FBI agents Fox Mulder (David Duchovny) and Dana Scully (Gillian Anderson) are the investigators of X-Files: marginalized, unsolved cases involving paranormal phenomena. Mulder is a believer in the existence of aliens and the paranormal, while Scully, a skeptic, is assigned to make scientific analyses on Mulder's discoveries. Fox Mulder and Dana Scully Seen as a defining series of its era, The X-Files tapped into public mistrust of governments and large institutions, and embraced conspiracy theories and spirituality as it centered on efforts to uncover the existence of extraterrestrial life. In addition to the long-term story arc, "monster of the week" episodes made up roughly two-thirds of the series. In such stand-alone X-Files episodes, Mulder and Scully investigated bizarre crimes with few long-term implications on the storyline, though the episodes provided growing background, such as the origin of the term 'X File.'

can anyone tell me what the crazy episode was, late on in Mulders time, when a fisherman finds a doll at sea and gives it to his daughter. but the doll is crazy and can talk and predict who will be harmed / does the harming some how. In the end the doll gets microwaved or something and it appears on another fishing boat at the end.
because that episode really creeped me out...

I LOVE The X-Files. Easily the best show I've ever watched.

That episode was called" Chinga" and was episode 10 of the fifth season. Hope I helped.

Creepy sure, but it still left a lot to be desired. I expected a bit more from the "King Of Horror".
