MEGA AWESOME REVIEW Part 1 (Episode 1.04 "Phasing Out") So i told you this was going to be lengthy...but then i realized that it was going to take WAY to long for you to read. SO having mercy on you i decided that i will do each episode seperately EXCEPT for "Legacy" which is going to be 2 episodes in ONE review So this episode is a GREAT intro to Kitty Pryde. One of my favorite female Xmen . I HOPE she gets awesome time in the rest of the series when it returns. Also in this episode it set the stage for Mystique to re-appear and try to recruit Kitty only to get Toad.haha. FUNNY . Another thing that happened that set the stage for bigger consequences is Spidey getting set up and framed for a murder. This is ONE episode that i enjoyed . NOW time for the character summaries: MELANIE HAELSTROM/SPIDER-GIRL and MARY JANE WATSON My favorite girl/web-head. Her relationship with MJ just gets better and better to read . I LOVE them together. Like i said before her relationship to Charles is AWESOME, its like they have been best friends forever . Of course Im MORE anxious for Gwen and Spidey to have a relationship....you can already see it happening right now. And of course Melanie is framed by Mystique....i cant wait to see how she gets out of this one. Although she was only there for the Melanie side of things, MJ is still number one KRISTEN SPARKS and JEAN GREY They are ANOTHER couple i cant wait to get together. They are too cute together.hahaha. I love how the professor sent them to go get Toad. It also gave us a look at how they are SLOWLY developing into a serious relationship. I also have to say that Kristen and Jean's banter is sort of the same as MJ and Melanie's which make it EVEN more cuter than usual BOBBY DRAKE and KARIN WAGNER Although THEY didnt have a huge part in this episode it did show that the dynamic between the two was good enough for me . I cant wait to see it develop more KITTY PRYDE YES . She is finally here. As i said before she is one of my favorite characters and I cant WAIT to see her get into the thick of it after Legacy . Her attitude and personality is EXACTLY how it was when she first met the xmen and was being recruited. I just hope she goes through the same trials as her comic book counterpart . I like also how she seems to be the innocent one. And you know what happens to the innocent when they go into the superhero biz.hahahaha. THE BROTHERHOOD Didnt really have much of a big role in this aswell. BUT i still love Lance. I also adore the maximoffs. I CANT WAIT for Magneto and them to have a convo together about there family. Of course with Toad added to the team im sure he is going to be the added pain. I also want to see the Brotherhood have an episode to themselves.hahaha MYSTIQUE More on her in the "Legacy" review.hahaha NORMAN More on him in the "Legacy" review GWEN STACY All i have to say is that she is AWESOME . I HONESTLY cant wait to see her kick some ass. I love that she is Pro-mutants. I also love that she is SO like Chloe. It makes me happy ALL RIGHTY. Sorry this took so long to do. You dont get questions for this review since you answered them all when the episode aired.hahahahahahahaha. BUT You do get a happy slap down.....10/10 Get ready for Part 2

