Okay, I am in LOVE with this. It's the kind of comedy that is sorely lacking these days. It's not a clone of Friends trying to replicate the success, it's not ripping off jokes from another shows previous season and it's FUNNY. If it were on TV it'd be up there with Doctor Who, Supernatural and PLL as a show I would watch religiously and never miss. Can't wait for episode two (Also, I will never be able to watch Finding Nemo the same way)

Yeah it had a lot of episodes in its run with some pretty complex stories. Hopefully this won't get that bad. Hopefully I don't make any mistakes with any French I use. I'm working on the pilot now so hopefully when I've got everything sorted I will post it

Anything from the previous series or the movie that is featured in this will be re-explained since most of it will be reworked to fit into my vision of the show so you dont need to watch previous versionsif you don't want to and I definitely wouldn't make watching all 1245 episodes of the original series a requirement before checking this out yes Angelique does have French roots and I would appreciate help if I need it as I had to use google translate to find the French word for grandmother

Thanks for the feedback guys . I've updated the pitch with character bios for the five major character. They're pretty basic but I'll expand them soon. My basic idea was to take familiar elements from the show and twist them and create new mythologies for them within the reboot such as with Angelique and the Phoenix storyline from the original

I've finished writing the entire season and am ready to post the pilot, however, so that the series doesn't contradict anything established in the official Whoniverse I've created a slightly altered continuity which will be explained in another series I'm working on called Doctor Who: Vale Decem which takes place after The Next Doctor and shows the adventures of the Tenth Doctor and Amy Pond

First of all, I'd like to clarify that I did NOT write this and I am NOT taking credit for doing so. All credit goes to Cman710. I'm just a fan of his work and wanted to share it with the VPN community. 17 years have passed since the murders in Hollywood, Sidney Prescott-Kincaid (Neve Campbell) is a successful writer, married to Detective Mark Kincaid (Patrick Dempsey), with one child, a young teenager, Neil (Kevin McHale), and living in her hometown of Woodsboro. Everything seems to be calm until she and Mark take in one of Mark's cases, a sixteen year old boy named Joseph (Max Thieriot) whose entire family was murdered in a triple homicide. Soon after the arrival of the new member of their family, two students at Woodsboro High School are found brutally murdered, and Joseph begins receiving threatening phone calls from someone claiming to be his family's murderer. But it isn't just Sidney's kids who become the targets, the living family members of Ghostface's prior victims are being found dead, one-by-one, in ways that eerily resemble the murders nearly twenty years before. Gale Weathers-Riley (Courtney Cox), of course, jumps at the first sign of excitement in the otherwise dull small town, while her husband, now Sheriff Dewey Riley (David Arquette), struggles to hone in on the identity of the killer. With all eyes and suspicions on Joseph, Sidney struggles to clear the name of her Foster Son. Only to find herself descending deeper into the secrets of Woodsboro then ever before. Because after all, in a small town like Woodsboro, Maureen Prescott's secrets were only the beginning. Solving this mystery is going to be an all new level of murder. z15.invisionfree.com/DefyTheDesign/ar/t1192.htm

Oh, I wish I'd known that before completely redoing the entire series *face palm* Although, there are two new characters that will be introduced in the finale that are gonna be really interesting. Btw, I LOVED Romana! I have to read your series!

I actually need to update the pitch as I've decided not to include Susan anymore as I've recently discovered that Susan's story was continued in the 8th Doctor radio plays which are considered official canon so I don't want to contradict any of that.

I'm taking my time with this so that its perfect and I want to have all the scripts finished. I'm currently writing Extermination of the Daleks and I'm nearly done.
