"What is the meaning of a single perfect being, living in an imperfect world... is he a legend, is he God, or is he simply a vision of things to come?"
the premise
In the year 2025, science made a breakthrough that would alter the world as we know if, forever. When one man's 30-year legacy comes to an end, he discovers the solution to the average human being's imperfection. A serum, containing the antidote for all flaws.
He called it "Silentium." (the Latin word for Perfection)
In the first few years it's creation, only the most important and wealthiest of people could purchase Silentium and gain this so called perfection, until the product was stolen, copied and distributed to the general public of the world. The aftermath: Smarter, stronger, better people. But is a world where everyone is special, everyone is perfect, a world at all?
Now, in present day New York, a law has been passed that will force Silentium on those who haven't already taken it. Any resistance would lead to death. This causes an uproar from citizens across the globe, and leads to an all out war between the flawed and the perfect. As the city, as well as most of the world, goes into a complete panic, a group of rebels rise to strike back and protect humanities right to choose. Led by a state senator, and a former U.S. Marine, the lives of six individuals are about to change as they set out on a mission to destroy the drug "Silentium" and save the world from destroying itself.

A former senator of New York, who began a campaign to ban the distribution of the drug, Silentium. William quite often is put in charge of the group, being the only one to have any experience with war.
Sophia Yoltz

After losing her inheritance, family and friends, she is forced to become a woman sooner than she had hoped, which makes the rest of the team wonder why she wouldn't take the drug they're attempting to stop. She often bumps heads with fellow resistance member, Alexia, who questions her motives and loyalty to the cause.

the creators note:
"Silentium" is a mini series project that I'm working on for university and I decided, why not pitch it on here. The assignment is to create three to six, 30-60 page scripts in which will act as a miniseries, for credit. Do you know how freaking excited I was to get this assignment! HAHA Anyway, I'll be working on this throughout this year, since its going to be due in 2012. Wish me luck and have any suggestions, let me know.
