"Over the Love" Review Audition is back! So, last season ended on quite the cliffhanger, and we return right to where we left off. This premiere for 'Audition' maintained its well known image and direction through the storyline set for Paula and the reveal of Jace being a casting director, but was a rather large leap from the usual tone of the series as the stakes were risen to conclude the stories for Angela and Jordan. As Alex, Alisha and the gang race to their aid, the suspense is at its peak, coming into this episode knowing its the last for two recurring characters, and not expecting any one to ride off in the sunset. So, what wasn't to love about the sequence three premiere? I have to say that when I take a step back and look at things- no, it isn't the show that we're used to in this episode, but for the purpose of the shocking cliffhanger we were left with, its what needed to happen. However, these guys are aspiring actors, and it really felt like they were in their own film for what the storyline was for this premiere. Your ability to have this show so unpredictable from the very beginning, and then use suspense to fuel the swan song for Jordan and Angela was extremely impressive, but incredibly cruel. At the end of every scene of theirs I was expecting Angela to unfortunately die, and then it got to the point where I knew Jordan was a goner, before thinking Rose would be caught in the crossfire. Any of that stuff never happened, and instead, you used the knife, and this final encounter, as a metaphor for Jordan's inner turmoil: the new Jordan was seconds from killing Angela, but the old Jordan was proven to still be there because no matter how close he got to killing her, he wouldn't go through with it. So I commend you on physically representing the concept of his redemption, because in a webisode series you don't have that much time to redeem this character in a way that would be believable if it was just a "what have I done? I need to change" kind of thing. Instead, you ended his storyline in saying, "no, he's not fixed. He's not better. But there's that little spark of hope, and we do hope he finds redemption, and can change his life around." I do love that all this does stem from the nastier sides of the industry, and that while 'Audition' is usually a show mixed between drama and comedy, and keeps things rather upbeat and happy, you still manage to tackle some uglier themes that can surface from being amateur actors; especially the concept of rejection and how consistent rejection with no other outcomes can create such negativity for someone. So now that its the third sequence, I think its expected that we see some darker episodes, and themes come to light, and so while it does drift from the usual episode of 'Audition', it very much worked. As for Paula, I have to say that she really grounds everything. At first, I didn't like her involvement in the premiere because it felt rather detached from everything, but then when you look at things: Jordan and Angela could be what Alex and Alisha turn into if they face consistent rejections, and loss of faith in their work and talent, but because they have someone like Paula that is fighting for them, and there for them, its extremely unlikely. And you reminded us why they could never become that, and that's because of Paula, really. Showing her secure auditions for them through Jace was just a light bulb moment when its like, "I wonder if Jordan and Angela had Paula as their agent, would this all have happened?" So it made me love her involvement even more in the episode. Plus, it was nice to have that lighter side be in the premiere of the sequence, rather than everything be dark and gloomy. Oh, and thanks for ending last season on a cliffhanger, and this premiere on one too. I actually hate you. Hahahahaha. But no, this was an incredible premiere. You had elements of what the show has always been, mixed in with extremely dark themes and a new tone that worked well with the suspense, and grand send off for Angela and Jordan. It ended on a much more positive note than I thought, for those two (not the episode, because WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON WITH MICHAEL?) and it caught me by surprise, in the best ways. Overall, starting sequence three on a great note at 10/10.

Thanks for the review, Jack! Glad to know you're happy Audition's back! I'll admit, yes, the tone definitely flipped for this episode, and will for the rest of this sequence. The acting factor, coming through the movie, will still be there, but this sequence is really about exploring the darker part of the industry and the people that will be met along the way. Really glad you liked Jordan and Angela's send-off, and the connection you made was spot-on to what I was trying to convey. You're right, in a webisode it's hard to portray a believable redemption, so the whole "he's not better, he's going to get better" was the only way I could go for Jordan. Happy to know it worked! And, who knows, Jordan and Angela could pop back up, so keep watch, maybe in a couple of sequences, haha. Paula is always going to be that little glimmer of light- oh, wait. Maybe not this sequence... Anyways, Paula and Jace's relationship will have a huge part this sequence; it gives Paula an escape from her emotions about her mother, so you can expect some more of them together. Plus, she's just too fun to write! haha Looooove the cliffhangers! The ending really sets Michael's story into motion, which you'll hopefully enjoy. And hopefully you'll enjoy the rest of this sequence as well! PS/ Sorry this replay is awful, I can barely form a coherent thought, at the moment. HAHA