The new episode sure was one hell of a rollercoaster (sorry, I had to..) of emotions between the characters. And it was all sooo good. Seriously, I loved all the character scenes and they never got boring. The script always managed to keep my interest up with every scene. Now, let's try to divide this thing --
Between Athletes and Readheads
Easily the strongest part of the episode, although I loved everything else too. Starting with that nice parking lot scene, this... uh, quadriangle (? >.O Yeeah... I'll call it that..) just kept on amusing me throughout. The emotions displayed between the four of them, particularly between Jean and Mary Jean (*Coughs* The ending scenes *Coughs*) were pulled off very well in their dialogue, which thankfully never seemed to drop towards the cliché as it could with the subject of teen drama. But let's focus a bit on those two mentioned just now. I continue to love the hell out of Jean, she's just so awesome, especially when she's being somewhat of a bitch. And I continue to admire you guys for having me like Mary Jane, despite hating her in the movie (and you used the same actress as well, which is all-the-more impressing). Nearing the end, there was a showdown between the two redheads and... well, it sure was something to "witness". xD The little aftermath that followed, with them talking and making amends I liked too. No matter how awesome it was to see them fight, I wouldn't want to see them hating each other's guts for a longer time.
I loved the Kristen/Jean scenes threaded throughout the episode, especially the one in the Fortune Tent (or whatever it was called again..). They're my favorite relationship on the series and that scene stood out in my shipper-centric visor. And not just that... I think that scene was some excellent piece of foreshadowing. It sent chills down my spine, knowing what Jean eventually becomes.
Also, I feel like I must express my desire of seeing more interaction between Jean and Melanie. Their telepathic conversation back at the parking lot made me giggle at every line. xD
And finally, there was the breakup scene at the very end, between Kristen and Mary Jean. I won't say anything detailed on that, other than... you made me almost cry! I hate you. I'm not supposed to almost-cry... I never almost-cry. Stupid you, including the picture with her parents and all... (although Bobby's bunny ears sort of cheered me up when I purposefully went back and re-read that part afterwards. xD)
And speaking of Bobby --
Ice and... uh, Intangability
Normally, I would have just stated that they NEED to happen, but with their scenes in this episode (the opening kitchen scene and ferris wheel scene stood out there..) I'm just gonna say: YES! It's finally happening! Kitty/Bobby! They are unbelievably cute together. I never liked them in The Last Stand, but on the series here they're perfect. Keep on giving me more scenes of them together! xD
The Goblins/Climatic Showdown
Here is where I felt, for me personally, the episode dropped a bit. Again, for me personally, for one reason alone: The villains were pretty pathetic. Sorry! I loved the whole sequence itself and there was nothing wrong with the showdown in its own right, but I really felt The Goblins were lacking as a threat. As the episode progressed, I was really hoping to see Haylee kick some serious ass as The Demigoblin. And sure, she did kick ass... but I felt she and the other two were still treated a lot like cartoon villains here. They got maybe one or two ups, before the heroes outed them in some big way. That isn't to say I don't like them, don't think that's what I'm saying. I still love our three Gobbies, Haylee particularly... but I felt their "revenge" left me kinda disappointed because of what I mentioned.
Random Notes
And just some random, shorter notes here:
- Everything about the carnival was great. Some very nice touches there, like the Fortune Tent (still, whatever it's called again..) and its various weird contents and those big Spider-Girl dolls that made my giggle every time they were mentioned. xD
- Trio of The Blondes. They were simply put, awesome. The three of them work very well together. Felicia and Haylee are both awesome (especially together) and I think Haylee has now joined my favorite characters list.
- I liked Gwen's little rant on the various things Melanie does, to Felicia and Haylee. Gwen is nice.
- She didn't have a lot of scenes, but I kinda like Karin. There's just something likeable that emits from her. I loved the little sequence where she was eating, for some reason. xD
- Ooh, ooh, I know who the masked guy was! Hehe! (Clue to people: Look at the "Guest Stars" list)
- And I must say, with "Person that is Masked Man" being there, I half (okay, more like (85%) expected to see Mystique make at the very least a little cameo there at the end. But it's okay, the other characters made up for her not being there more than enough! (Although I still can't lie about the fact that I missed her..)
9.5/10. I loved this episode. The character moments were unbelievably good, but I must take off a tiny bit because of the thing I mentioned about The Goblins. Sorry!

