My character is thinking in herself. How should I write it? (V.O.) after the character's name or (thinking) as a parenthetical under the characters name?

Personally, I do both. I put the (V.O.) after the name and (thinking) under the name. However, I do that to distinguish from the other characters who can/may be talking telepathically.
