A light in the shadows. Watching....
The Premise
Having faked her own death to escape the Department of Domestic Security, a large government organization bent on keeping the biggest secret of all, Chloe Sullivan (Allison Mack) managed to keep off the radar for three months; having started a new life in Gotham. Her new job, working for Perry White (Michael McKean), as a reporter for Gotham Daily leads her down a dark path that opens up the very roots of evil that grow in this dark city; and having saved a runaway teenage, Helena Bertineli (Kayla Ewell), she soon discovers that Gotham needs a hero; a guardian. A Watchtower. And when Oliver Queen (Justin Hartley) shows up, informing her of Dr. Emil Hamilton's (Alessandro Juliani) return, all hell breaks loose. With his plans of building a lethal army of superpowered humans, Chloe finds herself in the thick of it; engaging in a war she is not fit to fight. With the help of her friends, can she take down the DDS and one of the most gifted minds of this world? Or will she crumble to her demise, and be remembered for nothing more than a legends' sidekick? Christian Bale also stars as Bruce Wayne.

Chloe Sullivan portrayed by Allison Mack
Chloe Sullivan, also known as Watchtower, is an intellectually gifted woman, who always sees the good in people, and aspires to be the best that she can be. Growing up in a town like Smallville, the bright reporter came across several bizarre things that have widened her imagination and curiousity, that can sometimes lead her down dangerous paths. But with a mission to help others, and guide them out of the darkness, there's simply nothing that can bring her down. Unfortunately, fleeing to a city like Gotham, one of the most darkest places, filled with criminals, organized crime, and evil uprisings, its only a matter of time before Chloe Sullivan, the bright and loving woman, becomes corrupted.
Oliver Queen portrayed by Justin Hartley
Oliver Queen, also known as the Green Arrow, is no stranger to darkness, having lost his parents at a young age; and spending several years stranded on an island - but since facing those dark times, he's become a carefree, good-hearted man, with the means to save and protect the citizens of Gotham City. Having known Chloe for a while, he soon forms a growing, somewhat loving feeling for her, but with all that's going on, can he truly form a much deeper connection with her?
Helena Bertineli portrayed by Kayla Ewell
Helena Bertineli, also known as the Huntress, fell victim to one of the biggest criminal organizations in the city. Having ran away from her abusive foster parents, the traumatized teen was looking to be saved, looking for a hero. And when crossing Chloe's path, she found a strong sister-like figure, that could both take her in to look after her, and teach her how to reach her full potential. Having a tragic past, this young girl has a long journey ahead of her, that with the help of her new friends, shouldn't be that difficult.
Dr. Emil Hamilton portrayed by Alessandro Juliani
Dr. Emil Hamilton has one of the most gifted minds in the whole world, but, unlike Chloe, he wishes to use his intelligence against the greater good. Sharing a year with the bright young woman, at the previous Watchtower, he became somewhat of a mentor for her, but when revealed to be a mole, working for a much higher evil, the two were sworn to become enemies. Now, having uncovered a new experiment that can enhance the minds' capabilites, and create superpowered humans, the gifted man begins to form an army, and hopes that one day Chloe will believe in his cause for bringing about a new world; a world where everyone can reach their full minds potential; and join him.
Perry White portrayed by Michael McKean
Perry White was last seen as a low-life drunk, who failed at his career as a reporter. But since then, the 42 year old man has become Editor-In-Chief of Gotham Daily, becoming a well respected business man. Working his way to the big leagues, the witty, and demanding chief takes Chloe under his wing, seeing a boat load of potential in her - and sees a bit of ones self in her. Hoping to land a job running the Daily Planet, his trust in his new reporter, Chloe, lands her a Gotham Daily successor. But, with all the dark things abrewing in the city, will he live long enough to fulfil his dreams; to reach for the stars?
Bruce Wayne portrayed by Christian Bale
Bruce Wayne, also known as the Dark Knight, shares a similar tragic past to Oliver, and with that connection, the two become close friends. But the two lead very different lives. Owning over three quarters of Wayne Enterprises shares, he struggles to uphold his father's legacy; juggling two very different lives. One, as the bachelor playboy the ladies, and most of all of Gotham know him to be; the Other being his life as a vigilante. As he finds himself losing a part of himself, slowly, his whole world begins to fall apart, and he may not be able to pick himself up off his feet this time.

