Orphan Black is a Canadian science fiction television series that stars Tatiana Maslany as several identical women who are revealed to be clones. The series focuses on Sarah Manning, a woman who assumes the identity of her clone, Elizabeth Childs, after the latter commits suicide. The series raises issues about the moral and ethical implications of human cloning and its impact on issues of personal identity.

To anyone who has not seen this show... you're doing yourself a disservice. Just letting you know.

This is already one of my favourite shows of all time, and Tatiana Maslany has to be one of the best actresses ever, for her portrayal of all the clones as individual people. A lot of the time, I have to remind myself it's all one person in real life.

French canadian speaking... what's a disservice? Disservice, meaning, "a harmful action." Seriously, this show is that great. Watch it!

^^ Well, I've been watching online, but depending on where you're at, you can see it on BBC America, or the Canadian channel, Space, I believe. Don't take my word for it though. Yes. Tatiana Maslany is brilliant in this series. "Orphan Black" introduced me to her, so I'd like to see what she's done in the past, and look forward to her future projects. Of course, in a few years, when Orphan Black has a proper run. I can't have this getting canceled on me.

Great, great show. A cool, intriguing concept, interesting characters, an insanely brilliant cast, and amazing writing and direction. What's there not to love about Orphan Black?
The fact that Tatiana Maslany didn't get an Emmy nom this year is baffling. But I won't think about it too much. She's still got time.

^ Yeah, that's what I said. LOL Oh, who is everyone's favorite clone? I didn't think I would like her, but Alison grew to be my favorite. Although I love Cosima and Sarah; even Helena. lol
I'm looking forward to seeing if they'll introduce more clones in season 2. Really hope so. Also, it would be interesting if the writers decided to reveal that even more people have been cloned. There's just so much this show could do.

Cosima is definitely my favorite, but I pretty much like all of the clones, too. haha
Yeah, it'd be awesome to see some more clones, and some backstory on the ones we've already been introduced to. Also, some answers. ANSWER MOSTLY, because this show is soooo full of mystery, but I completely love it. XD

I've always liked being left in the dark for a while, but every time I've watching a series with that kind of mystery (mostly LOST) it's been on Netfilx. So having the ability to just punch in the next episode whenever I wanted, saved me from a lot of grief. With this show, I'm practically dying for answers! haha Thankfully the story and characters are interesting enough for me to handle being left in the dark so long. Oh, and I'm afraid for Cosima. I really don't want her to be coughing up anymore blood.

Only three episodes into season two, and it's already going strong. Orphan Black has a tendency to constantly build upon the already established mystery. It builds and builds and builds some more until I feel like I can't breathe, we get a few revelations to relieve the stress, then it just repeats the process. I'm really invested in all of the characters' arcs, but my favorite clones have got to be Sarah and Alison. Cosima is brilliant, and in terms of her personality, she's probably me favorite, but her individual story isn't as interesting to me as the other. Though, they do sort of intertwine a lot. Helena being alive was a real shocker for me. It's something I definitely was not expecting, but I'm sort of glad the writers are keeping her around a little while longer. I wonder if her role will be any different this season from what it was last. I hear she'll have some scenes with Felix, which I'm sure will be just as terrifying as it will be hilarious. What an odd pairing. I love it already!

Guys, that finale was insane. I seriously can't get over how flawless this show is. I haven't had a single complaint, and I love that we get a mix of answers and new questions with each new episode. I want to know the direction of the young clone and whether or not we'll be seeing more of her, because that could be tricky considering we could potentially see this actress who is obviously not Tatiana Maslany grow up. I liked that when Marion was introduced there was this sense of her being a higher up, and more dangerous and powerful than Leekie which was quite daunting, and then the finale revealed that she's not as big and bad as she seemed to have been, and her interest in Sarah wasn't one of complete "lets kill her / study her," which I really like about this show - nothing is what it appears to be. Other than that, I'm looking forward to the "male clones" storyline, and I really want to know what the hell they've got planned for Helena after kidnapping her (again!)
