Just read through all the spoilers again to get an idea on whats coming. It all looks really great. I'm excited about "Lantern" and "Illusive" which have really interesting titles. And Cynthia is a character I really want to learn more about (so an episode centered on her is great!).
Just wondering if you had anything new spoiler-y coming up soon. I'm sort of a spoiler freak, and would love to know some more stuff. *bites nails nervously* can't wait for "Suicide" tonight! XD

Jessica Biel has been confirmed to be in two more episodes this season (1x05: Diminish and 1x06: Implode) as the Suicide Squad member, Cheshire. Her appearance in episode 3 "Suicide" lead readers to believe she was dead, her being hit by a train and all, but there is obviously something fishy going on here. Perhaps something connected to the reappearance of the mysterious, Project Ares?

So sorry. My computer got a virus the other day and I wasn't able to run any programs. It's all good now but I didn't have the time to edit episode 5 & 6. Episode 5 will be up next Monday and I'm not quite sure yet, but episode 6 may be aired on that day as well, to make up for the delay. Again, so sorry! Hope you can forgive me.

This week's VSGuide exclusive features a chat with Kristin Kreuk about Trinity's return and what to look out for in the second half of the season. In the midseason finale, we learn that the city of Odyssey has been infected with green kryptonite, which gives a large amount of its citizens metahuman powers. How will this cause problems for Lana and the team?
"The citizens that were turned are no doubt scared and confused about what's happening to them. Some want to use these new powers for good, while others wish to use them in a much darker sense," the actress told us," It all brings us back to the old days of "Smallville", so it'll kinda be like that for a while. Lana and her team, finding these new metahumans and helping them before someone gets hurt, or worse."
So Lana has gotten rid of the kryptonite in her body, meaning she can go see Clark. Is there any possibility that we'll see Clark in some form this season?
"Anything is possible in this series, so I'm not ruling anything out just yet. I personally would love the chance to work with Tom again but I'm not sure if the time is right just yet for the storyline we're going into. But like I said, who knows what the producers are planning on doing later down the line."
Now here's a question everyone has been dying to get answered. Now that Cynthia is out of the picture, for a while at least, what happens between Quentin and Lana?
The actress laughs, "Uhm...we just actually got finished shooting an episode the other day that had some, interesting scenes between the two characters. If you're a fan of the idea of them as a couple, I think you'll like it visually. I don't know if you'll be a fan of it mentally, but it depends on how you look at it."
Any details about that specific episode that you can give away?
"I'm pretty sure it's episode 9 of the season. It's called Possession. Judging by the title, there may be some wacky business going on. But, it'll be fun to watch and I'm looking forward to hearing what people think about it. I love working with Jamie. He's the funniest guy on set and he gets along with everyone. Also, he's a hell of a nice kisser."
Woaah!! I think the fans are gonna enjoy that.
"I'm sure they will!", the actress laughs.
What about Cynthia? How will her character change in the second half of the season?
From what we've found out so far, she's really hit rock bottom. She's confused, lonely, and full of guilt. She let Checkmate influence her to turn against Lana which is something she knows she'll have to work to get past so, I think being isolated from the group, she'll finally get some clarity of just exactly who she is, and what she wants her life to become."
We've got some new heroes as well right? Now that Pete and Jake know the truth about Waller, they'll be joining team Lana to fight the good fight?
"Yes. That's actually something I looked forward to the most. We haven't seen much of both of their characters actually, so with them now working with the rest of the team. Pretty much coming together as a full cast this late in the game is sort of confusing. Depends on how you look at it, but it actually worked out extremely well. It gave time to set up their characters and develop them over time making for a more realistic and interesting character."
On to fan favorite, and the villain of the story...Amanda Waller. Last time we saw her, she was in a helicopter sitting opposite of someone with a mysterious "L" carved into their ring. The question we're all asking ourselves... Is it Lex?
"You know I can't tell you that!", she laughs. "Do you want me to get in trouble? Well, like I said...anything is possible at this point. It could be Lex, but then again, it may not be. One thing I've learned about Chris Davis is that he loves teasing people. He likes getting their hopes up, only to crush their dreams in the end.", she laughs. "No, I'm kidding. At this point, I have no clue who it is." she continues, "As for Amanda, we've been getting some spoilers about her being judged by a higher power at Checkmate. Throughout the first half of the show, she's been seen on numerous occasions reporting to someone. We never see this someone so maybe that has something to do with her storyline this season."
Finally, we just received word that there's going to be an episode, all about the life of Amanda Waller this season and also, John Glover will be back as Lionel Luthor in that episode?
"Yes! I'm VERY excited that he's coming back into the fold, even though I don't think I'll be in that episode.", she sticks out her lip, the laughs, "we get to see what exactly made Amanda the woman she is today. This episode was originally made for a potential season two from what I heard on set. After the good feedback in regards to Amanda's character, the producers decided to give back to the fans by making this episode for season one."
Trinity has been set to return in September, along with it's sister show, "Watchtower" which follows the life of the Smallville character "Chloe Sullivan" after leaving Smallville. Thank you for your time Kristin. That's all for today but make sure to stay tuned for more spoilers and speculation on the shows return. |

Artwork for Trinity episodes 7 - 9 have been revealed. Plus, commentary about the 3 episodes by series creator, Chris Davis.Episode 7 (Chaos) features the reintroduction of Lana Lang, Quentin O'Neal and the newest members of her team, Pete Ross & Jake Gold. Just one week ago, Checkmate released a storm of Green Kryptonite that infected half of the city of Odyssey with meta-human powers. Confused and dangerous, these new meta-humans storm through the streets of Odyssey, looking for answers while attempting to stay out of trouble. When Lana comes across one in particular, she tries her hardest to help him through this transition, until they can come up with something to reverse the effects of the storm. Also, Cynthia has hit rock bottom. She turns to the Odyssey Slums and lives her life as a refugee, until she bumps into a new knight in shining armor, literally. When she meets Hank Heywood III (STEEL), she is given the opportunity to fight in a league of super-powered/non-super-powered heroes set on one thing...Justice. Angela Bassett, Gil Bellows and Benjamin McKenzie guest star.Episode 8 (Lantern) features the return of the Green Lantern we saw in episode 5, Jade. She has always been a girl with a mind of her own and she proves that by running away from her duty as a "green lantern in training", and coming to the city of Odyssey to start the journey toward becoming a hero. She soon locates Jake, who introduces her to Lana & the others. But her new destiny is cut short when she discovers the green lanterns sent to bring her back, which causes problems for Lana and her team as well. Emanuelle Chriqui guest stars.Episode 9 (Possessed) is the first flat out fun episode of the season. We haven't been able to do these types of episodes since the arcs have been so very dark and intense but thankfully, we've found a way to lighten up in this one. In this episode, Lana and Quentin go exploring through some caves near the woods to find an ancient graveyard, cursed by a witch, years ago. When Lana touches it, she is once again possessed but this time, she drags Quentin along with her. As they go through the next couple of days, looking at each other with lust filled eyes, they discover that the souls of two ancient lovers are locked deep down inside them, attempting to claw their way up to the surface completely. They must find a way to depossess themselves before the lovers take over and they decide they don't want to."There you have it. The first three episode plots for the return of Trinity this fall. Us here on the Trinity production team cannot wait to see what everyone thinks of the last 6 episodes of season one, plus the season finale crossover movie with Jack Malone's WATCHTOWER! See you guys soon."
