After an incident involving cloning at a biochemical company called Solaris, an Outbreak occurs that begins infecting cities by the hour, soon only a few hundred are left alive in a nation of billions, now the survivors will do whatever they have to in order to survive. But how long will the survivors be able to survive in world that has pretty much ended?

CHARACTERS

Nina Gray
(Portrayed by Scout-Taylor Compton)

A college student at Franklin University, who is regarded by most of her peers as a nerd, Nina plans on becoming a lawyer after graduating.. Scratch that planned seeing how the outbreak has put a major damper on her studying since the school library is overrun with zombies now days. Nina turns to Will for help and the two forms an uneasy friendship but seeing as there aren't very many options, Nina decides to stick with Will and his best friend Trevor for the time.

William “Will” Hall

Will has spent most of his life with his faced buried in his television set watching movies and playing video games and has only managed to make one friend, the wise cracking Trevor and the two agree to stick together though all of college’s ups and downs, though does that include a zombie apocalypse? Naturally given Will’s love of video games, he believes he knows how to survive the apocalypse though as Will quickly discovers this is no video game.

Ashley Monroe
(Portrayed by Lucy Hale)

A high school student from a small Seattle town, Ashley is one of the few humans to survive the horrors of the Outbreak, though manages to find survivor Dylan in the chaos and the two head to New York in hopes of finding Ashley’s mother.

Doctor Naomi Monroe
(Portrayed by Elizabeth Mitchell)
A Doctor working out of St. Michael in a small town just outside of New York. Naomi struggles with whether she is needed at the hospital or if she should go find her daughter.

President Daniel Keller
(Portrayed by Dennis Quad)
A former army general, Keller believes he is the perfect man to lead the nation against the zombie infected world, though with chaos erupting around the country, will Keller even be able to hold any real form of power?

Agent Grace Powell
(Portrayed by Daniela Ruah)
A member of Keller’s security team and a personal advisor to the President, Keller asks Grace to find someone and with her fiancé found turned into one of the undead, Grace agrees and begins her journey.

Dylan Madsen

A classmate of Ashley’s and her only ally in the aftermath of the outbreak, with his family dead, Dylan decides to join Ashley in her search for hers though is much less optimistic than she is.

Trevor Bishop

Will’s roommate and wise cracking best friend, Trevor decides to join Will on his plan to leave the city though doesn’t approve of Nina’s company.

Ashley Cole makes it home and discovers her father has turned into one of the undead, upset she leaves home and decides to travel to New York to find her mother, and along the way runs into a fellow classmate.

In New York City Doctor Naomi Munroe is forced to choose between helping the wounded or returning home to her home town to find her daughter and husband.

NOTES: So I've always been in love with zomble movies and video games, and have many plans for this series, and yes it will be my last active pitch but I just couldn't help myself

The first season's theme will be "Come Together" and have will end spoilerifically with all our characters coming together, (at least those who will still be alive) in a very "iconic" location, twisted around of course. Literally.

The second season will be titled "Origins" and we may do a few flashbacks and I plan to include a scientist who was working for Solaris at the time of the Outbreak and we will include a military team who will be "helping out" it will also feature all our own original mains, pairing off into new groups.

My biggest inspirations for the series was Independence day and dare I say. Heroes, I loved the way they would bring such unexpected characters together and would have these amazing stories "Matt/Mohinger/Molly?" Let's face it was one of the highlights of season two.
