July 15th is just NOT coming fast enough. I'm seriously going crazy over here. Why the heck did I ever trade in all the Harry Potter video games that I ever had! I think I had ALL of them, besides the last one. Dammit! They would have come in handy right about now :[ Oh well.

July 15th is just NOT coming fast enough. I'm seriously going crazy over here. The other day my sister and I were sitting on the couch, my sister watching tv and me on my laptop, when the ad for the last movie came on. The moment I heard the music my head snapped towards the tv so I could watch the trailer without me even thinking about it. Needless to say my sister got a good laugh out of it XD

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part Two was amazing! I'm not going to get into details because there's nothing worse than spoiling the LAST of something -- I'm pretty sure I spoiled Tess Mercer's death on Smallville for someone on twitter by accident -- and so, I just came to say how much I loved the last film. I felt that in the last film it was a lot easier to connect with Harry -- I have never been a huge fan of his character, but in this last installment I really sort of felt bad for the guy, and sort of looked back at all that he's had to overcome to get to where he is, and taking into account all of that (in a certain moment of the film) ... I just started to like him. Its funny. It took 8 films before I finally connecting with the main character.
Anyway, still, my favourite characters would have to be Ron and Hermione (at the top), with Snape and Professor McGonagal on the list too. Plus, Bellatrix is the best villain, EVER. The only reason Voldermort was any sort of a real threat was because he stashed bits of himself in all these bloody objects making it ridiculously hard to kill him. Bellatrix is just epic. I love the sort of crazy, out there kind of characters. She sort of reminds me of Harley Quinn, in a weird way. Just that sort of female, crazy companion. If you said Voldermort was the Joker, then Bellatrix would be Harley Quinn. Eh, nevermind, I'm rambling.
Anyway, the last film was AWWWEEESSOOMMMEEE. xD

I hope you enjoy the film! I know how big a fan you are of Harry Potter! xD
And if you plan to give a detailed review, make sure to change the font colour to 'black' so that people have the option to highlight to read, because I'm sure you'd get a lot of backlash from angry fans if you spoil stuff for them. And I don't want anyone to get upset for accidentally stumbling across spoilers. xD

