[glow=green,2,300]ALIEN: SUBMERSION[/glow] She terrorized Nostromo...She devastated LV-426...She killed everyone at Fiorina 'Fury' 161...She was resurrected onboard The USM Auriga...Now, years later, she returns... again.i]
Set 15 years after last film, "Alien: Submersion" takes us into a whole new dimension of the terror we know all too well. The massive luxury cruise-submarine The Amphitrite has been cruising the depths of the famous water-paradise Medusa 32 for years and years and the tourists just keep flowing in. On the night of its tenth anniversery, something strikes from the bottom of the ocean... creatures with mouths inside of their mouths and tails sharp enough to cut through flesh. The majority of the ship's crew and guests are killed and a handful survivors must band together and find a way to see the light of day again... but with water leaking in and the creatures lurking behind every corner, that won't be as easy. Ellen Ripley thought it was all over, but she was wrong... and she realizes that there is no such thing as coincidences. I was originally trying to write a Virtual Movie set underwater, but couldn't think of any monster. I kept thinking "Like Alien", until I came to think... why not Alien? So, I have decided to write a fifth Alien film, this time set mostly underwater.
CAST OF CHARACTERS:
HUNTER PARRISH as Clayton Lockley, a young man who's life resolves around jumping from woman to woman and doing a whole lot of drinking. He attends The Amphitrite's tenth anniversery together with his graduating class, hoping to set a record in the number of drinks drunk and women slept with... instead he is forced into a fight for survival, together with a handful of other survivors.
SIGOURNEY WEAVER as Ellen Ripley, who is fifteen years later again sucked into the nightmarish world. The Xenomorph threat again resurfaces and forces Ripley to again become the badass we all know her as.
ELIJAH WOOD as Athan Moore, owner and pilot of his precious ship The Kraken, which he sees as his own child. He is very snarky and sarcastic and only seems to be nice to his co-pilot and only friend, Dharma.
ANNA PAQUIN as Dharma Baxter, Athan's co-pilot and only friend. She and Athan have known each other since childhood and have spent most of their lives flying from planet to planet, always chasing after something valuable. Their interest onboard The Amphitrite is to steal a valuable diamond... but things go terribly wrong and a fight for survival begins.
JEAN LUC BILODEAU as Ryan Crane, a young waiter onboard The Amphitrite. He has a criminal past and is cunning with picking locks and stuff like that... things that might come handy when disaster strikes.
CHAD MICHAEL MURRAY as Jake Dick, a young aspiring intergalactic sportsman whose arrogance keeps landing him in trouble... this time isn't an exception.

While I do love the idea of an Alien film, set underwater. I'm not fully grasping how you would write it in 3D.
Since it's a written script and not a visual presentation (aside from what you see in your mind). I don't see how writing little things like "The creature swims toward the camera and lunges out of the screen" would be a positive thing to add to a script.
I like the idea an Alien film like this one, but to be brutally honest with you, titling it as a 3D virtual film, in my opinion, is a bad idea. Just because it's not technically Three Dimensional and also the formatting of the script would be kind of confusing and distracting.

AC I love this idea! I can't wait to see what you do with it. You have an interesting cast of characters and you have Sigourney Weaver too! That's the best part.

-cracks fingers- Alright Aliens. My specialty! (is pursuing a career in abnormal psych) There was so much MAGIC in Aliens, excluding that one with the white thing that got sucked out of the spaceship into the vacuum of space. However, being a water baby, and a HUGE believer in Aliens. I am very, very, very, very excited. And YOU HAD BETTER start working on this some time soon. And if help is needed. Give me a ring a ling. erm.. well.. that wouldn't work, but a private message shall do. GOOD LUCK!! -throws confetti-

Hey Amin, I curious as to whether or not you are pursuing this? I for one LOVE the Alien flicks, and I love your idea of having the victims/heroes trapped under water, no escape, with the Aliens. My only question to you is if this film takes place after Resurrection and if so is Ripley another clone like she was in that film??? Or does this take place before Resurrection??
