One of the things I'm most looking forward to seeing is the Bat-Family and how it's grown/expanded!  I mean, you've introducied or teased certain characters like Tim Drake, Cassandra Cain, Stephanie Brown, etc, but with so much time having past, I hope we see Bruce operating with a team as back-up, not as 'a man alone' as he tried in the past. Also, I really hope we get to see more of iconic villains - I still want more Riddler and I'm praying to the Writing Gods you decide to introduce your own Penguin! |

Hey Jack! you not think change the actress to Chloe's character?. (because of the circumstances.) in the story you can also find an explanation for the new appearance. there are quite a few blonde Actresses-Jennifer Morrison, candy king.. especially in season 5 it's been 10 years

One of the things I'm most looking forward to seeing is the Bat-Family and how it's grown/expanded! I mean, you've introducied or teased certain characters like Tim Drake, Cassandra Cain, Stephanie Brown, etc, but with so much time having past, I hope we see Bruce operating with a team as back-up, not as 'a man alone' as he tried in the past. We see the Batcave in "Compromised" (episode two) and see the wealth of history that is the Bat-Family in those past ten years. There just isn't room in the story to have them around at their fullest capacity in the present day storyline. But obviously their absence points to a story of its own, and there is a different flashback story in every episode this season. So you will see these characters, whether it's in flashbacks or in the present. And I've got some Bat-Family spoilers to post soon, I promise. As for Bruce, he's certainly given up on doing things alone. Your prayers just might get answered  |

It was less a decision about recasting or reworking the story due to the circumstances, and more about cancelling or continuing. I chose to continue. |

This is a 'virtual series', after all, in its final season, with a story to tell, and I for one am looking forward to seeing how this 5-year plan finally comes to an end... |

What I can say, though, is that despite being back together, Chloe and Oliver have two very different stories/arcs. And there might not be as many Chlollie interactions in the present as there will be in the flashbacks. *suspenseful music* |

I'm just gonna randomly post some of the things I hope we see in Gotham now we've leapt forward 10-12 years... 1:) Bruce being the 'airhead playboy socialite', and having numerous love interests, but really we know he still pines/mourns Vicki. 2:) The Iceberg Lounge being a fixture of the city's nightlife, while Penguin runs a black market that is one of those "secrets that aren't really a secret" things 3:) Tim, Cassandra and Stephanie donning their costumes, although I wouldn't mind seeing Cassandra as 'Orphan' is 'Batgirl' does work in the established 'verse. 4:) POLICE BLIMPS!!! Seriously, ever since I saw them in the animated series, I love the idea of them as a fixture in the Gotham night sky! (That's why I love the new Promo Banner of Jack's!) 5:) More of the classic Rogues Gallery - you know who I really want back  ... that's all I can think of right now, but I'll be back with more later, most probably |

I'm just gonna randomly post some of the things I hope we see in Gotham now we've leapt forward 10-12 years... It's so weird to say "ten years later" when it's technically "twelve years later" since the S4 finale had that 2-year flashforward, haha. But I'm glad you guys know what I mean. Bruce definitely carries all the tragedies with him this season. They've shaped the version of him we meet in Season 5. With it being twelve years since Vicki died, there's been quite a few more losses for him that he's had to deal with and there's definitely that aura of grief that stays with him. The biggest thing with Bruce this season is that he feels more like Batman than he ever has before. He's quite manipulative, but with good intentions, and he's sort of hardened in a way. Publicly, I'd imagine he's definitely been playing that socialite playboy vibe. I haven't had an opportunity to write him in a "public life" situation yet but I'd definitely see him in that same light. Vicki helped him realise that he wanted a family, and he wanted that life they were going to share together, but obviously it didn't work out. As we know, though, Bruce does end up getting a family, but in a different sense. So that move shows the commitment to Batman being who he really is and where he finds his purpose, which does open the doors for "Bruce Wayne" to be the disguise in a lot of ways. Interesting Cassandra and Stephanie haven't reared their heads into any solid plans yet for the season, but there'll be some stuff with Tim for sure  Oi, same. They're very aesthetically pleasing and feed into so much of the feel of Gotham. Always makes me think of BTAS for sure! I think this season will have a good mix of newbies and some familiar faces from previous seasons. Looking forward to it! Thanks Alex! |