TO READ REVIEW HIGHLIGHT IT!! Just So no one gets mad at the spoilers lol
Well, How the movie started I have to say was not how I expected! Seeing everyone being marched through the Entrance Courtyard and Snape standing over them like a dictator. Kinda reminded me of a Concentration Camp. But How we then came to the Shell Cottage with Harry looking over Dobby's grave was truly heartbreaking. "Here lies Dobby a Free Elf" so happy they put that in there. As the Trio then makes plans to break into Gringotts and Harry talks to Ollivander about the Deathly Hallows, you really get a feel that now Voldemort (Sorry You Know Who lol) has the Elder Wand...He feels like there is no hope.
Hermione as Bellatrix was hilarious! I have to say it made me laugh so hard my friends told me to shut up. As for the Gringotts scene it really felt like a roller coaster! The special effects were amazing! So far to this point they are staying true to the book. Right from the start of when they boarded the Train through the Dragon sequence. And the Dragon scene! OMG it was sooo cool! I bursted into nerd mode!
So I was bit upset we did not get Dumbledore's back story but iI think it was for the best because it would've dragged on and on. And plus the first quarter of the movie from the start to them getting to Hogwarts was really fast like they were rushing to get to Hogwarts.
So for McGongall....SHE IS AMAZING! A True amazing BAD ASS! All of her scenes were amazing! Even her bringing the statues to life and the teachers protecting Hogwarts.
And also I Loved Ginny/Harry's kiss! And how she said "I Know" and Neville is in love with Luna?....HELL YES!!!!! And also I love how they added the Chamber of Secrets Scene and Ron/Hermione's kiss was amazing! Just what I wanted!
The Room of Requirement scene was well done I have to say! The fire looked believable! Sad they didn't show Fred's death but the battle sequences were amazing!! I loved every second of it.
As for Snape....BEST. DEATH. EVER! It made me really like him! and when we see who is among the dead...I CRIED LIKE A LITTLE BABY! Especially when we saw Fred....I lost it. And even Lupin and Tonks! It was truly Emotional. And then going to the The Prince's Tale....I cried even more seeing the good side of Snape and his Love for Lily. And how he said "Always" it made me cry again. Best way to show the good in Snape! Really loved how they did it.
And the Resurrection Stone Scene was amazing! I cried like a baby again because this one really touched me and hit close to home. It really showed that the people you love never leave you. They are always in your heart. And Lily saying Always....really showed a continuation for Snape.
After Harry accepted death and was killed by Voldemort. And seeing Dumbledore one last time. It was really well done. And then when we get back to the School and They all learn that Voldemort killed Harry, Ginny's scream really broke my heart. And the Voldemort/Draco hug...can I just say ACKWARD!!! I was so confused....SINCE WHEN DOES VOLDEMORT SHOW AFFECTION! lol Also Neville's speech was really amazing! It was good how he said Harry will always be with them.
And when Harry came back and the battle restarted, I really like how it was not just their wands connecting like it was in the book. But how they did it in this way was amazing chasing eachother around Hogwarts. And during that Hermione and Ron try to kill the Snake, the last Horcrux.
and then....the best part in the entire movie. MOLLY WEASLY VS BELLATRIX! I was so happy to finnally see it! NOT MY DAUGHTER YOU B***H was executed just how I expected it to.
And Voldemort beating the S**T out of Harry was amazing! And then them falling off the cliff and landing in the Entrance Courtyard and having their final battle. And Neville being a complete bad ass and killing the Snake and then the Spell conecting thing hit Voldy! And he dissolved away into dust....very cool (Can't wait to see that in 3D)
And we then come to the final scenes of the movie Harry Snaps the Elder Wand and the three of them Joining Hands and looking to the future. And then Nineteen years Later and we come to the last Scene in the entire movie series. Harry and his relationship with his son is amazing. Harry has truly grown up and they all look so different. As the kids then go away on the train and they wave goodbye. I teared to the end of the Best MOVIE FRANCHISE EVER! And how we get one last Shot of the Trio and them watching their kids leave for Hogwarts. And as JK Rowling said in the Book "And the Scar had not pained Harry for Nineteen years... ALL WAS WELL...." And I also say...Michef Managed.
So Rating for this movie...10/10! BEST MOVIE EVER! BEST ONE IN THE SERIES!!! So thanks for reading!

