^^ They still have to get to the wedding, before they have a honeymoon, but its definitely a possibility. xD
And thanks! Well, scripts usually get written throughout the week, and I make sure I have enough episodes written before putting the show back on the air from its hiatus -- that way I don't have to rush a script per week to air that following week. Videos don't take too long to make, especially promos, and yeah. Writing the episodes usually don't take that long. Every episode takes a different amount of time to finish, but its always just spread out during the week. And whenever I have the time, I'll sit down and write. xD

The Suicide Squad was awesome! In fact, this whole episode was just awesome. Helena is back... and it most certainly didn't disappoint! The Suicide Squad ReturnsI was in love with your version of these people already in their first scene. They have fantastic chemestry between one another and I think I smiled at every line one Warp uttered. He was definitely my favorite out of them, followed closely by Icicle, whose first scene with Black Canary was great. I loved the whole "Sorry, now I have to leave you... lol, jk, I'm not!" thing. The one member of the Suicide Squade I didn't like was Plastique, who came off as a major bitch to me. But then, so she was back on Smallville, if I remember, so... that's probably not up to you. I loved Doctor's sacrifice there at the end. It was one of those "chills, in a good way" kind of moments, especially when Warp realized what he was about to do. Also, the action in the teaser was very well written. I loved this part in particular: Very cool visual there. Helena Bertinelli, back from the 'grave'At the start of the episode, I'll have to admit I was a bit worried she might get too "Feel sorry for me, everyone!" but I found that you managed to balance her emotions well. I think she got a satisfactory amount of both emotional and badass moments. I'm curious when it comes to technicalities regarding the faking of her death, but that isn't of too much importance, so I'll just let it pass. My favorite scene of the episode altogether and related to Helena would have to be the last one, between her and Chloe. That was just so fun to read, them 'reconnecting' again and their discussion about new nicknames was hilarious. So.. Rock on, Helena Bertinelli! Black CanaryShe wasn't in there too much, so this will be a pretty short one. I loved her early scene with Icicle, they had very amusing chemestry. Would it be wrong of me to request more interaction between these two at some point in the future? xD "Alberto Falcone"Note the 'bunny ears' I've put around his name. I'll give you this: After reading his last scene in the episode, which included one special line accompanied by one special facial expression, I think I may be a bit wiser. I won't say anything more and see if you'll know what I think I know that you are upto. (PM if you feel for it) I didn't give Chloe, Oliver and Bruce their own categories this time, because I really have nothing to add since last episode. That doesn't say I didn't like them, though, they simply didn't have anything new for me to reflect upon in this episode. 10/10. So we've got another great episode of Watchtower and I can't wait for the two-part mid-season finale up next! Edit: How silly of me. I forgot Quote of The Day: lol.

The Suicide Squad was awesome! In fact, this whole episode was just awesome. Helena is back... and it most certainly didn't disappoint! Thanks for such a quick and awesome review. xD Warp is my personal favourite to write too, if not just for his awesome power to teleport, lmfao. Writing Icicle felt like a massive character switch from his role on SV, but I figured, if he was going to be on the Suicide Squad, and after using the Fate helmet, he'd need some sort of development since then. So he needed to change, and I had a blast writing his scenes with Canary. I even told Chris I ship the two of them in this episode, haha. Even though if they ever kissed, or anything along those lines, Canary would probably drop dead from the cold. Surprisingly, Plastique was my second favourite out of the Suicide Squad to write. It was refreshing to have a character who didn't give two shits about everyone's feelings, and, like you said, was just a bitch. But I'm glad you found the chemistry between the characters on the team, because it would feel a bit out of place if they didn't really have any. So thanks for that. xD Oh, and having characters like "DOCTOR" who have the ability to heal people gives me the opportunity to just kill everyone off, haha. But no, it was fun to introduce a new Suicide Squad member. There'll be a lot more meaning towards this in the next two episodes. So you will be seeing the Suicide Squad back for the two-parter. There was a pretty in depth plan of how her death was faked, and silly me, I didn't bring up the whole technicalities of it. If I can't fit it in without too much force in these next two episodes, I'll just come out and say what happened. I feel like an idiot for that, but I'm glad you don't feel its too important. I loved writing that final scene. I was worried that it might be a bit too lighthearted, especially after all the stuff that happened in the episode, but then again, it was just fun to have Chloe and Helena back together. I was dying to have that conversation in there. I was surprised when I saw the page count, and was like... "Hmm, lets just end it there, then." Haha. There were a few other endings I could have had, but I was happy with that last scene. No, its totally not wrong. I kind of want to do something with them, especially with this big war coming up. I just -- I can't promise any sort of relationship, because, Canary would drop like a bag of shit if they ever did anything, lmfao. But yes, there will be more interactions between those two in the second hour of "War." I'm almost 80% sure of it. I get the impression you think Alberto Falcone will turn out to be the Joker? If that's the case, its totally not going to happen. But if that's not it, I'd love to know! Maybe you'll tell me after the next two episodes, or after this reply? I might PM you. I'm seriously intrigued. Is it the line where he said: "Wait till they get a load of me?" Because that line was definitely inspired from the Joker's menacing line from Batman. But this episode was a game-changer for Alberto, in that, he was revealed to be a lot smarter than he was letting on. And he totally owned Bruce with his knowledge, and turned everything on its head. That, and we learned he's basically invincible because the public need him alive so they won't persecute the heroes. I'm writing the second hour of "War" right now, and I'm heaps excited to finish, and air both the episodes. I'm really hoping the build up has been worth it. xD Thank you soooo much for reviewing, and reading, again, so quickly. I love your reviews, and I really appreciate all the feedback you've been sending my way on these episodes, week-to-week. I hope the next two episodes don't disappoint, and this first half of the season wraps up on a good note for you. xD

