::Series Update::
After several months of hiatus due to technical difficulties, scheduling problems, and conflicting projects, production of Bad Wolf is set to begin again in less than two short weeks! Series Writer and Director, Kerry Burkett, stated that it was "unfortunate the series ran into so many problems" and had to cut the run of first half of the season an episode short. The original Mid-Season finale "Game World" is scheduled to air during the holidays along with a short, untitled, Christmas Special. When asked about the conflicting projects, Burkett revealed that she was bogged down with other various writing projects, including the lyrics to a short musical about King Arthur. In August, she was contracted to write the lyrics for the show as well as to assist in directing. "The Bad Wolf fans don't need to worry" the director assured, "Everything with the musical has been completed and Bad Wolf is back on the top of the pile." The musical will be filmed Easter of 2013, hopefully around the Season Finale of "Bad Wolf."

Awesome spoilers, Kerry! I really need to go play catch up on Bad Wolf, omfg. When I get a break from Outcasts, that is definitely what I'm going to be doing. Good luck on getting your groove back, I know how much it sucks to be in a writing rut.

Mid Season Finale- Revamped Production of Bad Wolf halted for several months due to conflicts as well as technical difficulties. The previous plans for for the would be mid-season finale "Game World" were changed in this week and the new untitled episode is well underway. The VS Guide caught up with the Director and Creator, Kerry Burkett, and asked her some questions about the upcoming episode. VS Guide: Why did you decide to change the episode? Kerry: The original episode was very action packed and really didn't expand on the characters or their development. It wasn't working out well and needed to be changed to help the flow of the season. VS Guide: How different is the story? Kerry: Well the original story focused on action in a place called "Game World" where John was sentenced to be. However, this episode focuses around the trial that was skipped in the previous draft of the episode and deals more with the characters and how they feel about it instead of lots of fighting. VS Guide: What do we have to look forward to in the story? Kerry: There will still be similar plot twists and we still meet Benedict Cumberbatch's character, Senator Valtteri. We learn a little more about Garrick and the mystery that surrounds him, the universe they are currently in, and to top it off there will be some court-room drama. The episode will air once it has finished production to bridge the gap until the second half of the season is complete. Now is the perfect time to catch up on the first run of the show or voice your opinion on its upcoming return.
