Shame about the timed Xbox One Exclusive. At least PC is getting it soon.

Just heard it's ending next season. While I'm disappointed, perhaps it's for the best that it's ending early with a (hopeful) bang than to stay on for years before ending with a whimper.

...but why do a sequel to a horrid film? I think this answers your question.

Job is great. Easily one of the best and most original characters this show has to offer. Rebecca has never clicked with me. I understand her arc, going from a sweet Amish girl to a hardened criminal but there's something that makes me really dislike her. As for Deva, it's impossible to care about her teenage angst in a series where the main characters regularly lie and cheat and kill and pull off heists involving millions of dollars.
On a more positive note, I'm really liking the new deputy Bunker, the former neo-Nazi. In just a few scenes, he's already made a huge impression. I can't wait to see what else the series brings for him.

I marathoned both seasons 2 and 3 a few weeks back and it was so much better than the first. The camera work and the editing beats out most major TV shows these days. There are very few unlikeable characters (Deva and Rebecca are the only two I never liked.) It's a great show that more people should be watching.

It's a really fun show. It's not the kind of show I feel compelled to watch as soon as a new episode comes out, but I certainly don't regret sitting down and watching it. The strong parallels to Veronica Mars really help.

Captain America 3 is going to be very cluttered, almost like Spider-Man 3, only this time there's too many heroes instead of villians. But at the same time they can't do another Spider-man origin story. They were pushing their luck the last time.

Even ignoring that it looks nothing like the games, that looks terrible.

If you don't mind, I'd like to give Science Fiction & War Drama a try.

I certainly agree with you guys about a Mass Effect series. There's so many different stories they could tell, and so many new directions they could take.
I'd also love to see a Metal Gear Solid movie at some point. But you'd need a director who was willing to embrace both the overly serious tone, and the quirky side of that universe.

I haven't given up on it, but I haven't seen anything past the first two episodes just yet. My family watches it and they say it's gotten pretty good. I'm probably gonna marathon it this week sometime, so I'll get back to you on it.

I watched practically nothing new this year. I'm shocked at how little I watched. But one of the few things I did see was the final season of How I Met Your Mother.
Now HIMYM has been going downhill for years, to the point where I was watching it for the sake of watching it. But that final season was so long, slow and boring. Dragging out two days over 22 or so episodes was a horrible idea. The few scenes with the Mother tended to be good, but the rest... Then there was the finale, which could've been the worst finale I've ever seen.
So if anyone is still watching that show, don't bother finishing it. It's absolutely not worth it.

It's got a good start with the school shooting, an original angle, but the pitch quickly descends into a typical high school drama.
You've got great potential with the school shooting, and you can focus on the direct aftermath, the students, teachers, parents and everyone else's reaction to it. The shock of friends being killed, tightened security, the fears of something like this happening again, blame being thrown around, people having a new perspective on the world. You could do so much with it.
It could be very original, but the current direction just isn't very creative nor interesting. It's simply like a typical teenage drama.

This pitch has got the same problems all your others do. It's bare-bones, poorly thought out and far too vague on just what exactly you're trying to do with the series. The characters barely have any description, and what little focus you do have is on the villains. For a newcomer, they're not gonna have any idea on what any of this means.
Look, I'm not trying to be a prick, but your pitches have not shown any sign of improving over time. My advice is to hold off from pitching, think about these characters and who they are rather than their superhero status. Think about the different kinds of stories you could tell rather than who Spider-man is going to fight this time. Think about the story you're trying to tell, and if there's a more unique way of telling it.
Just think and come up with new ideas rather than pitching something that is way underdeveloped.