^ Ahaha, I totally just had to use that epic line though, in relation to Alberto being the son of the biggest crime lord Gotham has seen -- it was just too good an opportunity to pass up! But I totally wouldn't turn him into the Joker. I couldn't do that. Everyone would hate me. xD

I'll also have to admit you were right in your last review response. He does seem like more of a threat "worthy" to be eventually beaten by Team Chloe. I was actually looking over the descriptions for "War" and... uhm, I happened to notice a little something about Alberto in the second part. xD

2.10 "ARMY" Review Well...I have to say Jack Malone....you have ONCE again out done yourself . I LOVED IT . This episode was AHU-MAZING. The return of the Suicide Squad was FANTASTIC, Falcone getting slapped around was entertaining.hahaha. And OF COURSE the return of HELENA Here are the character summaries (Now im doing these summaries for this and the next two episodes differently) : The "League"CHLOE SULLIVANONCE AGAIN...she is on top . Her actions in this episode once again proves why Chloe should be introduced into the mainstream DCNU . She basically put all her own problems aside to help save her friends. Im glad that her and Helena were able to finally talk at the end of the episode. That friendship reminds me of her relationship with Lana. Which i WOULD LOVE to see sometime soon.haha.jkjk. Her reuniting with the Squad made my day. Hopefully we will see more interactions between Chloe and the Suicide Squad later on down the line OLIVER QUEEN/GREEN ARROWHis scenes with Helena made my day. I enjoyed that he was able to see Bruce and hear from the man himself that he was ready to die for the cause. Another thing i enjoyed was that Ollie and Rick Flag ONCE again shared screen time with eachother . Of course i cant wait till Ollie meets with the League again. I feel like every time the team goes there own seperate ways Ollie and Chloe lose family members and that JUST isnt right HELENA BERTINELLI/HUNTRESSWOW....its been a while since i have written a summary for this girl. I LOVE her introduction into this episode . She kicked SO MUCH ASS.hahaha. I loved that she was darker in the beginning and middle of the episode. It showed that "dying" had a MORE profound effect on her. And i like that you played that off well. I ALSO liked her interactions with the squad. Her scenes with Ollie and Chloe also made things good again. The "trinity" of WT is reunited ONCE again . And im also glad that she and Guido were able to be together again DINAH LANCE/BLACK CANARYAlthough she didnt have a HUGE part in this episode...it was still nice to see her again . Her scenes with Icicle were amazing . And i have to agree with Amin....we need MORE scenes with the two of them again . COURTNEY WHITMORE/STARGIRLALTHOUGH she had a small reference in this episode...im just putting this in Jack to let you know that SHE is my favorite hero....other than Chloe and several others. I just HOPE that when this is OVER.....the League can bury her next to Kent and have a proper funeral for her. CLARK KENT/SUPERMANANOTHER small reference to another hero. I NOW fully understand the reason why involving Clark would have been a bad idea.Even though i would have LOVED to see Clark and Chloe reunited. (Thanks for Teasing me.hahaha) It was a smart play to not get him involved because it would lead to issues and Clark being all BUTT-HURT that ONCE again Chloe did something without checking in with him OR tell him what was going on. And plus as she said in "Fortune", Clark has someone else to wacth his back from now on. And that she needs to become her own hero. BRUCE WAYNEAll i can say for Bruce is that he is getting the short end of the stick . I cant WAIT for his part in the 2 parter "War" GUIDO BERTINELLIBeen a while since we saw him.haha. Well im so glad he didnt die. He and Helena have A LOT to discuss now that she is back from the dead. He really wasnt that big of a deal in this episode either. Aside from causing Helena to go after him. Like i said for "Recruit" he is starting to GROW on me THE SUICIDE SQUADRICK FLAGThis guy is ALL kinds of awesome . Im so glad that he got to see Chloe and Oliver again. His and Chloe's scene's made me wish the two teams teamed up alot more. Also i like Rick and Warp's friendship. They seem REALLY close. Although one thing i was hoping was that Deadshot's death would have been brought up WARPLOVE HIM. He is the best. I think his one-liner's and attitude really stole the spotlight from the rest of the squad. I SO hope he sticks around. He is one of my favorite's from the squad ICICLEEPIC . His scenes with Dinah were AUH-MAZING . And also i liked how you explained how he got from Smallville Season 9 to now . It was perfect. I also loved the bit about the Fate helmet and how it changed him. I love how you worte him. I think you did a better job with him. You gave him more layers to work with PLASTIQUEBeen awhile since i have seen her. She is still badass and awesome. Im glad she brought up the good old days. And I was hoping she would bring up her old partner in crime Rudy (Parasite) and hopefully share where the hell he is. DOCTORNow....this character was amazing. I LOVED him. He could heal people....that is a bitchin power. And i like that he was able to save Guido. Although....i see why you killed him. If the gang went into the final battle with Falcone and the KCS, the Doctor could just heal them. But i like that you made him die so that it could be an even playing field. I ALSO enjoyed his banter with Warp. It showed that the Squad is sort of like a dysfunctional family KCSFALCONEMY GOD.....favorite line from him: ALBERTO (CONT’D) My father was one of the greatest crime-lords this city has ever seen. (chuckles) Wait till they get a load of me. I AM SO HAPPY that you used that line . I was sort of hoping it was going to be either him or Bruce using that line. Or maybe even Chloe . QUESTIONS1. So what happened to Courtney's staff? Do the KCS have it? 2. Was the Doctor a made up character? 3. Will the Squad reappear in the Two Parter? 4. Will Helena become Huntress in the Two Parter as well? 5. So why did you wait till NOW to bring in the Squad? 6. How much of the database has the KCS cracked? 7. Will the gang find out that the KCS still has the database? ALL IN ALL JACK . Another 10/10 for you. Cant wait for "WAR"

