Series creator Brady Brown has just confirmed that Nathan Kress and Elizabeth Gillies, who portray Jordan Langston and Angela Davis respectively, will not be returning as main cast members for the third sequence. "With this sequence finally exploring their relationship, their story has been told, and with the sequence finale ending with a cliffhanger, fans can only guess what will happen," Brown says.

This gif sums up everything: So, you know, I'm just casually LOVING the storyline that surrounds Jordan and Angela, and everything is building up to insane awesomeness, and I'm loving every second of it, and then Brady goes and potentially writes them off the show. You would do that, wouldn't you! Hahaha, but no, I'm both excited and worried. My theory based on the last episode is that Angela may be led to her death in the position she's been in all sequence long, and the contrast between these two characters has highlighted Jordan's descent into darkness, but also, Angela's place outside of that, being quite a good character when you really look at it. However- -not being a main cast member doesn't necessarily mean they're going anywhere. -Alisha left, and she came back. -denial is always helpful. Heh. Heh. *cries*

But I'm fairly certain I get it from you, because I've read so much Watchtower that ripping people's hearts out is like second nature to me. jk jk. xD But anyways, I don't really want to say too much, because I really want everything to be a surprise, so I'll just leave you with this:

Okay, first of all, that creepy picture- thanks for the nightmares I'm gonna have now. Secondly, WHUUUUAAAAAAATTTT?! Hahahaha. You can't do this to me! Okay, crack!theory- maybe Angela is finally "safe" because she killed Jordan? Or something happened to them that frees her from the craziness of Jordon. IDK. Maybe- MAYBE- you're making it all up, and they're "safe" because the cliffhanger is that everybody isn't in danger, or hurting, or sad, and its all just happy... Yeah, that sounds like a good season finale Good job! *denial at its finest*

EXCLUSIVE: KRESS AND GILLIES INTERVIEW! Earlier today, VSGuide was able to sit down with Nathan Kress and Elizabeth Gillies, stars of the hit webisode drama, Audition, who portray Jordan Langston and Angela Davis respectively. We only had them for a little bit, but we asked the questions everyone’s been dying to have answered! VSGUIDE: So, we’re nearing the finale of Sequence Two with just two episodes remaining. Care to share any light on what’s to come with these last couple of episodes? KRESS: We really start to see the outcome of Jordan’s psychotic rage he’s been experiencing this back half of the sequence. That really comes through Angela, who happens to be the main victim of all this. GILLIES: Yeah, I think Angela really begins to steer clear of Jordan, especially with the events that happened in episode ten. But something happens in the penultimate episode that really sets her mind of something she thinks she has to get done. VSGUIDE: We got a glimpse of a flashback in the previous episode. Anymore to come? GILLIES: Definitely! Through the flashbacks we really get to see a clear beginning, middle, and end of how Jordan and Angela’s relationship started off, and how it became what was first introduced to the series. KRESS: And it explains the reason as to why Jordan is the way he is. Well, before he went all psycho and stuff. [laughs] GILLIES: Which is debatable. VSGUIDE: Recently, news broke that both of you would be departing from the main cast. Why is that? KRESS: Well, just like Brady said, the story with Jordan and Angela has been told, and there’s really no reason to drag it out any longer, and keep them around when they don’t need to be. GILLIES: And we agree with Brady when he says that he doesn’t want these characters to go out on a note they don’t need to. These characters deserve what they got, and that’s how it’s going to stay. [laughs] KRESS: Yeah, especially when they get buried six feet under... GILLIES: No comment. [laughs] VSGUIDE: It’s a shame that I can’t tell if you’re kidding or not. [laughs] KRESS: Expect the unexpected! VSGUIDE: Okay, last question. It’s one everyone wants to know. Is Jordan reedemable? KRESS: Now, that is something you’re going to have to find out in the Sequence Three premiere. GILLIES: Yep, we just finished shooting it. It gets rather intense, if I do say so myself. VSGUIDE: Well there you have it folks! Some questions have been answered, and now the only thing to do is wait and see! Make sure to check out Audition, airing Thursdays only on theVPN!