"Father Knows Best" ReviewSo I feel like starting this review off with "Audition is back!" feels more appropriate than the last review, because everything feels back to the way it should be, in terms of tone, character, etc. The stakes were so heightened, that this cool off was well needed, and this was such a heartwarming episode that had the perfect balance on each character, and answered a few of my questions about certain characters' story arcs for this sequence. So, lets begin the review! First, lets talk about the cliffhanger. I think because of the events of the last- I wanna say four episodes- everything has been so intense and dark and scary that the minute Michael drops at the end of an episode, my mind jumps straight to cancer, or some life threatening disease, HAHA. So at first, I thought the "panic attack" reveal was a bit weak, when in reality, it made perfect sense and really jumpstarted one of my favourite episodes of Audition- *ahem* yes, I said it. FAVOURITE episodes. I love that Michael had such a presence in this episode, and that father/son relationship was really at the core of it. Having Michael be open to his son about his doubts of losing Alex was really emotional and as I said before it was incredibly heartwarming. Plus, if you believe in the whole "fate" thing, it worked out quite well for Rose. But that's the next paragraph (pfft, because I actually follow a logical structure in reviews, suuuuuure. That's believable). (Moving on) HAHAHA GET IT. Sorry. Omg. So Rose had a huge question mark over her head for me since her introduction. Or at least since Alisha came back. I think it was because I couldn't really tell what her direction would be after that, and in fact, I honestly thought she'd get caught in the crossfire in the premiere and die just because I found it really difficult to look at the episodes and go "ah, so this is her arc." So I was actually gonna ask and make a point about it in my last review, but I figured we'd see eventually if you have her stick around. And then BOOM. Episode two and she gets caught by someone in the music industry wanting to lure her in. DID NOT EXPECT THAT AT ALL. See, I keep saying it, but the predictability of this show is like... invisible. Does that even make sense? God I'm taking exams soon and I feel like I'm writing gibberish. But no, I can never tell what's going to happen before it does. EVER. And I love it! Now, onto my favourite aspect of the episode: PAULA. Favourite scene was when she's driving and she stops the car after almost an accident and is like "SORRY, BUT IJUST BOOKED AN AUDITION!" And one of the drivers screams back "Shut up!" HAHAHAHAHA. That made me laugh. Obviously. And then she asks for chocolate when everyone's being all "no, that's fine", and she's just all "what? She asked!" I love this character so much. And I feel like she was at her peak in this episode. Everything was perfect. Plus, she got them the audition, and we get to end the episode in a much happier place than it started. I loved that last line of action, "Nurses, doctors, visitors all stare at the closed elevator, as if two flying monkeys were celebrating inside. Even though they most definitely were." So everything was perfect in this episode. Its an obvious 10/10. And with Audition, it is rarely anything but a 10/10. Love it! [/div]

Thanks for the review, Jack! Glad to know this has been on of your favorites! This episode definitely went back to its original roots in terms of tones, and I think that's what made it so enjoyable to write for me. This sequence definitely has some dark episodes, so these first couple are going to be the most light-hearted there are for a while. Michael's panic attack really jump-starts several events that are going to happen over the course of the sequence. Something, while subtle, happens in the next episode that I predict you'll love but we'll wait and see, haha. Michael's relationship with Alex is something I love to write, and this was a real deep, emotional moment for them, so to know you enjoyed it makes it even better! haha. Rose has one of the darkest story arcs of the sequence, actually. HAHA! You probably didn't get that vibe in this episode, but she does. Her character explores the darker part of the industry, and what people are willing to do to get to the top. She goes through a real emotional struggle, so I'm interested to see what you're going to think about that. Paula was a definite standout while writing this episode. It's great to know that everyone seems to love her, because she's seriously so much fun to come up with funny moments for. She's so innocent, and so clueless in the best way possible. She's all peppy for arc one, but just wait until arc two. *hint hint* Happy to hear you liked this so much, Jack! Hope you enjoy the rest of the episodes! And sorry this reply is so suck-ish; I'm trying to finish the rest of the episodes! And again:

Episode 301
Wow. I cannot believe I have not checked this out sooner. I almost completely forgot about all my reading commitments. This was an interesting premiere for Season 3. The situation between Angela and Jordan definitely ended good and without giving anything away to someone that didn't read it...I could see some different angles coming back! Now I'm interested to see what Season 3 has in store. I will try to keep up with it as I do want to see what is going on.
8/10

Angela and Jordan's arc was something I really loved to write, so I wanted to close that chapter is a realistic way, and it seems that you and Jack really liked it so I guess I did a good job, haha! Sequence 3 is definitely going to be the biggest one yet, so hopefully you stick around for the crazy ride!