In response to Karl's review (part one): The Questions: Question: So what happened to Courtney's staff? Do the KCS have it? Answer: I really don't have an answer for this, sorry. I would like to think it'd be stored at the JSA Browstone Museum in memorial, despite there not being an explanation as to how. It won't be mentioned by the Key Crime Syndicate, and so they clearly won't have it. But its never really brought up, at all.
Question: Was the Doctor a made up character? Answer: Yes. There's a greater reason as to why he was introduced, which you'll find out in this two-parter mid season finale. I can't explain it, but once certain things play out, you should understand immediately. xD
Question: Will the Suicide Squad reappear in the Two Parter? Answer: Rick Flag and Warp will be back in the first hour to help Helena protect Selina from the KCS, and then the whole crew will be back to help fight the war.
Question: Will Helena become the Huntress in the Two Parter as well? Answer: Unfortunately, no. Helena has a long journey to go down this season. She'll be taking this desire to be normal to its fullest extreme, and really buckle down and do the normal things, like get a job, pursue romantic attachments, dinner with friends, etc. Its going to be a lot of fun to write. But, I can promise that she won't be completely left out of the action -- a huge chunk of the second half is dedicated to her, her family, her past, etc.
Question: Why did you wait until now to bring in the Suicide Squad? Answer: Honestly, I never really wanted to bring them on board on the show, but right around the time that I was planning to "kill" Helena off, and reveal it as somehow being faked, I figured the Suicide Squad were perfect. And before that, I knew I wanted them to show up in "War," and suddenly it connected that they could intertwine into Helena's story, and then suddenly they were going to be on the show.
Question: How much of the database has the KCS cracked? Answer: That is a good question, lol. I don't have an answer. Just stay tuned for the two-parter.
Question: Will the gang find out that the KCS still has the database? Answer: There is a lot more troubling news for the gang to find out about in next week's episode, that doesn't even involve the database. That will be a lot more jaw-dropping for Chloe to discover. Thanks for the review, Karl. I will be getting to the awesome, lengthy part of your review later tonight, or early in the morning. I've just had a bit of a burst of inspiration to start vidding by answering some of your questions, so thank you for that. I really appreciate receiving your reviews, and the questions are an added bonus that, quite clearly, I love to answer first. I wouldn't mind doing a little Q&A with you about the second half of the season, and, from a reader's POV, what you're interested in seeing, and what questions you want answered that have come up during the first half -- I think that would be a lot of fun, and something we could post in the spoiler section while you guys wait for the show to return next year. I'm also thinking about doing a little Christmas Special. Maybe I've been watching too much Doctor Who, but I think it would be fun to have a little adventure that airs for Christmas. xD Anyway, thanks Karl. I'll respond to the rest of your review later.