Seriously, I loved all the character scenes and they never got boring. The script always managed to keep my interest up with every scene. Now, let's try to divide this thing -- Being the first episode we've aired in a few months, this episode was definitely stressful for the crew. We had a lot of issues going on and it was just...a mess. But in the end, I like how it turned out for the most part and I'm so glad that you liked it! Between Athletes and ReadheadsEasily the strongest part of the episode, although I loved everything else too. Starting with that nice parking lot scene, this... uh, quadriangle (? >.O Yeeah... I'll call it that..) just kept on amusing me throughout. No matter how awesome it was to see them fight, I wouldn't want to see them hating each other's guts for a longer time. Admittedly, this one of the funnest parts with the episode. And I totally agree with you, it made sense for them to lash out at each other but them hating each other for any longer would have been unnecessary. It had to be resolved right there, otherwise it would have carried on much too long and probably would have gotten annoying for not only you guys to read, but for us to write. It's exciting to know that that bit of foreshadowing was so powerful for you. We honestly can't wait to get to that point in the series, but it's quite a ways off (if we even make it that far). But, regardless, we're really looking forward to exploring that part of Jean further. Also, I feel like I must express my desire of seeing more interaction between Jean and Melanie. Their telepathic conversation back at the parking lot made me giggle at every line. xD I personally love writing those scenes with Maddie. Jean and Melanie are so fun to write back and forth and you will definitely see more of those two interacting as the season goes on. You can count on that! XD And finally, there was the breakup scene at the very end, between Kristen and Mary Jean. I won't say anything detailed on that, other than... you made me almost cry! I hate you. I'm not supposed to almost-cry... I never almost-cry. Stupid you, including the picture with her parents and all... (although Bobby's bunny ears sort of cheered me up when I purposefully went back and re-read that part afterwards. xD) Aww! I'm sorry Amin! XD But I have to say that I am kinda glad that the scene was so powerful >.> Looks like I did my job! XD I wasn't sure if I was conveying the emotion correctly as I was writing that scene but if your reaction is any indication, I think I did it right for the most part XD And speaking of Bobby -- Ice and... uh, IntangabilityNormally, I would have just stated that they NEED to happen, but with their scenes in this episode (the opening kitchen scene and ferris wheel scene stood out there..) I'm just gonna say: YES! It's finally happening! Kitty/Bobby! They are unbelievably cute together. I never liked them in The Last Stand, but on the series here they're perfect. Keep on giving me more scenes of them together! xD All I have to say is that you will definitely be singing more of those two. An episode to look out for concerning them will definitely be episode eleven. The Goblins/Climatic ShowdownHere is where I felt, for me personally, the episode dropped a bit. Again, for me personally, for one reason alone: The villains were pretty pathetic. Sorry! I loved the whole sequence itself and there was nothing wrong with the showdown in its own right, but I really felt The Goblins were lacking as a threat. That isn't to say I don't like them, don't think that's what I'm saying. I still love our three Gobbies, Haylee particularly... but I felt their "revenge" left me kinda disappointed because of what I mentioned. I can see what you mean by that, but I will go ahead and say that the Goblins were meant to fail in this episode for a small combination of reasons. The biggest being that they didn't anticipate all the other heroes that would be in Spider-Girl's presence to help defend her. On top of that, their failed attempt will prove to anger them further and add to the much bigger plan that they have in store. In other words, this was simply a warning to Spider-Girl in a way, a way to make themselves known. Their true revenge is yet to come. Random NotesAnd just some random, shorter notes here: - Everything about the carnival was great. Some very nice touches there, like the Fortune Tent (still, whatever it's called again..) and its various weird contents and those big Spider-Girl dolls that made my giggle every time they were mentioned. xD I'm glad you enjoyed it! I have to say though that with everything that went wrong, I don't think I will ever do another episode with a carnival. - Trio of The Blondes. They were simply put, awesome. The three of them work very well together. Felicia and Haylee are both awesome (especially together) and I think Haylee has now joined my favorite characters list. Those three were a lot more fun than I originally thought to write. Maddie and I had a lot of fun with them so I'm glad you liked them! You'll definitely be seeing more of them together as well. Another thing to look forward to eppy eleven for! XD - I liked Gwen's little rant on the various things Melanie does, to Felicia and Haylee. Gwen is nice. Gwen is definitely a character that I wasn't fond of in the beginning, but the more I wrote for her and the more I learned about it, she easily became one of my favorites to write for. I love her, and I'm glad that you guys like her as well. I have to credit Jack for getting me so into her XD She's so much fun. - She didn't have a lot of scenes, but I kinda like Karin. There's just something likeable that emits from her. I loved the little sequence where she was eating, for some reason. xD - Ooh, ooh, I know who the masked guy was! Hehe! But it's okay, the other characters made up for her not being there more than enough! (Although I still can't lie about the fact that I missed her..) XD Well, you can expect to see Mystique in next week's episodes, as well as the rest of the Brotherhood. Same with Karin. She plays a bigger part in the next episode than she did in this week's. The "Masked Man" will be revealed as well. 9.5/10. I loved this episode. The character moments were unbelievably good, but I must take off a tiny bit because of the thing I mentioned about The Goblins. Sorry! I completely understand you're concern with the Goblins. Thank you so much for the review, Amin! You are awesome XD It's so great to be airing again and your positive review of this episodes has eased the fears I was having of coming back and trust me, I had a lot of them lmao XD Can't wait to see what you think of next week's episode!