"Reading Time" ReviewSo Alisha and Alex obtain the parts for the film, "Warfare" and I can already tell that there is a lot of drama that will surface from this, even with the introduction of two new characters who will seemingly fill the role left behind by- nope, its too soon to even mention their names, sorry. *cries* Mia Edwards probably got the better introduction of the two newbies as having a reputation of being "rude" and while Alex seems to suggest just staying out of her "bad side", with nothing to suggest she is what the tabloids make her out to be than the tabloids, it is revealed in the closing seconds of the episode that she is in fact what the public make her out to be. I'm pretty excited to see the difficulties and drama that stems from working with difficult people, and I seriously think this is such an organic storyline to follow as Alex and Alisha enter their first real breakthrough. Following her introduction, there's also Robbie, who has me quite nervous for the relationship of Alisha and David, purely because this is going to be Alisha's first time working with a romantic interest and she seems pretty keen for it too, noting the amount of time they will be spending with one another. Its very subtle, and very early to tell, but I can see this creating problems for Alisha/David which is in no way forced or staged (if that makes sense). I used the word before, but again, I feel like the developments in this episode are very organic, and the drama that will come out of it just makes a lot of sense. Moving on, I feel like Paula had the best introduction ever in her "I CAME IN LIKE A WRECKING BALL" entrance. I laughed out loud. I seriously love this character, and I particularly love her scenes with both Jace and Michael. Paula checking up on Michael was really sweet, even if her awkwardness gets the better of her, and she doesn't form the right words properly. It really is starting to feel like there's something hidden deep down there that is just waiting to be pulled to the surface and explored, so I can't wait to see more with these two. "Bitter" ReviewNow that I've caught up -- This episode was really good. While there wasn't a distinct feel for a necessary hiatus between this episode and the last, it's nice to have the show back! Alisha and Alex are getting ready to film a scene, and the subtle hints towards a complex relationship between Alisha and Robbie continues to evolve in this one, with a lingering smile that makes me incredibly nervous for one of my favourite couples (but just as much intrigued to see where it goes). Having Alisha be gone for a huge chunk of last sequence, its nice to see her back with such a large storyline, which carries on into her feud with Mia. As much as I feel like Mia is filling the hole left behind by Angela and Jordan, I feel like this feud carries a whole different weight within it that feels fresh- she's an established actress and not some amateur that has already formed a big head before they've made it, and as well as that, she's paired up with Alisha which just highlights her "rude" nature, as opposed to her seeking Alisha out and trying to start problems. I'm excited to see where the rest of filming goes this sequence, and the underlying drama that will inevitably rise to the surface. Meanwhile, David got quite a heartfelt moment with Michael in this episode that was beyond amazing. I love the references to "Aquaman", and how you very much stay true to his character in dealing with serious moments. It really shows that you know these characters, and how they choose to express themselves, so having David explain how he feels by making references to DC Comics Superheroes made this emotional beat for him all the more special, and I really appreciated this scene. Lastly, as much as I love Michael/Paula, Paula definitely has chemistry with Jace, and they shared a cute moment that I've always loved in television/film, and that's when a chick is rambling non-stop with their awkwardness and geekiness and all that adorableness spewing out, and she is silenced by a kiss. It was just cute, and a good step in their developing romance. I'm really glad that Paula has been given a romantic interest, and I'm looking forward to see how it will eventually lead her, and evolve her, towards Michael (heh heh). But no, I do like this pairing, and I'm looking forward to seeing more!

