I never got the chance to check out the original version of the series, but the US version really drew me in. Not at first, but now, I consider myself a fan of the show. Its characters are amazing and the whole idea of the show is really new and interesting! Discuss any and everything about the show here!

I started watching this only, ONLY because the Smallville alum, Sam Witwer, was a lead on the show. After watching the pilot, I liked it but I hadnt watched a new episode since very recently. After that, I can see that this show is amazing! The characters, especially Aiden and Josh are really interesting. Even Sally the Ghost holds her own in the show. She's been warming up to me a lot more after the last few episodes. Now, I cannot wait for more xD

Since it started airing over here in Australia I saw a couple of episodes. I wasn't a real big fan. I like Josh but Aiden and Sally annoy me. From what I've seen Josh and his family interest me alot more than Aiden and Sally ever could. Bishop would be good if they gave him something to do except stand around and annoy Aiden. The episode that aired tonight wasn't too bad so I might get back into it. Not sure yet.
From what I've heard the UK version is far superior so I'm going to go check that out eventually.

I think the show, and its character got better and better as the show went on. In the beginning, I was a bit hesitant to become an avid viewer of the show, but after getting past the first few episodes, I really found myself liking the characters a lot more and finally, I considered myself a fan. Oh, I definitely want to check out the original UK version. I also hear that it's better than the US version, in a number of ways so, I'd like to see for myself

Even though I haven't discussed this show in a while, I have been keeping up with it. Season 2 has been pretty good so far, and the show was just picked up for a third so, we won't have to worry about it being canceled this year. I'm liking the storylines of all three characters this year. Aiden has always been my favorite, but Sally is really interesting this season. Josh is too, but he can sometimes be very irritating. *rolls eyes* Also, Dichen Lachman as a vampire is pretty darn kick ass; DOLLHOUSE fans? Where are ya'll at? Nowhere.... oh, okay then

Does anyone even watch this show? I've finally started watching the UK series, which is good, but I'm surprised by how good the US version has gotten.

ive just finished the 4th season of the UK Being Human, where it's all change with the cast - was disappointed Nina didn't get a proper exit, but I suppose with Russell/George going in the first episode, she was surplus to requirements. The US version, I find a lot more 'believable' if that makes sense, though, especially with their take on Annie/Sally, and how she's intangible, completely, whereas Annie in the UK version can interact with the environment... I also like the way the storyline with Josh and Nora has gone, and they've eased up on the guilt that Mitchell felt in Aidan, and had him become more involved in vampire politics and now, their survival.

SO SAD!! The news just came in that this show has been cancelled, and that the finale of Season 4 has been written to be the finale of the entire series! Surely they could have gone on for one more season and make it 5 like it's progenitor?! I mean, yes, I know they've done more episodes per season, but still I SO need to catch up, I haven't even watched the 3rd season yet!

Yeah, I heard about the cancelation last night. I'll miss this show, and the characters. Mostly Aidan and Sally.
