LANA LANG HAS RETURNED IN AN ALL NEW SEASON OF TRINITY - It's Lana's (Kristen Kreuk) first day as a guidance counselor at Odyssey Shore Community College, and she finds herself struggling to give the students good advice. That struggle continues when she meets a very interesting girl by the name of Rachel Roth (Lyndsy Fonseca), who Lana believes to be a metahuman; Meanwhile, Jake deals with the consequences of staying behind at Checkmate when he faces an interrogation by both Amanda Waller (Pam Grier) and Lex Luthor (Special guest, Michael Rosenbaum); and Pete (Sam Jones III) visits Cynthia (Anna Paquin) at the hospital after the events in the season one finale left her in a comatose state.

How will Lana save them all; Lana witnesses Rachel's true power. Meanwhile, Quentin (Jamie Bamber) teams up with Stuart Campbell (Ryan McDonell) in order to get them out of the situation, safely.

Meanwhile, in Odyssey, Lana (Kristin Kruek) and her team are about to face off with a new threat, Poison Ivy, who has started a rampage in the city in the attempt to control the Odyssey's Botany Department.

Rachel (Lyndsy Fonseca) is about to discover her true origins as she is visited by her demonic biological father, Trigon; Lana sees visions of her past lovers (Tom Welling, Michael Rosebaum and Jensen Ackles guest star); Quentin finds himself being haunted by memories of Valentina (Ali Larter). Meanwhile, back on Earth, Cynthia (Anna Paquin), Pete (Sam Jones III) and Hank (Benjamin McKenzie guest stars) try to come up with a way to get their friends back.

-After much deliberation with the Producers, Kellan Lutz has dropped the role of "Chase Winters". So the role has been once again recasted to Theo James. Who was originally going to be "Chase".

With the news in hand Lana (Kristen Kruek) and company rally a plan to crash the event. Once inside, Lana comes face to face with Lex (Michael Rosenbaum) after five years. Meanwhile Valentina (Recurring Guest Star: Ali Larter) and Amanda (Pam Grier) decides to make there plan a reality by going after Lex, while Jake (Paul Wesley) start to question his loyalties to Lex. Jamie Bamber and Sam Jones III also star.

-This is the game changing episode of the entire season
-Expect a catfight or two to take place in the episode
-Quentin and Valentina finally meet face to face
-We also learn more about Chase and his relations to Lana
-There will be three kisses and One love scene
-Cynthia will start to remember some things from the future