As always, your thoughts are greatly appreciated! There will definitely be a looooot of drama when it comes to the filming of "Warfare". Hopefully some of the light-hearted moments can poke their way through, though. And oh, those two. HAHA. Yeah, I definitely intended for Mia to be the stronger of the two, just because her personality is a lot sharper than Robbie's. Robbie is someone who lures in the background, then slowly makes his way up and get noticed. But yes, Mia is totally a force to be reckoned with. She is an established actress, and as much as everyone hates to say it, she's a pretty good one as well. She's every similar to Angela, not in terms of backstory, but in terms of she'll not stop until she gets what she wants, which is revealed in 3.05. And yes, you're right, there are always going to be people you don't get along with in the workplace, which is why I have both Mia and Robbie to contrast. Robbie is going to be a tough one to explain, haha. He'll definitely cause problems for some people. Right now, Alisha and David's storyline is all giggles and fluff, but now Alisha is on set all the time, some problems begin to occur. I don't want to say too much about what Robbie's storyline is, so I'll just keep quiet and see what you think. This is why I love writing a webisode. Because they don't take nearly as long as a full episode, I can throw in little pop culture references. Glad it seemed to work for Paula! Even though she has a romantic relationship with Jace, Paula will always be Michael's "bestie" no matter what happens in her life. He's the one who gave her the job of a lifetime, so he will always hold a special place in her heart. And there may or may not be some nice Maula scenes coming in the near future. Yay! This episode seriously took me forever to right, so knowing that you enjoyed it is great to hear! Like I said above, Robbie is definitely an observer. I'm glad you're open to the idea, though, of Robbie and Alisha. While it may not happen (though, it totally might) it's great to know that you're at least intrigued to see what happens. I'm trying my hardest to distinguish Mia from Angela and Jordan, just because I don't want her being another person that comes across as a typical villain. She's a bitch who likes a guy. And when she sees another girl hanging out with the guy she likes, she's going to eliminate what she thinks is an obstacle. Mia and Alisha will definitely not be friends any time soon (if ever) so there should be some nice drama stemming from that. I felt like David needed his own storlyine this sequence. In the last two, he's very much just been the boyfriend of Alisha who was brave enough to stand up to Jordan and Angela. Now, he's the boyfriend who never sees his girlfriend, and that just felt like such a natural place to take him to. Glad you liked the DC references thrown in there, because it just stayed so true to his character, and it just seemed to magically click when I was writing. And having him go to Michael, who is basically the father of every single character on this show, hahaha, just seemed to stay true to Michael's character as well. Paula and Jace have such an interesting road ahead of them, that I just want to finish this entire sequence now so I can see what you think! Paula, like you said, is so awkward when it comes to romance, that having Jace with her is letting her character grow so much. While she's still always going to have her bubbly side, she's maturing. And this was such a pivotal scene for them - I didn't want to treat their first kiss like just any kiss, because, when it comes to Paula, it's definitely an emotional bond to her. Hopefully you enjoy what's to come! Thanks again for the reviews, Jack! Can't wait to see what you think of the rest of the sequence!

"Day Off" Review So I realise there were other developments in this episode worthy of discussing BEFORE this, but Paula moving into the Berreta residence has got to be my most favourite thing to have EVER happened on Audition. Seriously, it was so adorable how she didn't remember the word "fumigated" and she's struggling with it, and the fact that she made a whole new key, and that last encounter in the bathroom where she throws her robe off to make it even. Dude. Funniest thing. I love that she referred to Michael as her best friend, and I think you've done an expert job with these two because it can be quite pressuring to have people ship two characters right off the bat before any deeper development has occurred and it can either rush the process, or distort it, and you've managed to keep the slow burn going, and focus primarily on their friendship as opposed to hinting at a relationship, or moving towards that (even though its what I'd eventually love to see). So I have a lot of respect and appreciation for that and this episode was just... ugh, it was such a good one for these two. I SHIP THEM MORE THAN MY OWN NON-EXISTENT LOVE LIFE, SERIOUSLY. HAHAHA. Moving on... The whole 'day off' concept could have been quite an unimportant event for the sequence, but it managed to enhance the drama tenfold in revealing what Mia's motives were, her deal/arrangement with Robbie (who I was beginning to like, and still like because he kind of has a thing for Alisha, but now it seems more like he's just gonna want to bang her and mess things up), which brings us to the introduction of that triangle as we tackle the "he's just someone I work with" kind of denial, and the complete awareness of the situation from David. As you know, I'm a huge David/Alisha fan, but I like that there's some drama developing for those two because they have been such an adorable couple on the series so far, and he stuck through their rough moments when she had left, and he didn't give up on her, and so its interesting to see what could develop here now. Lastly, sparks seem to be flying between Rose and Alex (which I don't think will make Mia very happy, but she's a bish anyway, so...). I'm not sure where this could be going, but it kind of made sense and was a direction I thought would be taken in the second sequence with the lack of Alisha in the picture. I think this is an interesting turn of events if it is indeed heading down that direction because you have Alisha who is being treated badly by Mia, because she wants her out of the picture to get close to Alex, only for Alex and Rose to grow closer together (potentially romantically too) which will probably ignite the tension between Alisha and Mia. As well as that, we now have Robbie trying to get in the way of Alisha and David? As much as I loved the last two seasons with Angela and Jordan, and the drama they brought to the show, this sequence is proving to top the last two in more ways than one. Overall, loved the episode! Sorry for the lack of gifs in my fan-freaking-out over how epic this episode was, but I'm at work and I can't access tumblr without getting in sheeeeeet. Anyway, a definite 10/10. LOVE IT. Now I need to get home so I can read the next episode and leave another review. Ahh

