Thanks for the review, Jack! Glad to know this has been on of your favorites! This episode definitely went back to its original roots in terms of tones, and I think that's what made it so enjoyable to write for me. This sequence definitely has some dark episodes, so these first couple are going to be the most light-hearted there are for a while. Michael's panic attack really jump-starts several events that are going to happen over the course of the sequence. Something, while subtle, happens in the next episode that I predict you'll love but we'll wait and see, haha. Michael's relationship with Alex is something I love to write, and this was a real deep, emotional moment for them, so to know you enjoyed it makes it even better! haha. Rose has one of the darkest story arcs of the sequence, actually. HAHA! You probably didn't get that vibe in this episode, but she does. Her character explores the darker part of the industry, and what people are willing to do to get to the top. She goes through a real emotional struggle, so I'm interested to see what you're going to think about that. Paula was a definite standout while writing this episode. It's great to know that everyone seems to love her, because she's seriously so much fun to come up with funny moments for. She's so innocent, and so clueless in the best way possible. She's all peppy for arc one, but just wait until arc two. *hint hint* Happy to hear you liked this so much, Jack! Hope you enjoy the rest of the episodes! And sorry this reply is so suck-ish; I'm trying to finish the rest of the episodes! And again:

The teaser was nice. It wasn't necessarily laugh out loud funny, but I did get a nice little chuckle picturing Drew's head banging against the headboard.
Keep it up!

Been watching "Sleepy Hollow." Pretty great entertainment with some creepy factors thrown in. Gets better each week, imo. Definitely recommend!

Thanks for the review, Jack! Glad to know you're happy Audition's back! I'll admit, yes, the tone definitely flipped for this episode, and will for the rest of this sequence. The acting factor, coming through the movie, will still be there, but this sequence is really about exploring the darker part of the industry and the people that will be met along the way. Really glad you liked Jordan and Angela's send-off, and the connection you made was spot-on to what I was trying to convey. You're right, in a webisode it's hard to portray a believable redemption, so the whole "he's not better, he's going to get better" was the only way I could go for Jordan. Happy to know it worked! And, who knows, Jordan and Angela could pop back up, so keep watch, maybe in a couple of sequences, haha. Paula is always going to be that little glimmer of light- oh, wait. Maybe not this sequence... Anyways, Paula and Jace's relationship will have a huge part this sequence; it gives Paula an escape from her emotions about her mother, so you can expect some more of them together. Plus, she's just too fun to write! haha Looooove the cliffhangers! The ending really sets Michael's story into motion, which you'll hopefully enjoy. And hopefully you'll enjoy the rest of this sequence as well! PS/ Sorry this replay is awful, I can barely form a coherent thought, at the moment. HAHA

Anybody check this out? Personally, I loved it, especially the chemistry between James Spader and Megan Boone. Will definitely be tuning in week-to-week.

Raymond "Red" Reddington, one of the FBI's most wanted fugitives, surrenders in person at FBI Headquarters in Washington, D.C. He claims that he and the FBI have the same interests: bringing down dangerous criminals and terrorists. Reddington will co-operate, but insists that he will speak only to Elizabeth Keen, a rookie FBI profiler. Keen questions Reddington's sudden interest in her, though he claims that Keen is very special. After the FBI brings down a terrorist he provided information on, Reddington reveals that the terrorist is only just the first of many. In the last two decades, he's made a list of criminals and terrorists he believes the FBI cannot find because they did not know they exist and that they matter the most. Reddington calls it "The Blacklist".

Awesome concept, Carey, definitely looking forward to this. Glad it's going to be character driven, because those always seem to be the most intruiging to me. Good luck with this

Just to give this pitch a little bump:
Would anyone be interested in seeing an unofficial, written trailer just to see where I want to take the first season? Or is this pitch just a stick in the mud at the moment? XD