^^ I think it would be fun to write. Especially if it was a DC Comics villain that the gang would have to chase around to stop. Like an icy Christmas, with Mr. Freeze (if done right). Or something along those lines.

Response to Karl's review (part two):
Thank you for this fantastic review, Karl!
Bringing Helena back from the "dead" was a lot of fun, because I was starting to miss her interactions with, primarily Chloe, but also Oliver. So I'm glad you enjoyed them reconnecting, and getting reunited. It was important for me to have that scene between Chloe and Helena, because they're pretty much going through similar things, and it was a perfect platform for the two of them to reconnect off of. To have Helena be a part of the Suicide Squad was also a lot of fun -- after her sticking to her "normal" guns, having her kick some ass was a nice change. Of course, I couldn't go too over the top with it, and the episode had more emotional beats for her, than her being a total BAMF, but still, I'm glad you liked both aspects of her character in this one. "Army" would have to be one of my favourite episodes of Watchtower to write, up there with "Arkham" and "Trial."
The supporting characters, like Dinah and Guido, didn't get a whole lot to do this episode, but they were still important. Dinah was in this episode to follow up on her cliffhanger from the last, so it was mainly about getting her out of imprisonment. And Guido's role had a lot to do with Helena, whilst also being a bit of a follow up to his departure in "Recruit." Guido will be back in the heroic spotlight in the first hour of "War." I'm really happy about his little adventure, if you will, in the next episode. Hopefully you'll all enjoy it!
About the references -- it was important to follow up on Courtney's death. I didn't want it to just be, boom, she's gone, and no one will really find out. I think it was important for Chloe to understand that the Key Crime Syndicate have upped their game, and they're as lethal and deadly as they've made themselves out to be. Lives will be lost. And so Courtney's death really elevates the plot here. I wanted her to get mentioned, and for Chloe to realise this. As for Clark Kent -- its definitely not his war. And although I wanted to acknowledge that Clark is responsible for inspiring a lot of the League members, and for helping bring the team together, there's no way I can bring someone into the game as powerful as Superman himself, without keeping things intense, suspenseful, and to have the readers on the edge of their seat during the big battle. Also, there's very little time to address the issues between Chloe and Clark, especially during a huge battle.
I finished writing "War" yesterday, and Bruce's role in that was a blast to write. I can say that Alberto is keeping his promise to make Bruce's death as slow and painful as possible. And I have to say that Bruce won't escape this storyline unscathed. His wounds go deeper than just the physical, and you'll begin to see that in the first hour of "War." So I'm very excited about Bruce's role in the two-parter. And of course, to see him step back into the shoes of the Dark Knight eventually will be fun to write (although, it most likely won't happen in "War.")
As for the Suicide Squad, I'm so glad that you enjoyed them. I know you've been wanting to see them, and so I'm happy I didn't ruin them for you. My favourites to write were definitely Warp and Plastique. And, of course, I had a blast with Icicle/Canary. I got the opportunity to address some of Chloe/Rick's history, with Chloe having previously worked with the Suicide Squad, and so that was kind of a treat. I've just been having a lot of fun writing Watchtower lately, its insane. I'm just thrilled that you're having just as much fun reading it, and so that's great!
About Deadshot -- WT's version, and Smallville's version are completely different, so I'd rather not mention Deadshot ever being a part of the Suicide Squad, EVER. Deadshot, on WT, was an old, retired assassin who got thrown back into the life by Emil (back in season one: "Deadshot.") And then his daughter took over where he left off, to get revenge on Emil, but soon met the end of a pretty nasty bullet. So the Deadshot story has been done a lot differently on WT, than it was done on Smallville. I was freaking out, trying to make the shows line up, and then Smallville went and introduced the damn guy after I brought him in on WT. Its one of the only things that will never line up, but I've always been happy with the version I created, and even though I loved how cool Deadshot was on Smallville, I just can't go anywhere near it.
And yaaaaay. You posted something on Alberto. I still can't wait to see your full analysis of him after "War," that you've been teasing me with since "Recruit." I'm glad you liked that line. This episode really sort of sent him on his way to being the big, bad wolf, and that scene between him and Bruce was a favourite of mine to write. That line -- I just HAD to include it. I love it. And I'm not a huge fan of the Joker from that film, but he sure did have some great lines. xD
Thanks again, Karl, for the great review! I really appreciate it! Thank you!
And just because I'm total self-pimping vidder, I'll end with this:
