I like the idea of a spin-off, but I'll have to strongly oppose moving it back to Woodsboro again. Your premise (at first glance) doesn't seem very original at all and it seems to be, basically, just a re-telling of either the first or fourth Scream movie. So, although I like the very idea of it, I'd like to see something new and fresh within the Scream/Stab universe. New setting, different premise.
