Doctor Who: Final Regeneration

The Doctor (Damien Malony) wakes up alone in the woods, with no memory of how he regenerated and, even worse, without his TARDIS. Now, The Doctor, with the help of his new friend Lacey Scott (Emma Watson), he must foil the plans of an eerie foe.

Then it's time for the journey of a lifetime as The Doctor and Lacey travel all over time and space to anywhere and any when. But something sinister is lurking in the darkness, waiting to strike the Time Lord dead for good.

Damien Molony as The Doctor

The thirteenth and final incarnation of the Time Lord known as The Doctor. He is darker than his former selves as he is willing to stay alive at any cost, but he retains his passion for saving the universe. When he encounters Lacey Scott, he has only just regenerated but has no memory of how it happened.

Lacey Scott is a student from the town of Chistery, England taking a creative writing course at the local college as she has dreams of being an author. One day, she encounters a mysterious man in the woods who changes her life forever.

1.01: Everybody Loves A Clown - Alone in the woods, a newly regenerated Doctor awakens with no memory of how he got there or what happened to him. He is found by Lacey Scott who, unwittingly, leads him into an adventure involving missing children and a familiar foe.

1.02: Something Wicked - Lancashire, England 1612. The Doctor and Lacey arrive just as the Pendle Witch Trials are in full swing, but events take a turn for the worse when The Doctor is witnessed using his sonic screwdriver and is tried for witchcraft and sentenced to death by burning at the stake

1.03: In Fair Verona - On the planet Verona, civil war has broken out between Humans and Veronites. The Doctor and Lacey must find a way to end the war for the sake of two starcross'd lovers

1.04: An Earthly Child (1/2) - In 2164, Susan Foreman left a life of adventure behind. 200 years and a dozen regenerations later, Susan is alone in the world and desperate to be reunited with her grandfather once more. But someone else is determined to prevent this from happening.

1.05: Family Reunion (2/2) - The Doctor and Susan are reunited at last! But a deadly trap is closing in on the Time Lord. Can he escape?

1.06: Alone - When The Doctor is incapacicated due to a Time Lord illness, it is left to Lacey to save the world from an attack by a deadly foe, along with the help of U.N.I.T

1.08: Return to Skaro(1/2) - Planets exploding! Galaxies burning! The Universe is collapsing! The Daleks are trying to break into the Time War and The Doctor must venture to their home world to stop them

1.09 Extermination of the Daleks(2/2) - With The Daleks deadly plan reaching fruition, The Doctor must make a choice: let Universe end or wipe The Daleks out once and for all

1.10: Fixed: The Doctor must work to prevent a fixed point in time as he and Lacey witness her death in the future. But every time he feels he has succeeded, something new puts his friend in danger.

I will say, while they're isn't that much to go on at this time. I do like the concept on this so far, and I applaud your casting.

Damien Moloney is a great choice as a much darker Doctor Who. I was stuck at first with him in the Being Human but he's grown on me a lot and one of my fave's in the show now. As for Emma Watson, another good choice who could add that adventure and youth to the Doctor's adventures.

Hope you write a pilot or something of this as looks very interesting (and love the idea of the first episode)
