CHANGES ARE COMINGAs we are just ONE day away from the Second Season Premiere of Nightfall. There are major cast line up changes coming. Rahul Kohli, who plays Micah Fell, will be departing the main cast. Micah will not be a major player in this season but there will be some closure to his story. In order to bring that closure, Tiya Sircar will be joining as Maya Fell, his long lost sister. We will learn what really happened to Maya and why she is REALLY working with the Trinity. But this is not the end of Micah, sources say, Micah will return towards the end of the season, along with Maya to assist with the upcoming battle.
Another change is the departure of Maika Monroe, who played Vanessa Vanderwood all of Season One. Maika will be putting away her fangs as Vanessa for the time being. But that doesn't mean she's completely out of the picture. Creator Brian had this to say "With Vanessa, she was always destined for her fate, which she met in episode nine of Season One. But I have ideas on how to bring her back into the story. Vanessa Vanderwood doesn't go down without a fight. " Maika could possibly return later on in the season, as MANY old faces are set to make returns in 2x08. Could Vanessa be one of them? Tune in to find out!

It feels good to be writing again. It's been too long. This past year has been a pretty rough one. I couldn't focus to save my life. However, just writing one scene feels like a victory to me. It's also given me that small spark of passion for the project I was worried I would never get back. I've also been keeping random ideas for films that have popped up in my head over the last year, stuff that makes me excited. I'm ready to finish this season of Paradise Lost and do so other new projects. Exciting stuff for me. How is everyone else doing? Hope all is going well. I’ve slowly been finishing Season Two of Nightfall. And then I was like GREAT IM DONE TIME TO WRITE SEASON THREE. I’m being too on top of it. And I get your feeling. Some days I felt like I couldn’t write because I felt as if I wrote myself into a wall. And then I go back to try and fix it and then I hate it. But lately, it’s like some weird spark hit. Good luck with Paradise! Hopefully you can finish it and air it soon!

BIG CHANGES
As many of y'all might not know, Season One, as of 2/19/19 went under the knife. I went back and fixed some things that didn't feel right. I felt as if this would help benefit the series. It was like a soft reboot of sorts. While the story and characters stayed the same, it helps the show going forward because I fixed problems such as Fredrick's storyline, lines and such that the writing just didn't feel right. Also, SPAG errors were fixed. I tried my best, but I am human and fail epically. But this is all before the big Season Two premiere. I won't be going back to Season One now that it is at a point where I am proud of it. I hope you all will love it and will love Season Two when it comes out.

Where the Darkness Began
While we still wait for an official word on when Nightfall Season Two will begin. We can confirm that Nightfall will be travelling back to 1783 through flashbacks and we will learn more about what really went down on Victory Day and how it all ties back into what the Blackridge Gang is facing now. First we have Vera Farmiga taking over the role of Caitlyn Goode. Caitlyn is full of fire and will do anything to protect the town of Blackridge and her daughter. Caitlyn has a few tricks up her sleeve that still to this day are throwing the Trinity for a loop in their plans. Next we have Jospeh Finnes playing William Adams. While remained un-casted in Season One, Jospeh will take over the William Adams, Benjamin's father. He is strong willed and never backs down from a fight.
Next up, we announced that Dan Stevens would be playing Vincent St. John. But due to some changes going forward, Michael Rosenbaum will play Vincent St. John going forward. Vincent will have a bigger presence this season as his intentions with the Trinity are revealed and we find out who the monster is underneath. And finally, we have Thandie Newton playing a new arrival, Eudora Abernathy. Eudora is a former slave, freed and now a honorary member of the Reynolds family. She is kind hearted and protects those she calls family. But get in her way, and you will regret it.
And while the season still moves forward, we can tell you this, Season Two is shaping up to be explosive. There is a huge plot twist in episode six that will change the course of the series FOREVER and really change what you thought you knew. The battle the Blackridge Gang is fighting is bigger than they thought. Stay tuned for more casting announcements and possibly some SPOILERS! A quick updated change: Ignore the fact that Michael Rosenbaum would be playing Vincent. It will remain Dan Stevens. I was going through some changes and realized, it's stupid to recast a character I've already casted. I will update soon with some teasers for the new season and quite possibly a Trailer!

I've been speeding through Nightfall Season Two and I'm on 2x07. So that means I have three episodes left until I complete a second season and possibly finally write a third season without rebooting the show.

Fresh Blood of Blackridge
With a new season, comes new characters. We can confirm four new characters who will be taking on the mystery and craziness that is Blackridge. CAMILA MENDES has been cast to play IRIS HOLDEN, a young witch from a powerful bloodline. She is described as strong willed and loyal. She comes from a dark past that was helped escaped from her current boyfriend, BANE EVERS. Bane is played by FREDDIE HIGHMORE. Like Iris, Bane is a witch as well. A witch without magic. Iris and him are hell bent on getting his magic back. But one of them holds a very dark secret. Both Bane and Iris will play a huge role in Courtney's story as she will be having strange visions of something within the catacombs.
Next, NICHOLE BLOOM is going to be playing, LEXI AZUMI, young and spunky. She left Blackridge as a child and grew up in New Orleans. But after some bad things happened to her, she is ready to return home. Lexi can hear things that no one else can and see things no one else can. The big question is, what does that have to do with the Trinity? And finally, ROSS BUTLER will be playing HAYDEN SKYLAR, ex boyfriend of the first major causality of the series, Kate Swan. He is blinded by things and is determined to bring Kate back. No matter what it takes.
With these exciting new faces coming in to play, everything is going to change. Check back for more casting announcements and big changes coming to Nightfall, this Fall only on theVPN. "Big Changes" Why does that fill me with a cold sense of dread..?!?!? Big things are coming to Blackridge. Darkness is coming.... or has it already been there? Basically, everything you think you know about the Trinity and their goals, it's going to blow your mind. I'm going to delve deeper into their history of the town. I'm going to reveal what REALLY went down on Victory Day, the day the Trinity first fell. And Phoebe and Clark will be having to make it work going forward because their love will be challenged as the season goes on. Oh, and don't be surprised to see some crazy s**t go down. I'm just getting started.

Gonna try to revive this game as well! Yanny or Laurel? At first Yanny. Then Laurel. It's Laurel. Fight me. How about.... Kelly Clarkson or Lady Gaga (Jack don't kill me)