I've just had a "Audition" overload, read 3x01 to 3x06, and the Xmas special, so I'm all caught up now!
I have to say, I'll be glad to see the back of Jordan and Angela, and will admit to cheering out load as I read the moment where Angela knees him in the stomach! But saying that, I have to give Brady props for handling their departures in a very mature and grounded way, without resorting to bloodshed, and also giving them both a glimpse of redemption.
With the whole set up of this new sequence, the movie set, it's nice to see the two jobbing actors actually getting out and about, even if it was pure luck that they got the chance to try out, and finally see beyond the 'sheen' of the Hollywood exterior. That is also being mirrored nicely in the storyline Rose is going through, and I'm left wondering what decisions she will make, and how that will affect her own view of the music industry.
Paula - I hope she NEVER changes, or at least, never looses her individuality, as she grows as a character - although, I am left wondering why she was sneaking up on Michael while he showered in the first place! Speaking of Michael, I know given the format, exploring each character in each episode is difficult, but I really hope he gets his own storyline at some point, and gets out of the damn apartment!
Mia and Robbie - the prerequisite 'prima donna' and her unfortunate sidekick, I'm wondering just how screwed Alex's career is now he rejected Ms. Bitter, and if now Alisha will get a break from being her favourite target. Speaking of Alisha, I notice she didn't push Robbie off straight away, and there was David getting jealous seemingly for no reason before!

HAHAHA! I'm sure you probably guessed it, but that scene was what I was so eager to hear your thoughts about! So glad you enjoyed it and the episode; it's always great to hear your feedback! Anyway, I love all the Michael/Paula shippers there are, and besides just torturing everyone that seems to want them together, I really do love writing their friendship. I love coming up with different scenarios for them, and, I don't know, I don't think the same "vibe" would be given off if they were a couple. Not to say that will never happen! It might... OR MAYBE NOT *dramatic music* I'm trying my hardest to not make Mia just another Angela, haha. She seems to be - I mean, besides a bishhhh - getting some okay response in terms of why she's there. She's very manipulative, and she pulls a pretty drastic move towards the back half of the season that's probably going to be unforgivable to most people, so... hopefully you will grow to love to hate her. With Robbie, however, he gives a short little speech in episode 7 about his priorities that will sort of give everyone an insight about... well, life haha. He's definitely going to be causing some issues for David and Alisha, but issues seem to already be brewing... *even more dramatic music* Rose and Alex definitely have something starting, and whether that be a stronger friendship or a romantic relationship I'm not going to say, but I will say that in the next episode Rose makes a pretty drastic choice about her life, and Alex is there for her when she needs someone. The level of drama will totally be rising when all these character's start to figure out what each other have planned. You'll just have to wait and see... *the most dramatic music* Thanks so much, Jack! Always great to hear your thoughts on what's happening over in Hollywood! Hope you enjoy the rest of the season (and I demand GIFS to be in the next review or I shall be writing a formal complaint, typed and double-spaced, to the main admin of the forum - Jamison You have been warned)!

I've just had a "Audition" overload, read 3x01 to 3x06, and the Xmas special, so I'm all caught up now! Hopefully it wasn't a bad overload! If there are even good overloads, I don't know. I'm really glad that people are somewhat *glad* that Jordan and Angela are gone. I don't know if glad is the right word, but I'm happy people can see that the story is going to continue to move and that they're excited to see what's to come. Thanks for the compliments about their departures! It was something that I really loved writing I've always wanted Alex and Alisha to get on a movie set, and when I started planning the sequence, I just found so much interesting stuff that could come from it. Yeah, I may have stretched the whole "luck" idea, but hey, one can hope, hahaha! Anyway, Rose is definitely not going to be the same character when the show returns - she's emotionally traumatized and she shuts herself out. Can't wait to see what you think about it! HAHAHA! She'll never change... too drastically. No matter what happens, she's basically trained her mind to be bubbly and happy all the time, so she'll change in that sense. And she only snuck up on Michael because that's what best friends do! HAHA! She didn't really think anything of it! Michael will be out and about soon, he's just resting from his panic attack Thanks again, Alex!!