THIS IS A SPOILER! HIGHLIGHT TO READ! THIS IS A COMBINATION OF ME AND MEGAN'S TALK YESTERDAY!
I very much liked the movie. I thought it was breath taking from start to finish. Their graphics were really on cue and I am very sad that it took them the last movie to complete their talents so that nothing appeared fake. They have the broom rides down to a science. It was awesome.
I however, had a few qualms.. but most of it is minor details.
In the book, finding the Horcruxs was a HUGE thing, because it involved extensive investigative work. I mean, not so much that they COULDN'T put it in the movie. For instance, Rowena Ravenclaw's little tiara thing. He found it in a box on a table, when in the book, he had been hiding The Half Blood Prince's book in a statue that he placed a wig AND the Tiara on top of to find it later. It wasn't until Luna said, the lost tiara majigger that Harry was all..... -headdesk- We could have had that days ago. So with that being said, he couldn't SENSE them or hear them talking. HOWEVER, for a movie change, it wasn't a bad idea. I just like investigations. So in retrospect I would have loved them to do it the other way over this way.
Okay, so Voldemort, (Remember Brian, you can say his name he will try to kill you either way XD) figures out that Harry got another Horcrux. The cup, the scene where Hermione and Ron are in the Chamber of Secrets, he is all. CRAP! I have to HIDE MY DAMN SNAKE! And goes all off because he can teleport anywhere in the world. So what does he do? 50 feet to the left at the dock.... For serious? Come on Voldemort. That is TOTALLY conspicuous. XD They were SUPPOSE to be in the shrieking shack which is equally easy to get to but I suppose for movie purposes that ended up being okay. Not a big problem.
Hermione and Ron's kiss was adorable. Though the book had involved the house elves. Because Ron was all, "The house elves!" and Harry was all . O__O THEY CAN FIGHT! and Ron was all.... "No, we need to get them out of there, they are in danger!" -MANLY VOICE- And Hermione grabs his ass and plants one because of all her SPEW stuff she did in previous books. Though I would have LOVED to see Creature come spilling out of the school screaming , "FOR MY MASTER!," I thought it was cute and adorable and about DAMN TIME. XD
They left out something that I truly loved in the book. Something about the Weasely back story that made me cry when I was reading it. We all SLIGHTLY remember Percy. SLIGHTLY, he was a huge douche to his family. Always bailing on them for the ministry or for whatever purpose we saw fit. Well, he is suppose to come BACK in this movie. And sees Fred and George, and they are all like O___O PERCY! And Percy is all... "I have been such a jerk and a bad brother, I am so sorry." And they all have this group hug, but this REALLY IMPORTANT LOVING Weasely moment as Ron Hermione and Potter show up, and then George gets blasted, right in front of Percy and Fred. It was terrible. It was the most terrible thing J.K has done and it was the moment where I truly hated her. She needs to get off her damn menopause fit and stop killing good people off. XD Anyways. I was ANGRY they left that out.
Now as for the ending. It was, my ONLY other qualm. The epic battle aspect was there, but it was much more triumphant in the book. It was HUGE and POWERFUL. And this was more like, defeat and then done. In the book, their final epic battle happens in the great hall, WHERE EVERYONE CAN SEE. And after the last horcrux is destroyed Harry's power overshadow's Voldemort's and he is suppose to blast him, as the death curse explodes in his face and kills him. And he is hella dead where everyone can see him. And they leave his body there, unburied. Which. If you know is a very sacrilegious thing. So in lore, to not bury the body meant unrest for the soul trying to pass on, in retrospect, Tom Riddle's soul would have walked unheard and unseen for all eternity. So to me the ending was far less triumphant. AT LEAST the parts where Voldy is about to get his ass handed to him by a young adult. XD
FAVORITE SCENE: My favorite scene started when Harry stepped out of the crowd of students and Snape was all... hehe Imma kill you. And Mcgonagall stepped in. She has always been my favorite. I LOVE her. Maggie is amazing and she filled that role perfectly. And all of her scenes were well done. When she summoned the school guards, and then all the teachers were summoning the barrier around the school. The music and the way it was done was so epic I got goosebumps. It was SOOO AMAZING!
My other favorite scene, really shouldn't be a favorite scene at all, but it was very disturbing so much that it was soooo well done. Voldemort has just killed everyone in Gringots because he KNOWS the Horocrux has been stolen from Bellatrix's little vault. Harry Potter can see that through his little, "I need to take a seat," kinda sickness spell. We cut to Voldemort walking across the entry way which is now littered with dead bodies. They focused on his bare feet, which are covered in blood and he takes no notice. No one would think about this scene because you HATE him. He is TERRIBLE. But I thought that that scene really brought his pure evil full circle. There were so many dead bodies around him and he just walked through their blood like it was nothing. Like the Grim Reaper, his robes flowing about him. It was frightening. It was terrible. It was haunting. And it WORKED.
LEAST FAVORITE SCENE:
Though I cannot really choose a least favorite scene because I was entertained the whole way through the movie, if I HAD too. I think my least favorite scene would be....
The very end. The 19 years later. That was the biggest fail I have ever seen. They didn't choose new actors to play them nineteen years older. So when they say that Ginny has three children, ONE of them ready to go off to his first year at Hogwarts, I was like... >.> Not even. DANIEL was the only one that could pass as an older person. They gave him like a six o'clock shadow and called it a day. So yeah, that was not entertaining to watch. It made me angry. XD
RATING: 10/10, the best movie they have done so far. The imagery, the acting, the music, the scenes and the graphics really came together to let the last movie go out with a huge BANG. Am I sad to see it go? Absolutely not. I will be watching the movies one after the other for years to come and will never be dissatisfied.