Aaaahhhh! This interview!
Okay, first of all- joking about any one of them dying, is not funny. NOT FUNNY. I've grown really attached to these characters, even if Jordan has kind of spiraled further and further into being a bad guy, I feel like he needs help and and the idea of seeing him be saved, or be redeemed, even if its a "I've got to quit acting because I don't like the person its turned me into", then that's fine. I just feel like there's something in his character which makes me not hate him completely, and I'm thinking its this, but idk.
As for Angela- okay, I have to ask how much a time gap between the sequence two finale, and the sequence three premiere because I'm getting the impression the S3 premiere is when their story officially wraps up, ie. Angela dies, Jordan is seen as irredeemable because of his actions. STILL. Have no idea what to expect here.
Its always funny to read VSGuide interviews (and I do it too) where you have the actors basically say, "I'm totally fine with not getting as big a paycheck, because you know, I really care about the direction of the characters, and if its their time to leave, then so be it." When really, it'd be like, "please don't kill me, I like my 70 million dollar house!" But no, there are actors out there in real interviews I've read that are the former, and I like that. I know Allison Mack said in a Smallville interview that she was ready to leave the show at the end of season nine but the writers didn't want to let her go so they didn't wrap her character up, which is why she came back in S10 for 5 episodes so that they HAD to in order to give closure to the fans; nek minnit, gets roped into doing the series finale too. I'm rambling, sorry, I'm just really excited!
So, as my current theories stand-
The cliffhanger surrounds Jordan and Angela. S3 Premiere is where they'll be leaving, or one of them will be, either through death, or departure. I don't see the relationship lasting, I feel like its built to the point where something big is going to happen and ugh, I just don't know. I mean, as much as there's a chance Jordan goes too far and actually kills Angela, there's a chance she can finally snap, fight back and kill him, so I just DONT KNOW.

Anyways, I've been really suprised that you've grown attached to these two characters: WHO, IN FACT, I FAINTLY REMEMBER YOU HATING WITH A PASSION, especially Jordan of all people, haha!! The question of "can Jordan be redeemed?" was a question I actually asked myself when I was planning their story arc this sequence. I think hope you'll enjoy what happens to him, even if he does meet a rather unfortunate end... which he may not, idk you'll see. The S3 premiere will directly follow the S2 finale in terms of time gap. Yep, you're right. The S3 premiere will wrap of their story! HAHA!! Gaaaaaaaaaaaaawd, there needs to be more actors that are like "yo, I respect where dis is goin' so I'm fine wit leaving," but no. NOT THAT MANY. BUT ALLISON MACK FTW!! OMG. SPECULATION! XD I'll say the cliffhanger does indeed surround Jordan and Angela, and I'll even confirm that there's a mini cliffhanger that involves Paula, lol. Interesting theories, though... CAN THEY BE TRUE! *cheesy announcer voice* Find out Thursdays only on theVPN!

Hahaha, yeah these characters use to shit me, but sequence two kind of developed them in a way that made me really appreciate their role in the show, and now you're writing them out... JERK! Hahahaha

WOW!!! Expect the unexpected! I can honestly say that I'm now really wanting to see what is going to happen. I think (IMO) that Jordan is redeemable BUT does that make good ratings (wink) I'm sure that there are tons of fans out there that would love to see Jordan get what he deserves and should Angela be the one to dish it out?! I can honestly imagine what I see happening (if Jordan was to meet his demise). That (IMO again) would be good ratings BUT sometimes killing off characters only works if you're connected to that character BUT...I was connected so whatever you do will be a low blow (JK). The reason I was connected is I liked that there was a conflict in the story and Jordan created that atmosphere. I will be fine with whatever happens but I'm already expecting the ultimate storyline! My thoughts are that Angela gets fed up with the HELL that Jordan put into her life and Jordan goes over the good guys one last time and gets a little intense (hint hint) and Angela stands up for them and actually tries to just hurt him but ends up killing him...or even makes it a Romeo and Juliet style of situation that Angela is so in love with Jordan and because of everything that has happened she decides to end his life but she decides to end it also...and you could keep that there itself or you could somehow show at the end that it was a MOVIE and that they were playing a part and bring back the light hearted aspects of the show!

Hahaha, yeah! It's great to know people are excited to see what's to come! I think Jordan and Angela's story is wrapped in a way that I always wanted, so whether it gets positive reception or not, at least I know I sent them off in the way that I thought was best. Guess we'll have to see though! XD Interesting theory! You'll have to see if it comes true or not.