"Forceful Nature" Review So, its become a reoccurring behavior of mine to forget that there's an episode out that I haven't read, and stumbling across it and feeling like an idiot, but I'm so glad this happened because I found this jewel of an episode that I have to talk about where Mia and Robbie are seemingly trying to get into Alisha and Alex's pants (not together, of course), and while it doesn't work for Alex, we're left with an impression that perhaps Alisha won't be so quick to push him away, considering her boyfriend, David, was stood up for their date. *enter angry jack* Hahaha. You could say I'm pissed. I love Alisha and David's relationship, and so that part of me is so upset to see that they're facing problems in their relationship, and that someone is trying to break them apart, and weasel their way in there, but from someone who appreciates good drama, and a great story, I can't help but give you props for this. Alisha and David seemed like the power couple of the show, as though nothing could touch them, especially considering the fact that Alisha was gone for the majority of a sequence and they remained together even with the nature of a long-term relationship, and knowing full well what that could do to a couple. So its so shocking to see them, quite possibly, on the verge of being torn apart by Robbie. There were two other big moments in this episode I need to talk about. The first is with Rose, and Brian, which the episode actually opened on. I like the fact that Rose is having her own individual storyline this sequence, and she's really coming into her own. As you know, I was a bit iffy about her originally, and wanted to see more done with her, and this is definitely what's happening right now. Brian hints at the fact that everyone basically comes to know that you have to get your hands dirty to get into the industry that Rose wants to get into, so I'm both worried and excited to see whether she eventually caves in, is pressured, or if she finds a way to best him at this horrible scheme he's implementing to- well, get laid. I think this storyline has a lot of potential to really solidify Rose as a main character, and a worthy one of that, as well as develop her in a way that will leave the audience loving her, because so much can happen here that- well, I'm really excited to see whatever you have planned play out. Hope Brian gets what's coming to him. Lastly, there was a nice little Paula/Michael scene in this episode where it becomes even more impossible to deny the subtle moments between them and you know I ship these two HARD. Acknowledging Michael's wife, and the mother of Alex was huge, especially in regards to having Paula and Michael be the ones to talk about her in this way because I genuinely feel like Paula is the person he could end up with one day, and deservedly so. It's nice that she sees them in such a loving light, and actually wants to turn to Michael for relationship advice because of how much she knows he loved her. It was a quiet moment in the middle of quite a drama-filled, firework-y episode (I'm just making words up here, don't mind me) and it really suits the nature of these two characters' interactions with one another throughout the series. Probably a favourite of mine, for sure. Anyway, of course this is getting another 10/10. No faults here. Loved it NOW COME BACK AND AIR MORE DAMMIT

Oh my gaaaawd, it's okaaaay. I've been MIA so don't worry about it! haha. Anyway, it's quite interesting with Mia and Robbie. Mia is a lot more forceful and open with what she really wants, whereas Robbie is seemingly along for the ride, even though he truly has an attraction to Alisha. I'm so excited to EVENTUALLY get to Alisha/Robbie/David bidness because we have Alisha, who's used to being all cuddly and cute with David, but since she doesn't see him as much as she would like, we have Robbie trudging on in trying to get in on some action, which Alisha... may or may not be keen on. YOU SHALL SEE. I've always wanted to have this storyline with Rose, and, with this season being the "darkest", I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to go ahead and let that whole deal go ahead and happen. Brian is nothing but a douche of a character, and he comes up in like... 2 more episodes? I don't even know, but you'll find out what evidently did happen in Brian's room in the next episode, which hopefully won't be too far away... I... just need to start it. Wait... you ship Michael and Paula? SINCE WHEN? Oh my God, I seriously didn't think anyone wanted them to be a couple. Jokes aside (I'm so funny, I know), I'm going to try my best to throw in so many subtle hints about them being a couple as long as I can, until I eventually have to crush your hopes and dreams and kill one of them off-- wait, I didn't say that, pretend I never said that. Anyway, that was supposed to say slap his "THIGH" not his "TIGHT" I don't even think people have tights. Thanks so much for the review, Jack! Sorry that this reply was so lame, haha, it's just I've been for so loooooong. But ugh, so happy you enjoyed this episode. Hopefully you enjoy the rest when they... eventually air... HAHA!

