Brian Melanson and Chris Davis invite you to a world where anything is possible.
New York City, 2011. The Prototype project, an experiment that produced one of the most valuable enhancements of mankind. Robotic humanoids, programmed to perfectly complete any task, no matter how complex and overcome any obstacle or goal without hardship. Mostly used by the likes of the wealthy, Prototypes are the perfect workers for your daily needs. Until one day, the Center (The Prototype Mainframe) is compromised and all Prototypes, corrupted. Carson Ford, one of the minds behind the Prototype Project finds himself on the rum from his creations when he discovers the Prototypes have been reprogrammed to hunt and kill off ever single person who had a hand in making them, while killing countless innocents in the process. With the help and company of Phoebe, a beta Prototype who was originally programed with a higher level self awareness and more, he will have to survive a quarantined city long enough to find a way to stop this destruction from spreading, as all Prototypes, from all over the globe are in danger of being corrupted as well.

One of the brains behind the Prototype project and the key to discovering a way to stop them. Since he could remember, Carson has always been brilliant. Too smart some may say and the day he joined the center, he discovered the meaning of his life. The Prototype project is compromised, and him being the only person alive with the intelligence needed to stop the Prototypes...He finds himself on the run from his own creations.
Phoebe, portrayed by Kaley Cuoco
Since the day she was built, Phoebe has always been on top. Getting the most ,missions among the other Prototypes at The Center. She was once soulless like the rest, but when she begins to question her existence and purpose in the world, she becomes a threat the I.C.O (The Interactive Cybernetics Organization) and their plans for the future of the Prototype project. Now, her main objective is to protect Carson and do anything to bring down whatever is causing this chaos.
Kyle Barr, portrayed by Kavan Smith
Kyle was once a police officer but when he was shot, he joined the center as head of security. His job keep the Prototypes under control. But when the virus is put into play, old memories that haunt his past come forward and his future could be at risk when the center's prototypes become infected.
Seth Banks, portrayed by Joseph Fiennes
When he first signed on as tech manager for The Center, He did not know that one day that a virus would infect the entire system. Now he must embrace his devious side and begin to help the team get the world back under control.
Violet Fico, portrayed by Rachel McAdams
Violet was always the leader of The Center. Never once having something go wrong. But when the virus begins to take over she and the others must team up with the non infected Prototype Phoebe and start to save the world before it is taken over by robots forever.
Alice Enders, portrayed by Elizabeth Mitchell
Alice was the smartest girl in her university and when she became Co-Programmer for the Center she is one of the many suspects that is being accused of infecting the entire Prototypes with the Virus. Now she must fight for her life and for the future of her long lost son. Her life is only beginning.
