NEWS POSTED 9 MARCH, 2010Scoop: 'Watch' out for Old Faces!Another question was sent to me from an obvious die hard fan of Smallville who stumbled across Watchtower when it first was pitched. There initial question was 'Seeing as this is a spin off of Smallville, is there any chance for Chloe or Oliver to run into Clark at all this season? Any chance for us Chlark-ers to get some some solace for whats been happening in season nine?'It has been exclusively confirmed that the producers will be mentioning Clark, and the past within the first few episodes of the season, but unfortunately, he is not set to appear. However, some breaking news some may enjoy is that Lois Lane, played by the fantastic actress Erica Durance, may be popping up for a minor arc in the show's second season. As for her story, it is unknown, but the producers are really excited about getting her involved. "Lois is Chloe's cousin," the reminded, "No matter what mythos she comes from, no matter what her background with Superman is, she's also a huge part in Chloe's life." The producers went on to say that having Lois there, in any episode or season will be necessary. They have got a story planned for her to come in, and only want her to show up once throughout the series run. "We don't want Lois showing up to be the start of many times, we only plan to pull it off once," the reveal, "Thats not to say she won't be mentioned, but having her on for even just one episode is a lot to ask of the network." On the Chlark-esque stuff, its been revealed that the producers really needed to steer her clear of Clark, and as she's moved on, Clark thinking she's passed away, really cuts her out of the mythology -- which is why Chloe hasn't been in the comics. So its really a matter of keeping her as far away from Superman as possible, which could lead to another risk of bringing Lois in.

NEWS POSTED 9 MARCH, 2010.Scoop: 'Story' of a Love InterestSeveral new emails have been hitting me lately with questions I thought I could answer in my scoops. So, the question I'll be answering today was 'In Story of a Girl, there are bound to be love triangles, complications, and other dramatic twists and turns in the love department for the characters, but what is the main one to look out for? What is the main relationship of the first season?'Well, luckily, I have the answer right here. It appears that, yes, a love triangle is in the mix this season, like most dramas, but the iconic relationship that will thread its way throughout the first season will be the Sam/Josh one! Its been exlcusively confirmed by actress Kristen Bell, who reveals some great upcoming storylines to come! "There's sort of an attraction between the two [Sam & Josh] when the series begins," the actress began, "And seeing as Josh is in a very unhealthy relationship with Rachel, he soon finds himself wanting to spend more time with Sam. Wanting to be around her more." Kristen Bell went on to say that the two of them together won't happen until towards the end, when the season begins to wrap up, but in the meantime, nothing is rushed, and the relationship clearly slips into place in the best way possible. "In a weird way, you know they're bound to get together. But its not always about that, its about the journey. The steps taken that lead the two together," she continued, "Once they realize they're the most important thing in each other's lives, it only seems right to delve into that 'something more' that they always wanted from the start."

NEWS POSTED 7 MARCH, 2010.Scoop: Network Explores New GenreIt appears the Virtual Productions Network may be losing another show, aside from Matthew James' Connor, and has decided to branch out into a new genre of Science Fiction. Its been revealed that Brian Melanson's (creator of The Path Not Taken) show 'The Protectors' has been picked up by the network, opening its new genre on Wednesday Nights. With news of Angel being on hiatus, we're only to assume the bad news involves Fabulous Cordy, but more on that later! "I was so surprised when I heard," the actress exclaimed, "We had only just started shooting the pilot when we got the call from the producers. It all happened so fast." Originally, the actress told us, that the VPN was reluctant to pick up the show as they were struggling to find room for it. But, luckily enough, with this new night, the Protectors will be joining the schedule, and start off its first season sometime this year. The show will be a thirteen episode science fiction series, meaning, each season will have a limit of thirteen episodes only, as the network strives to make sure the show doesn't drag on with fillers, alike most sci-fi's do. In other news, I can officially confirm the rumors to be true. The network has approached Matthew James on starting a new show here on the VPN, no pitching required, as they negotiate with him some thoughts on another Science Fiction adventure! Reports claim that the writer is currently considering taking them up on the offer, but needs to time to fully address if he will, or will not.

NEWS POSTED 7 MARCH, 2010. Scoop: This Just In: The 'Story' Will Be Told! Sources have exclusively confirmed that the VPN has bought a 21 episode season for the previously departed Story of a Girl, offering more episodes than before. Series creator, Jack Malone, had approached the network informing them that it he wants to get this show up and running, no matter what. Unfortunately, the school issues still apply, therefore it may be right to assume the show will have possibly 2-4 breaks durings its run, for the first year. "There's no use throwing away a good story when you have one, just because things get in the way of you telling it," he began, "I really like the characters, like the arcs, and at the moment, its looking like, once Faith finishes its second season, I can really delve into Watchtower & Story of a Girl how I wanted to." When asked about his other shows, he had this to say: "Buffy the Vampire Slayer is still happening, but it may not start until the third season of Faith starts, which is set for towards the last few months of the year. And Angel has been put on an ongoing hiatus, until Faith finishes, so they will be done." The series stars Kristin Bell, Allison Mack, Matt Lanter, Annalynne McCord, Summer Glau, Bret Harrison, and Buffy the Vampire Slayer alumni Kristine Sutherland. NEWS POSTED MARCH 1, 2010. Scoop: Actress hints 'Major Death' for 'Faith'!With Faith returning this month, we were able to track down the lead actress of the VPN's hit virtual series 'Faith the Vampire Slayer' which will be entering its third season next year, who revealed some shocking spoilers for the season finale that is on its way. "There's a major death happening in the finale," Dushku confirmed, "One in which will affect all the characters, including Faith, very personally." Earlier, it was revealed a character will bite the dust in this seasons' 16th episode entitled "On Death Row", and when questioning Eliza, she had this to say: "That's a pretty big death too, but the thing that differs is, throughout the whole episode we know that character is going to die; but in the finale, in which the script was just sent out to us, its so unexpected." She soon followed on to reveal that it will bring two particular characters together, but not romantically, and will offset a character's dark path for the premiere of season three, and that first particular arc of the year. Note: It has been exclusively confirmed that David Anders role of 'Anthony' is not in any sort of death-trouble this year at all. The actor/actress has been let in on their depature, but is trying to keep it quiet, but we have it on good authority that Anthony will not be leaving Faith.

