What a productive day! Started off this morning with some Executive Producer work, then switched over to editing Bitten 1x01... again, then i finished outlining 1x03 and ended the evening with writing it's first 12 pages. All and all I'm impressed. Hopefully I will get to finish writing it this week, so by next weekend I can start outlining 1x04. Now I am off to bed for some much needed R and R.

The writing of the Outcasts mock-finale, "Heroes Never Die", is underway once again, for real this time! Act one should be completed tonight, and I'll be starting on act two as soon as it's finished. I hope to have the episode finished by this time next week, if not sooner. We'll see how it goes, though.

And I've done it. After spending the night in utter technological radio silence I have completed 1x03 - Once In A Blue Moon. It's rough, and unedited but it's done. Now I can have a social life for the next two days guilt free. I'll start editing this weekend, or if my social calls end early enough maybe before the weekend. Then it's on to outlining 1x04.

Finished the pilot for "Rebirth." 70 friggen pages long, and was a b*tch to write, but it's finally done. If anybody wants to read, I'll PM it to you. Now, I'm considering outlining ESPionage, because I'm thinking about making that into a movie script (series of movie scripts, possibly?...)

FINALLY finished this freaking Mid-Season Finale for The Super Teens. Now, I am devoting my life to finishing Arc 1 of Audition. And reading books for school... And having a social life... >.>

So I thought it would be nice to do a lighter episode with the seventh episode, "Flashbacks" and it's a lot of talking out your problems and "self discovery" turns out it's kind of hard to write. Any suggestions on how to make it more interesting, I was thinking of doing a different characters story for each ACT.

Just wrote 10 pages of "Lights Out". Much of it description and action. Very exhausting to write but very satisfying.

So having been stuck on "Birth" for quite a long time, I've finally finished Act Three, and have been able to blend bits and pieces of all three drafts I've done to make the episode flow better. Now I just need to finish these last two acts, and this "meant-to-be-easy" episode is complete!

Yay! I'm glad to hear that, Jack! And on that note, I think I'm out of the funk too.
Act Four of "Heroes Never Die" has just been completed. Gonna get some sleep and tackle the rest of the episode when I get up!

Act Five of the mock-finale is finally complete! On to the epilogue, act six, and then the episode can be editing and FINALLY released, omfg.

Finished this damn episode, FINALLY. I swear, going into "Birth", I thought it would be the easiest of the last three episodes I had to write. Now I'm hoping that was the hardest, and these last two will be much more easier and quicker to write. Anyway, I'm about to start the editing process on this one, and hopefully finish that tonight or tomorrow. XD

I have to say re-writing something sucks...A LOT and I am having a hard time finding the desire to do so. Ugh. I feel your pain. I lost an episode back in Season One of Watchtower, and in the process of rewriting it, I just gave up and cut the season short one episode. And it was meant to be a swan song for one of my main characters too (but I brought them back to do that in S2 with a different storyline). I'd just say add some new elements to it, and rework certain things so its more fresh and inspiring to write. |