1x01 - Legend
THE MYTH BECOMES A LEGEND - Faking her death to outrun the Department of Domestic Security, a large organization bent on keeping one of the biggest secrets of all, Chloe Sullivan (Allison Mack) flees to Gotham City, where she starts a new life, working as a reporter for Gotham Daily. But, when longtime friend Oliver Queen (Justin Hartley) shows up, informing her of Dr. Hamilton’s (Alessandro Juliani) return, all hell begins to break loose. And our hero will discover the past can’t be swept under the rug that easily. Meanwhile, runaway Helena Bertineli (Kayla Ewell) falls victim to the crimes of Gotham, and desperately needs to be saved; but the question is, will Chloe be watching over the city with the DDS, watching her every move? Michael McKean and Christian Bale also star.
1x02 - Mask
BLACK MASK MAKES HIS WAY TO GOTHAM - When Criminal mastermind Roman Sionis (guest star Adam Baldwin) pulls off a huge heist at Wayne Enterprises, Bruce (Christian Bale) contacts his good friend Oliver (Justin Hartley) to hunt him down and retrieve the stolen property; and put the criminal behind bars where he belongs. And when Chloe (Allison Mack) gets involved, she soon uncovers a deep, dark past between Helena (Kayla Ewell) and the criminal mastermind. Meanwhile, Perry White (Michael McKean) is approached by the DDS about his favourite reporter, Chloe Sullivan. Alessandro Juliano does not star in this episode.
1x03 - Wonder
THE WONDERTWINS ARE BACK - Seeking Chloe’s (Allison Mack) help in stopping a superpowered electro-being, Zan (guest star David Gallagher) and Jayna (guest star Allison Scagliotti) show up in Gotham, holding clues as to what Dr. Emil Hamilton’s (Alessandro Juliani) plans are, and what he’s next move may be. Meanwhile, when publishing a story that ruins someone’s life, Perry White (Michael McKean) finds himself on the run from the deranged lunatic, only to be saved by the Wondertwins; this encounter leads to a front page article on the Gotham Daily newspaper, where both the Watchtower, and the Wondertwins, make the headline! Christian Bale, Justin Hartley and Kayla Ewell also star.
1x04 - Knight
THE DARK KNIGHT BEGINS - On the eve of his birthday, Bruce Wayne (Christian Bale) struggles to figure out what he wants in life, and how he wants to live up to his father’s expectations and legacy. Meeting Chloe (Allison Mack) at his annual birthday ball, he soon realizes he wants to be a symbol of hope for the citizens of Gotham, becoming the legendary Dark Knight. But, on his first cry of justice, the masked vigilante crosses paths with Dr. Emil Hamilton’s (Alessandro Juliani) Alliance; a group of enhanced beings. Will he become the stuff of legends, or nothing more than shortlived history? Meanwhile, Oliver (Justin Hartley) questions his choices in becoming Green Arrow, and if its time to give up the bow and arrow. Michael McKean and Kayla Ewell also star.
1x05 - Spell
A LOVE SPELL GONE HORRIBLY WRONG - Being saved by the spell casting Zatana (guest star Serinda Swan), Chloe (Allison Mack) and Oliver’s (Justin Hartley) first date ends horribly wrong. Trying to make it up to them, she casts a love spell that turns the two into care-free loving spirits. And when Dr. Emil Hamilton (Alessandro Juliani) shows up, looking to destroy their months of research on his organization, they can’t help but let him get away with it. Meanwhile, with her friends on the fritz, Helena (Kayla Ewell) steps in as the Huntress; and finds herself taking on the doctor and his Alliance. But when her plans of stopping him result in her facing death, who can save her? Christian Bale also stars.

Plans, Notes, and Speculation
With the new rules about the forum, I would just like to leave a little author's note here. Lets start with the cast. Allison Mack and Justin Hartley are under contracts with separate shows. Luckily the producers of both shows have allowed me to use this amazing actors for the series. Next item I want to shout out there is I'm hoping to get a 20-22 episode order, so I will be planning big here. But, this being a first season, I don't know how much the network will purchase. Onto the next thing...I have a few episode ideas that will be pretty darn cool. The WonderTwins will be returning in an episode this season. You'll see the Justice League again, if not together, then definately separately. I already have plans to have Bart and Dinah on the show. There'll be a great DC Comic villain from the Batman mythology rising up this season. And I hope you enjoy what I have so far.
I honestly can't wait to read the pilot when it's complete. Watchtower looks very promising and I'm impressed with how you've decided to go along with this show. xD
