It really stinks to say that, right off the bat, this can't happen right now. As you probably know, the VPN has already established a DC Universe here on the forum, and Impulse...well...let's just say he can't really be done. XD So, I'm really sorry to say, but this can't really work. But if you're super serious about this, you should pitch it on another forum that doesn't already have a DC Universe established.

It really does suck to have to say "no" right off the bat like that, but what Brady said is true. We already have an established DC Universe here, and because of certain problems that arise with two different DC Universes going on (unfair comparisons between characters on the two, reader confusion, etc.), we don't allow anymore to be pitched/picked up. I suggest the same as Brady, pitch it to one of the many networks who don't have a DC Universe or if you can, alter it and make it into your own original idea and re-pitch it as something original and not DC based.
