I know it's been used in the past, but I personally haven't used it in a while now. It's perfectly fine for use though, but if you wanted to talk to someone in particular, I'd suggest PMing them before logging into the chat. Because it's pretty rare that you'll catch them logging in without notice.  That, or just use MSN/any other instant messaging outlet you have at your disposal. |

^It's at the top of the page, to the far right. It just says "Chat". At least I think that's the one.