I'm reading "The Demons Among Us" and just felt the need to drop by this line: SPIDER-GIRL (CONT’D) Except that fighting is bad kids, and you shouldn’t do it. Down with the pow-wows and up with the...oh forget it. Spider-Girl is awesome! xD

So I've now made half good on my promise to read episodes three and four. I've just "come back" from reading three and... my dear bloody god in heaven, what a fantastabulously great episode that was! I always liked this series a lot... but reading "Honor Thy Father" and now this episode, I am HOOKED all over again, as if I were discovering it for the first time. xD So yeah, let's try to go by the drill -- (Thank god this episode had THREE very clear plotlines, so dividing it isn't a bitch *Coughs*"Honor Thy Father"*Coughs* >.>) The Redheaded "Nutjob"What can I say? You know I love this show's Jean and reading her first episode here, I come back loving her even more (if that's now possible..). xD The Teaser with her trying to escape already had me giggling (I believe, at some point while she was out in the hallway and made some comment xD) and that didn't stop until her last scene. I really loved the "Spidey 2.0" thing (as commented by... Bobby, I think? There were a lot of people in that scene..) and the way they immediately started "out-witting" one another. Then, of course, we have Krean/Jaristen? (You guys seriously need to give me a solid name for their relationship... cause thosea are just... awful >_>). Jean and Kristen, anyway. And just like with my love for their relationship "in the present", I came to love them just one bit more after this episode. I love how they sort of just get right onto talking when they meet, without any awkwarness between them. It's like they've known each other for longer already (well, according to this, technically Jean... uhm, never mind). The little sequence where Jean tried to pull off Kristen's glasses was very powerful. I actually gasped and whispered "No, Jean, don't do that..." out loud when she first hinted at it. I mean, I know she lives (obviously) but I still got a bit worried there. xD Conclusion from this? Jean is the best. Really. And Kristen is somewhere up there too, especially when she is with Jean The Best. A Blue FuzzballOn a nice note, I love how this whole part intersected with the Jean plotline. I think it was nice to have two different "pick-ups" of two different Mutants play through the same episode. It worked very well. On a not so nice note (in-story)... those PEOPLE made me feel sick inside. Seriously. They gave her a waterbowl? Yes, everything before that was bad too... but that's when it really got to me. They gave her a f***ing waterbowl? Ughh. If it weren't for MJ, Gwen and Aunt May (Felicia doesn't technically exist yet xD) I'd be rooting for Mystique and Co. to bring humans down (Oh right... I am rooting for Mystique already..). Anyway, like I said, I think this plotline ran very nicely along with the Jean one. I think Karin came off as very likeable immediately and... GODDAMIT, you guys have made me almost cry twice in a few days now. I believe it was the *tear*"I'm... I'm not a monster" part that did that. Stop doing that, thank you. I wasn't made for almost crying. >.> Also, as part of that side-storyline, I really LOVED Team Spidey, Bobby and Ororo. They were so amusing to watch together and I got the goosebumps finally seeing Storm taking action like she did here. The Super-TwinsYou remember I complained about The Goblins feeling pretty pathetic in "last episode" (Man, this time travel feels confusing in that context...)? Yeah, I'm happy to say this was far from the case in this episode. Here, it seemed more like the "bad guys" owned The X-Men, which I have to admit, felt kinda refreshing. xD The Twins themselves seem very interesting. I love their "sibling interactions" with each other, they're so cute somehow. And Mystique cameo... let's not forget that. The Mystique cameo was great to see there at the end. 'Better a little Mystique, than no Mystique at all' I say. xD And finally -- MJ and Spidey "Epilogue"On a random note, I find it funny that Melanie appeared in-costume for every single scene of this episode. xD I can only imagine the horror for the actress had this been a real, filmed tv series... But anyway, onto the point. I liked this scene. It was a nice way to "round off" the episode and you made it work without feeling out of place, becuase you featured a picture of MJ earlier in the episode and had Kristen mention how horrible she was towards MJ. So then, when you get MJ's perspective of the Mary Kristen (Questionmark? xD) situation, it feels like a natural finish. That and MJ's interactions with Spidey are always as amusing to watch/ehm, read. And finally for real, we have Quote Of The Day: SPIDER-GIRL I’ve been here for less than a minute and something has already attacked me. No wonder no one likes Kansas. I laughed. xD So, all in all, as mentioned at the start, this was a fantastabulous (See? You know it's serious when I start making up words...) episode and I don't regret sitting down and reading it now. 11/10! (Yes, I went there...)

