in the sequence premiere, we've been told. However, the first appearance for Oh and Kim is the second episode entitled "Girls Night". "We're expanding our own sort of universe with introducing David's parents," series creator Brady Brown told us. "It helps establish this characters are real, as actual human begins with families. Shannon and Mei are going to help us dive into David's backstory, despite whether or not he lives or dies. It's something we've been lacking on in the past three sequences, and it's going to be really exciting to dig into it." Thoughts on this casting? How do you think these two women will come into play? Or better yet, how do you think the state of David will affect them? Leave your comments down below, and stay tuned for more information on the fourth sequence of Audition!

LOOKING FORWARD TO THIS SO MUCH!!! My first thought, after seeing a Jonas brother was going to be in the SWP main cast was "Oh, I wonder if Troy will ever run into Robbie?!" Oh, and I have a confession, Brady - I watched the new opening credits (EPIC, btw) before reading, since I don't have an issue with spoilers I have to admit, I support the recasting, and I might reread all previous sequences of "Audition" with this 'new David' in mind, as part of my reason for never taking a shine to David much, was primarily because I really don't like Angus T. Jones AT ALL! So, you may not have killed him off, but you've done something even better!

LOOKING FORWARD TO THIS SO MUCH!!! My first thought, after seeing a Jonas brother was going to be in the SWP main cast was "Oh, I wonder if Troy will ever run into Robbie?!" Oh God, that would be SO WILD. Yeah, I remember you talking about your indifference towards Angus T. Jones, so I'm really glad you support this recast, and hopefully it plays a factor in you enjoying David and his storyline more
