synopsis
Emma Compton has lived for over 400 years, a dark past behind her. Emma has been tracking a vampire named Vincent, one of the three members of “The Trinity” a powerful cult that holds a dark secret and a dark agenda. Her search brings her to the small town of Riverfell, Virginia. Once there she must go undercover and work herself into the lives of the citizens of Riverfell. But while there, she finds herself overcome by one emotion a vampire fears, love. But with the towns dark past, the threat of Vincent looming over her head, a family of hunters that want all supernatural creatures dead, and with vampires slowly killing the citizens one by one, the battle has only begun. Based on the ideas from the masterminds behind Trinity and The Path not Taken, a story of love, war, and death begins and darkness comes to Riverfell.

1.01: Welcome to Riverfell
WELCOME TO RIVERFELL – Emma Compton and her vampire sire, Clay Holmes, arrive in Riverfell, Virginia in search of Vincent, one of the members of “the Trinity”. Emma must incorporate herself into the lives of the citizens of Riverfell. While strolling through town, she meets Melanie, a zany girl with a vast knowledge of legends and lore. But it’s only when she meets Carson Cromwell, that she feels something that she never thought she would feel again. Meanwhile, Clay confronts the witches and tries to get more information on what it is that Vincent truly wants. Shelia confronts her estranged sister, Riley. Eve tries to make sense of her new position in life. And Ethan and Carson find themselves entranced by the new girl.
1.02: The Big Game
FIRST DATE JITTERS AND FUEDS – As Emma and Carson grow together, the Cromwell Hunters numbers increase as they declare war against the Supernatural’s of Riverfell. Carson treats Emma to a night on the town before the big football game. But with everyone gathered at the game, it makes the humans prime for attack from the Vampires of Riverfell. Eve tries to convince her little brother that he should stay away from Emma. Melanie uncovers something about her new friend that she never thought possible and one of the students of Riverfell High goes missing.
1.03: The Truth Never Hurts
TRUTH’S ARE EXPOSED – Emma and Melanie come to a new understanding about their friendship and try to make sense of the signs that are being left around the town. Carson learns more about his Hunter roots from his sister, unbeknownst that his possible girl friend is a Vampire. Clay and Faye team up to find Ethan who has gone missing after the attack on the town. Shelia and Rick make a new deal, Riley makes allies with the Vampires and goes against everything she should believe in, for the sake of power.
1.04: Changes in the Plan
EVERYTHING IS NOT WHAT IT SEEMS– As Carson goes on a hunt with his sister, looking for a vampire nest, the Vampires make their move on gathering the final ingredients needed for a powerful spell. Emma and Clay try to figure out a way to stop them before it’s too late as Melanie is caught in the crossfire of the battle. Ethan tries to figure out why he blacked out and tries to put the pieces back together. Sheila discovers one of Vincent’s powers, and it changes the course of everything they all thought they knew.
1.05: We’ll Always Have the Moon
THE CAT IS OUT OF THE BAG– Carson and Emma finally come clean to each other about their past and their present, while trying to figure out their future. Faye comes back to the Coven with a warning from the Vampires that the spell will take place that night. The Cromwell Family discovers that they need to make allies with the Witches, Clay and Emma in order to protect the citizens of Riverfell during the Full Moon festival. Another Supernatural is revealed within the town of Riverfell and everyone is shocked by the outcome of the Ritual of the Moon and the effects it has on the town.