UPDATED 2/4/2010 - Its been officially confirmed that comic book villain 'Doctor Light' will make his debut on Watchtower! He will show up in a rather 'Mia Centric' episode that will take her to new depths in terms of being Green Arrow's sidekick.

- This will be a crossover between sister shows, Watchtower and Trinity, written by both respective creators, Chris Davis and Jack Malone (who are both executive producers for one another's show).
- Its been revealed that a character from the main cast will be involved with Doctor Fate's helmet, and its clearly addressed that it won't be Chloe Sullivan.
- The episode is said to take the audience into the [possible?] future, where the world will be at war against metahumans.
- There's a scene shared between Lana, Chloe and Pete that is said to be "emotionally powerful" by series creator, Jack Malone, as the two "take a look back at what their life was, and where they are now."

UPDATED 26/7/2010 - VS Guide has revealed another DC Comic Character is slated to appear in this episode. Rumor has it that its Doctor Light, who was earlier revealed to possibly show up in the season, but nothing is confirmed.

UPDATED 13/10/2010 - There's a big moment, towards the middle of the episode that has not been revealed.
- The title refers to both Zoe Lawton's vendetta against Emil, and Helena Bertinelli's vendetta against Black Mask, who has returned.
- Lucius Fox appears in this episode. He previously appeared in the mid-season premiere "Awakened" in a short scene at Wayne Enterprises.
- There's a big Chlollie moment by episode's end.
UPDATED 8/9/2010 - Black Mask, last seen in the pilot episode "legend" is apparently back, leaving Helena to juggle her feelings, and what she has learnt having met Chloe. How he survived the bullet to the head, we're not sure, but believe it will be explained.

UPDATED 24/02/2010 - Its official! This episode will have the rise and fall of DC Comics Character 'Two Face' putting Mark Valley's appearance to a not-to-be-recurring-one. Sources exclusively reveal that during the tragedy of Bruce's court case, Harvey will become his villainous counterpart 'Two-Face' seeking vengeance on Jean Loring, and, when Chloe and co. get involved, will be going after them too.
-Its not confirmed, but we believe this episode will prove Bruce guilty, which could put him behind bars, rumor only! Speculate below!
UPDATED 23/02/2010 - Two infamous DC Comic Characters, Harvey Dent (Mark Valley) and Jean Loring (Emily Deschanel) enter the universe, one working to prove Bruce's innocence, the other trying to sabbotage him.

UPDATED 26/6/2010 - The VPN's Official Description: WATCHTOWER IS OFFICIALLY OFFLINE. MID SEASON FINALE - After their confrontation, Oliver (Justin Hartley) returns to inform Chloe (Allison Mack) that the war has started; and that Emil’s (Alessandro Juliani) new experiment will turn the entire city of Gotham into his lab rats. Racing against the clock, they round up the troops to stop him! Bruce (Christian Bale) says his farewell to Chloe, having been let down easy, and decides to prove himself worthy of a superhero. Perry (Michael McKean) gets offered a very important job offer that could relocate him too. Meanwhile, in light of the shocking events, Helena (Kayla Ewell) abandons the team.
UPDATED 9/6/2010 - Watchtower will become the only source of hope left in Gotham City when Emil threatens everyone with his ultimate weapon.
-The final few seconds of the episode are pivotal to whats in store for the season finale of Watchtower.

UPDATED 9/6/2010 - Several changes have been made to the episode, story-wise, but VS Guide has refused to update their description of the episode. The official description will be released shortly.
UPDATED 20/4/2010 - VS Guide has posted their description, hinting at the episode's storyline: 'an underground society surfaces on a hunt for superheroes, and when Chloe becomes its next target, the Black Canary shows up to save her! Meanwhile, the two will learn that the society has ties to Helena's past, and the three unite under the league title of 'Birds of Prey' to stop them.'
UPDATED 16/3/2010 - It has been revealed that a hidden society from Helena's past will resurface.
-Oliver's destined wife from the comics will return in this episode, as this episode will be very "Birds of Prey"-ish. If you don't know about them, they are an all-female team from the comics consisting of Oracle (who we presume Chloe will take up that role as Watchtower), Huntress, and the Black Canary.

UPDATED 24/02/2010 - As more news speculates, we've managed to uncover several key plots of the episode. "This episode has a lot of intriguing storylines, that amp the majority of the season," Justin Hartley revealed in his latest interview, "There'll be a declaration of love between Chloe and Oliver, after he sorta dies in her arms. Mia will finally done her superhero persona 'Speedy'. And the war between Emil and Chloe really takes a nose dive into things, as she finally manages to get inside, and try and stop him from within."
-Fortunately for you, we have more news. The DC Comics Character is yet to be revealed, but Lost alumni Terry O'Quinn has booked the part of this mysterious character.
UPDATED 23/02/2010 - Rumored that this episode will have its own take on a DC Comic Character, that will prove to be a major villain for the episode!
-Virtual Wonders revealed that Chloe gets too close to discovering Emil's whereabouts, that he sends a hit out on her; one in which will be impossible to fend off -- and Chloe may have to resort to her kindhearted speaking to get her out of this one!
