premise
On November 22nd 2010, 76 passangers on board Flight 432 heading from Seattle, Washinton to Los Angelas international suddenly vanished.
Than a year a later a plane crashes into a busy street in L.A, where First grade detective Jake Deveroux happens to be. To his shock his sister Maddie who was a passanger on board the missing airliner appears amid chaos.
Well Jake struggles with his sisters return and the questions that surrond the crashed airliner. He uncovers a secret organization operating outside the goverments chain of command. An organization lead by a man named Keith Barnes who plans to uncover what exactly happened a year ago when the plan vanished, why it's back now and what it means for the few passangers who have began to suddenly turn up as well.

A loose cannon LAPD detective, who is swept up into the 432 case when he happens to be caught in the accident. Jake is shocked to have his sister back, a sister he had believed to be dead. But what does her return mean? A question that leads Jake to Agent Barnes and his team. Jake is stubburn and struggles to follow orders from his superiors. He can come off as a bit of a jack ass at time but beneath the surface of his cold exterior, Jake cares very much about the people around him. Especially Maddie.
Ashley Porter
(portayed by Elizabeth Harnois)
Often underestimated by her colleuges, Ashley is a strong willed and determined agent. Which is a large part of why she has gone up in the ranks so fast. She's Barnes right hand and acts is the heart and soul of teams. Porter tends to handle things "by the books" which is why she is so easily annoyed by Deveroux, but even more upset when Barnes decides to partner her with Deveroux.

Jake's kid sister and a passanger on board Flight 432. Maddie is just as surprised to by what happened and struggling to come to terms with the fact that she's missing a year of her life. Maddie begins to isolate herself from her brother and the people trying to help her and turns to fellow passanger Zack Archer.

A former reporter for the L.A Star, Eric Price is also a "survivor" of the 432 accident who is plotting to expose what happened. A secret many organizations don't want out.
Adam Cross
(Portrayed by Aaron Stanford)
A computer whiz and part of Barnes team. Cross is a highly skilled hacker. Spending most of his days breaking into files and unlocking doors, Adam dreams of a chance to be out in the field. Often hiding behind a wall of jokes and sarcasim, Adam secretly hides feelings for Ashley but has yet to say anything because why would a girl like that go for a nerd like him? Or at least so he believes.
Zack Archer
(Portayed by Steven R.Mcqueen)
A sixteen year old and peer of Maddie Deveroux, Zack is kind hearted and loyal but like most of the people who have returned Zack struggles with being in a world that has moved on without him.

The team uncovers the Black box connected to flight for 432. Though the discovery leads to far more questions than answers. Jake and Porter head to seattle when they learn the pilot originally assigned to fly 432 switched shifts at the last minute. Eric recounts the events leading up to him getting on the plane.

Barnes is forced to let the survivors return to there homes and asks them to be discreat. Eric begins to plot is expose, well Emma returns to her husband and son who have moved on facing her to deal with the reality of her situation. Flashbacks reveal an affair Emma had which she tried to cover up.

1x04: All is not as it Seems
Jake and Porter finally catch the original pilot of 432 and are shocked by a discovery they make. Well back in L.A. Adam checks up on Maddie and uncovers a secret she has been keeping from everyone. Flashbacks takes us to the moments leading up to Adam joining Barnes team.

1x05: Seventeen Minutes
A bank heist involving a passangers of Flight 432 named Ariel, leads Agent Porter into danger when it's revealed that if the the robbers demands aren't met, she plans to blow up the building in seventeen minutes. Flashbacks take us to a time Porter is taken hostage.

NOTES:
This is something I have been wanting to start working on for a while now but was having trouble fitting it into a full season so when the idea of a mini-series came up it seemed perfect.
The series as you can tell is a little inspired by shows like LOST and Once Upon a Time. At least the idea of using flashbacks to show us a characters back story. I plan to have every episode deal with an individual character well the finale's will usually deal with all the characters or most. Each season will consist to 7 to 8 episodes. I havent fully worked out Keith Barnes story so wanted to wait until I post his Bio same thing with Emma Chambers.