AMIN!! I promise I'll respond to your review ASAP! I'm so sorry I haven't done it yet!
I also need to inform everyone that there is an awful typo in Episode 10. I'll get around to fixing it, but for anyone who has read it/will read it before I fix it, where it says "18th Birthday", it's MEANT to say "17th Birthday".

I can't believe 10 episodes have already aired!! I'm so happy for this show. I love it sooo much. Once I finish my exams, and School dies down, I'm going to play catch up, and roll around in all the Melanie quotes I can find -- she's seriously awesome. xD

Oh my God, I know right?! I'm just as excited to be writing the show as I was when I first started it, no matter the stress it puts me through sometimes. I love that you guys like it so much, it's always so encouraging and helps Maddie and I get through it when it hits rough patches and stuff. I seriously can't wait for your reviews!
Oh, and Jack! Next time you're on MSN, I need to talk to you about something. XD

Eh, I'm going to have to create a new email address and add everyone again. My diabeticdude202 one just doesn't work anymore. I've been dying to talk to you for a while now. But I shall definitely do that sometime this week, after these exams. But yes, I love this show so much. I can't believe its already 10 episodes in. I think my three favourite characters are Melanie, MJ, and Gwen.

God, I know how that is. MSN likes to be a bitch to me sometimes, especially now that I"m back on the laptop that likes to shut off on me every 10 minutes. The motherboard on the one I was using as a replacement fried, go figure. >_> But awesome! Good luck on those exams, by the way.
Melanie, MJ and Gwen are always fun to write, especially when they're together XD The next part of the season focuses a little more on the X-Men though. Not that we're going to be ignoring Melanie, Gwen and MJ. In fact, they're still major players as always, but we're gonna give the X-Men a little more playtime to kinda throw them into focus. But, I personally think you're gonna like the episode that airs this Tuesday, if only for one thing. XD

I'm sorry guys, but due to a severe lack of inspiration and some personal issues going on right now, the Outcasts is going back on hiatus. I don't know when it'll come back, so honestly I can't give a date when it'll be back. I'll give more information later on. I'm really sorry, I just can't do it right now.
