NEWS POSTED MAY 18, 2011.Boy or Beast?Next week's episode of 'Trinity' will feature loads of exciting plots, outcomes and characters. One new character in particular is...Garfield "Gar" Mark Logan, the DC Comic character who goes by the codename: Beast Boy. In Trinity, Garfield will be portrayed as a friend of Rachel's (Lyndsy Fonseca) and will appear for a number of episodes this season, however, his role will be limited to support for Rachel's character only, throughout the course of this season. The character himself is a pre-hero version of himself, meaning Garfield will not take up the role of "Beast Boy" this season. Actor Sean Faris will lend his talents for the role and this is what he had to say about his character, " I play a supportive role for one of the lead characters played by the amazing Lyndsy Fonseca. Her character is a bit on the dark side so, I'm thinking Gar will add a little bit of fun and light to her life. I'm really excited to be a part of this project and I hope I can bring this character to life on Trinity. Hell, if I'm good enough, maybe the producers will bump me up to a regular," he joked.

(Official Description Posted) - When Lana (Kristen Kreuk) is chosen to chaperone a school dance, Quentin (Jamie Bamber) is forced to tag along with her as her date. Little did they know that the event will turn from carefree fun to an icy wasteland, literally. An Odyssey Shore student (Guest star, Amanda Seyfried) becomes the latest victim of the Green Kryptonite storm when the exposure gives her the ability to instantly turn anything she touches into ice. Meanwhile, Pete (Sam Jones III) and Hank (Benjamin McKenzie) begin an investigation, in hopes to discover the whereabouts of Lex Luthor. Lyndsy Fonseca also stars. I honestly can NOT wait for this episode. It sounds amazing. First off, there's the whole Lana/Quentin date - which goes wrong, but hey, with their lives, its bound to. I'm excited to see how they decide to go together, and how it comes up. Them at the school dance ... I wonder if Quentin will ask her to dance. Hmm ... Amanda Seyfried is a pretty awesome guest star! I'm sad to see Pete and Hank investigating together. I have a feeling Hank will take Jake's place in Pete's life, friendship wise. I hope whatever Lex did to Jake is reversable, because I'm going to miss the Pete/Jake friendship. But I'm glad that Pete is hunting down Lex Luthor. Its going to be fun.

"Cryo" was pretty cool to write, mostly because of the Quana scenes! I'm so glad they're a couple now too xD And though the event is cut short, Lana and Quentin will definitely have their dance! The idea of Hank replacing Jake is touched upon in this episode! So, I won't let Pete forget about Jake or anything and their friendship will continue in some form, later down the season Pete and Hank, going to Metropolis, looking for Lex, meeting up with Cat Grant, was all very cool to write. I think you'll like it

OMG. Thank god! Anyone but Lois Lane! Hahaha. I'm so excited to see that Cat Grant will be on the show. I hope its not in too much of a limited role, I really loved her in the final season of Smallville. I wonder if she'll be her quirky, childish and adorable self, or if she'll be more like her comic persona at this point in her life (the slutty, more adult version). I wonder how much help she will be to the boys. Although I'm loving the Quana plot, I'm really excited about the Pete/Hank/Gat subplot.
Great spoilers, Chris! Can't wait! xD

Oh and I wonder what will keep Clark and Pete from reuniting...? He's probably chasing a story, right? Or putting up with the annoying, and 2Dimensional Lois Lane, right? (sorry, but the last two seasons of Smallville for Lois Lane has been absolute horse crap. They 360'd her character, and turned her into a 'I need to be saved' damsel in distress that pissed all over the Lois Lane I loved). End of rant. LOL.

Always busy with some story I originally pondered the idea of having Erica Durance guest star in this episode... but ultimately, I didn't want to write Lois Lane on the script. haha!

I have a question...I think it was already answered but idk. Since Lex had a memory wipe of everything up until he killed Tess in the finale of smallville, including Lana...Will something retrigger his memory or will he still not remember who she is?
