Time jumps can be seen in shows like Lost, Battlestar Galactica, and even One Tree Hill, and when done correctly, they can enhance a story tremendously. What do you think of 'The Time Jump?' Do you think you would ever use them on your virtual series? Why or why not?

I think time jumps are okay, like you said, when done correctly. Like, as long as you keep it so it makes sense and there is a legitimate reason behind it as well as an explanation, I don't see a problem with it. I dunno if I would ever use one, personally, but I wouldn't be against it if I had a need for one.

I think that Bad Wolf is a show good for time jumps....especially since it is about time travel XD. Haha, it would be kinda funny if there wasn't one? "I rebuilt the Tardis, Rose, but we can't travel through time. I can, however, get you to the nearest shopping mall quicker than a bus -- well, maybe not a bus, but it beats walking..." And there's your show! Haha. XD When it comes to time jumps, if its done right, I like them. Like Aimee said, if there's a purpose or reason for it that makes sense and feels natural, sure -- go for it. It will more than likely work. But if its just for the hell of it, then no. The main reason I hate time jumps is because there could be SO much story involved between now, and then, and if you skip it, only to lightly gloss over it, it really pisses people off (well, it annoys ME).

Define the word "Time Jump" to me its a jump between any two given points in time, Buffy had time practically every season in my opinion we even have two planned for Winchester all ready in that case unless your talking about time jumps that take place a year or more later than when we last left whatever show it is were watching?

Oohhh yeah...Time Jumps are tricky! They're great because you have the time from the jump to when you restart the series to fill in with all of these plots that could come back to haunt them...this may happen with The Path....(In like 3 more seasons lol) And Kerry yes you could do time jumps like in every episode and no one would care!
