Watchdogs is in for a small overhaul. The formats of The Beat and Village will change from strictly celebrity gossip to general New York news.
What this means is that the season will be adjusted to fit in more potential story lines. This could quite possibly extend the season from just ten episodes. These changes are still in the works and will be discussed with the network heads very soon.

Yeah, I hate what they've done since Google bought them out. I had to change the music to my oldest video because of them. Arrrrrrg... Now it seems like the only way to get around that is to make shorter videos.

I think this show is going to be one of VPN's most beloved. The great contrast of humor, drama, and mature themes really makes this show stand out from any other show on the network. I love how you've organized your structure, with all the threads in the board, and I really enjoyed the characters introduced in the pilot! So I can't wait to see this air, and see how the story progresses. Any set dates you're reaching for? Wow that's an amazing compliment. Thank you. And I'm glad you like the changes as well. I thought it was a bit congested and unorganized so it was time for something new. As far as a premiere date, I'm looking at July 24th. It comes at a perfect time for me. Would that be okay?

-December 31, 2009- This is gonna be good.
I'm so excited! I'm so excited! I...am so...scared! Okay, I totally stole that line from Saved by the Bell but I think it fits here. Watchdogs premiers in the Fall and already people are saying they love it. It's got this huge, awesome cast of unbelievable stars. I can't even function right now. First of all, let me just say how stoked I am that Adrian Grenier is on the show. After watching him on Entourage, I was hoping he'd break out and I think he will here. While his character was redeemable on that show, I don't think this one will be. Chris Fisher seems like a jerk, but a hot one that you regret sleeping with. With that said, I OFFER MY VAGINA TO YOU ADRIAN! Too much? Okay, I'll stop. Next, there is that pregnant chick from Lost. What's her face? Emilie? Didn't really care about her on Lost. Her and Charlie were so annoying. With that said, I saw previews of the first episode and I actually like her. Finally the chick gets a part that doesn't require her to cry every five seconds. Moving on, Gabby Reiner needs to be my new BFF. I adore Christina Ricci so automatically her character is gonna be my favorite. And have you seen the previews? This chick is gonna be so funny! I can't wait to see what else she has to say. Finally, a woman on TV that speaks her mind and isn't a complete biotch or freak for doing so. THANK YOU! Side Note: Adrien Brody as James Willingham? Too soon to tell. I only know Camilla Belle as the girl with the huge eyebrows who dumped her lesbian twin Joe Jonas and made him/her cry on stage. Wow, that was a long sentence. Anyway, her character seems like a total biotch. Gag me. Two lines and I already want smack her. Brings new meaning to the phrase ' Look at that slut, I hope she dies.' Knock on wood! I don't actually hope she dies but that phrase is so funny. Shout out to ONTD! Okay, I know I said that Gabby would be my fave character because of Christina Ricci but I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOE LOVE Sandra Bullock as Mary Frankfort. Excuse me, it's Bloody Mary if you're nasty! She sizzles on the screen as the boss you never want but I love it! She's so funny and everybody is so afraid of her. It's awesome! I know people are going to label her with negative things but she seriously is inspirational. How many women do you see so in control like that? NONE I tell ya! And last but not least is my Charmed DILF Brian Krause. I think the universe agrees with me when I say he makes a great DILF because they made him one on this show as well! I love seeing a hot guy with kids. Something about it just- fine. I'll stop there. His character David seems like a great guy. He's apparently divorced with a horrible ex wife. David, I'll slash her tires and egg her house if you want me to! This show is going to be so awesome. I can't wait! As always, XoX Kelly - The Gossip Queen

---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Genre: Drama/Comedy Rating: TV-MA Features: Strong language, strong sexual content, loads of humor Tag line: It's a dog-eat-dog world out there...Premiere Date: July 24, 2010. Saturday Night. 9pm eastern. Two shows. Two networks. One time slot. It's a cat fight to the top as both shows compete for that number one spot. Those caught in the crossfire will find their lives turned upside down- for better or for worse. You have The New York Beat or The Beat for short. It is a daily "news" show that features mainly celebrity gossip and interviews. Its rival, The Village, is a similar show on a completely different network. Going head to head are managing directors David Sullivan of The Beat and Mary "Bloody Mary" Frankfort of The Village. Egos are at stake because whomever is doing the best gets not only a bigger salary, but more bragging rights and respect. They also get the more famous guests, something the studio heads of both shows desperately want. In the middle of this are the workers. Jenna Carmichael and Natasha Beufaunte host The Beat. They are extremely popular but off screen rivals. Rumors are swirling that the studio wants to strip the show down to one host, making these two very insecure about their jobs. Hosting The Village are Chris Fisher and Casey Summers. Chris is handsome, arrogant, and a ladies man. He constantly entices rivals Jenna and Natasha, often offering them a night of "sex so amazing, [they'll] leave the Beat and become a janitor at The Village just for another sample of [him]." Natasha and Jenna jointly dislike him, which seems to be the only thing uniting them. Wardrobe stylist Gabby is Jenna's best friend. She supports Jenna and is often caught in light banter with network rival host Chris Fisher. Casey is neutral and does not involve herself in the behind-the-scenes rivalries. Appearing naive, she ignores the banter and acts as a buffer. The core of the show is its large cast. Some have secrets that could destroy their reputations while others are just trying to find out who they really are. It is a show about passion, loyalty, betrayal, lies, secrets, lusts, obsession, and so much more.
