THE WORLD'S FINEST is A Virtual film written by Michael Walter. It is based on The DC Comics Superheroes Batman; created by Bob Kane and Bill Finger and Superman; Created by Joe Shuster and Jerry Siegel. The Film is a Reimagining of The 2016 film Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice and while it borrow elements from the original Dawn Of Justice Movie, the film follows it's own original premise.
The Film was conceived in response to the negative reception of Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice. Having seen the film and releasing the potential it could've had with a better story and casting, Writer/Actor Michael Walter began a campaign to reimagine the film as the characters were written in the comic books, and a film that would satisfy the fans of DC Comics who expected, but didn't get, more from Dawn Of Justice.
STORY
7 years have past since The disappearance of The Mysterious Vigilante known as The Batman and the city is drowning in continuing turmoil since Batman's disappearance. Many in Gotham hope and pray for a savior for their city while the rest of Gotham questions what sort of hero it needs. However, With The Emergence Of a new threat known as The Phantoms, led by The Mysterious Heretic, Bruce Wayne is forced to once again defend a city that fears and distrusts him while also coming into conflict with a distrusting Superman who seeks to expose The Dark Knight as he sees him as a brutal criminal.

MICHAEL ROSENBAUM as LEX LUTHOR
BTS: While Jesse Eisenberg did pretty good as Lex Luthor in the original Dawn Of Justice movie, Many fans have had different opinions of who the casting of Lex should've been (Bryan Cranston, Tom Hanks, etc.) But when the sequel to Man Of Steel was first announced, Michael Rosenbaum was the first choice people wanted to play Lex Luthor after his brilliant performance as the character In Smallville and he was certainly my first choice for the role. While Jim Hanks was though of and almost cast in my story, to homage Smallville. I decided to cast Michael Rosenbaum in the storyline because he still has the pedigree and persona of Lex Luthor and would fit perfectly into the new story for this movie.

Elisha Cuthbert as Fura
BTS: Fura is a new character created for the film. She is the fourth of seven villains in the film and the fourth of The Heretic's Lieutenants in The Phantoms. She is a Rogue Amazon who left Themysciara after leading a failed coup against Queen Hippolyta. She is a mix between Aresia from Justice League, and Artemis from The Trinity book from which The Worlds Finest draws elements from. Her joining The Heretic draws Wonder Woman into the story.
Scott McNairy as Garfield Lynn's/Firefly
BTS: Firefly is a member Of The Heretics Phantoms Organization and seeks to watch the world burn. I chose Scott McNairy as Firefly because I enjoyed his performance as Wallace Keith in Dawn Of Justice and even though The Worlds Finest is not the same story as Dawn Of Justice, I still wanted to find a part for him to play in the movie and I though Firefly would be perfect for him.
THE HERETIC
* Played by Georges St-Pierre
* Voiced by Travis Willingham
BTS: The Heretic was a villain in Batman Bad Blood but I believed he had the potential for a much greater impact in Batman media so I decided to have him as the main villain in this movie. He would lead an organization called The Phantoms and align himself with a key villain to manipulate Batman and Superman into fighting each other.
For The characters performance: I chose Georges St-Pierre to play him and Travis Willingham to provide his voice. George St-Pierre is a great fighter who was in Captain America 2 and Travis Willingham is one of my favorite voice actors and I wanted to give his Heretic that he played in Batman Bad Blood a bigger prominence in the movie so I decided to have Travis dub the voice.
Dave Bautista as Blockbuster
BTS: Dave Bautista is not only an incredible fighter, but a great actor as well. His performance as Drax the Destroyer in The Guardians Of The Galaxy series is spectacular as well as his role in Spectre great also. He has the pedigree and persona to play Blockbuster who is more than just the muscle for The Phantoms.
Chris Browning as Reactron
BTS: Reactron is a Villain from Supergirl who wants vengeance on Superman for the death of his wife. His story takes elements from Supergirl and was added as I believed he would make a great addition to the stories fray of villains.
Cheryl Leigh as Barbra Gordon
BTS: I knew fans where campaigning for Batgirl to appear on Supergirl and both Supergirl Actress Melissa Benoist and Cheryl Leigh expressed interest in Cheryl Leigh playing Batgirl. I too though she'd be perfect as Batgirl and would fit perfectly into the story as a helper of Batman in his resurgence.