"Explanation" ReviewAudition is back baby! The first half of the sequence ended on quite a number of shocking cliffhangers, most of which involved propositions towards our main characters that weren't exactly desired, and now the fallout of all that has happened. It's time to explore the consequences of these passes, and scrape the surface of what could happen as a result of them -- which is exactly what this episode does. Out of them, I think Alisha has the biggest to deal with and that's evident in this episode. She's in a relationship with David, and Robbie making this move on her makes things very awkward. It wasn't so clear to me in the previous episode that David and Alisha could persevere through this road bump as she did stand him up and I think it was more to do with the fact that we had been lacking a lot of really sweet moments between these two that made it hard to see them working out. However, Alisha and David continue to shine in their chemistry with one another, and their adorable make-up session at the end of the episode just makes me root for these two even harder. I want them to be able to come out of this strong, and I think there's a pretty beautiful relationship here that's sustained a platform for them to bounce back on after all this drama inevitable eats at them. The only question mark over these two is: Will Alisha lying about the kiss hurt David more than telling him exactly what happened? Speaking of the lie, I think it is a troupe used in most scenarios of TV and drama but its a troupe because it works. It makes things intense and interesting, and it's realistic to me because if you really think about it... Alisha hasn't done anything wrong, yet her telling him what happened is going to create friction and drama within their relationship no matter what and so you can either toss it aside and just move on, ignoring it as it doesn't matter - with the obvious risk that it could resurface and not on her terms - or you can bring it up and create a temporary moment of conflict. I think its inevitable this is going to come back and bite her in the ass, but the thing I love about this show is that it is always unpredictable to me, and I think you - Brady - are able to take a really fresh take on things. So yes, this will come back to bite her, but no, I have absolute no idea in what direction the show will go to make that happen. Will Robbie tell David and create conflict? Will Alisha tell David in the following episode to cut this short? Is Robbie going to bribe Alisha? There's a lot of angles to take and I'm excited to see where it goes as it doesn't help Alisha out in any way that she's lied about the situation that went down. When I read any show on theVPN, I like to keep notes as I'm going so I can write an actual review that talks about the majority of stuff that goes down in the episode, and for this I wrote: "Judy needs to take 1807181 steps the f*ck away from Michael." LMAO. The Michael and Paula moments of this episode just made me realise what I've been missing in my life lately. Seriously. These two are my favourites, and I love what seems to be in store for these two this sequence (even if it will probably kill me). The introduction of Judy is something I'm really looking forward to because it not only brings with it some interesting turns in the story - she has news about their mother, but also seems to be interested in Michael - but we're also going to learn more about Paula through this and that's exciting to me. I'm nervous about a possible Judy/Michael relationship, but then we're reminded about Paula's relationship with Jace in his surfacing in this episode (I make him sound like some evil demon emerging out of the shadows when he's not really like that but PAULA AND MICHAEL OTP). I do think that Michael and Paula makes sense but I'm in it for the long haul and I don't want it to be rushed, or to develop in a way that is fan service-y (looking at you Arrow writers) so I love these moments and I adore their friendship and I think it's hilarious how many times Michael said "no" in regards to them being together. I kill for those moments. However, Judy going in for that kiss then... (my reaction) (what Michael should have said) This episode's ending included a creative choice that I have to applaud. I think when it comes to Rose, I often forget her involvement within the show as a regular character, and I remember the last episode being quite a pivotal potential solidification of her role and importance within the show as she is getting this darker storyline that is going to make me seriously remember her and I'm really excited about the direction of it. The only reason I forget about her sometimes is because she was introduced later, and we haven't had much time with her in comparison to the others, but the reason I say this is a creative choice to end the episode in this way is because we know the circumstances she is under - a boss that wants her to put out basically - and from this moment we don't know if she's been abused, if she's had to do something she doesn't, and if its been done, or if she's upset at the situation and its finally getting to her, and eating at her. I honestly don't know and I really need it to be next week already so I can find out. Also!Quote of the episode: "Well, that was five-cups-of-coffee Paula. Right now you're getting sleep-deprivation Paula, who isn't nearly as awesome and epic." Have I mentioned I adore this woman?! 10/10 episode as it, like caffeinated Paula, is awesome and epic.
