And haven't even seen House of Cards just know Robin Wright won an award so yay for that! Well, she plays First Lady in House of Cards too, so it'll be interesting to read her as Wanda McKenzie versus her as Claire Underwood. I wonder if they'll be torn from the same cloth, or completely different kinds of women, with a completely different set of values. Should be interesting, to say the least!

CASTING NEWS: LYNDSY FONSECA JOINS "REALITY" Lyndsy Fonseca ('Nikita,' 'The Young and the Restless') has returned to theVPN as Larissa Black, a reporter for the Washington Times who begins writing slanderous articles about President Hugh McKenzie! First appearing in the fourth episode of the season, Fonseca has been rumored to be contracted for 2-3 episodes for the remainder of the first season of the science-fiction adventure! When asked to comment on her character, Fonseca said "Larissa is quite a merciless woman. She doesn't actually know of the dimension scandal, but she definitely makes it a known fact that she hates the leader of the country. She's not hugely involved this season, but hopefully she'll continue to be a part of the 'Reality' world." Series creator Brady Brown was quoted saying, "Larissa becomes a pretty big suspect for something that has been happening right in front of the President. When these articles come out, Hugh is quick to jump and assume Larissa is the source of all mishap that's been going on. She might even get to meet the nation's leader! Not that she'd be too thrilled about it..." Excited for the addition of Lyndsy? What about her character? Any speculation to what her slanderous articles might be about, or how Hugh might handle these problems? Sound off below and watch out for more spoilers on "Reality"!

Oh my god, now it looks like the entire Nikita cast can be found somewhere on VPN. Reality has got Shane West, Xander Berkeley and now Lyndsy Fonseca. Gangland has Melinda Clarke. Trinity has Maggie Q. Quick! Somebody cast Aaron Stanford! haha But anyway, I'm intrigued over this latest development. Every good show with some kind of political angle should have a diehard journalist stirring up trouble for said politicians! And I love you casting choice. Looking forward to seeing what kind of shade Ms. Black will be throwing the President's way.

I really do love the whole jerk journalist who cares about no one but themselves, and that's definitely what I'm going to try and make Larissa. I'm really excited to write her, and to see what everyone thinks! Thanks for the feedback, Chris!!

CHARACTER HIGHLIGHT - DR. EMILIA MEAD Production for the third episode of Reality, entitled "Always Watching", is currently underway, and producers were able to release their next character highlight, this time focusing of Vickner Industry's Dr. Emilia Mead, portrayed by Tatiana Maslany! Dr. Mead operates the research facility of Vickner Industries, and was one of the main scientists responsible for the creation of the Traveler, a device used to send criminals to different dimensions. VSGUIDE: How would you describe Emilia's character? TATIANA: Emilia is somewhat of a quirky character. She's very intelligent, but she can also be oblivious to a lot of common things, like referring to the Hugh and Veronica as "sir" and "ma'am". But she's also determined to assist Adam and Lily in retrieving these criminals, and really acts as their only friend and the only one who pretty much sees them as actual human beings. VSGUIDE: How did Emilia end up involved in the Traveler project? Does she have any personal reasons for getting involved? TATIANA: Well, in the pilot we see that Emilia is one of the scientists who discovered the rift that makes dimension traveling possible. Any personal reasons she has if purely because of the significance of the discovery, and the breakthrough for science it should be. Also, there’s probably a lot of money involved. [laughs] VSGUIDE: What can we expect from Emilia, morally? Does she have a good sense of right and wrong, or is she more morally grey? TATIANA: Emilia isn’t necessarily a morally ambiguous character - she’s pretty much going to do what is right... in the beginning at least. When questions are going to need answers, she’ll definitely try her hand at some things she’s never done before, not to the extremity of Adam and Lily’s level, but very, very grey for Emilia. Plus, she’s a scientist, so she has to do some questionably ethical things in the name of science. VSGUIDE: What would you say is Emilia’s storyline for this season? TATIANA:: Emilia’s main job this season is to monitor Adam and Lily on their missions to these various dimensions. Along with that, she joins forces with Xander, who will be introduced in episode two, to investigate one of the major storylines of the season. VSGUIDE: We know Adam and Lily are going to be in their fair share of action sequences, but what about your character? TATIANA: Sadly, Emilia isn’t a fighter. In fact, she stands for peace, which doesn’t help when she has to oversee a lot of violence. [laughs] But she does take part in some climactic scenes, just without throwing punches and kicks. VSGUIDE: Will we see Emilia go to any dimensions this season? TATIANA: That would be amazing! [laughs] But sadly, no. Emilia will more than likely be found right in front of her computer screen in good ‘ole Vickner Industries. VSGUIDE: So, if you could go to a dimension, what kind would it be? TATIANA: Hmm... aliens would be cool. And terrifying. But yeah, let’s go with that! I will say I‘m jealous they get to put a little spin on European history -- I don’t think I should’ve said that... [laughs] Well, there you have it! Thoughts? Theories? Anything you want to ask? Leave everything down below, and be sure to watch out for more Reality spoilers! The next character highlight, focusing on Vice President Veronica Howey, played by the lovely Gillian Anderson, is next! Also, stay tuned for Reality, premiering soon!

Emilia is a character I'm really looking forward to! She just seems to genuine and quirky and fun! I'm already a fan. Tatiana Maslany being cast in that role is just the icing on an already satisfying cake! I'm really looking forward to seeing her relationship with Adam and Lily. You said she becomes their only true friend, even though she's not physically with them. It'll be interesting seeing how she helps them as their monitor. And if anything ever goes wrong and the President decides that they don't need them anymore (if that's even a thing that would happen), I'm wondering whose side Emilia would be on. I'M REALLY EXCITED FOR HER CHARACTER! HAHA! Great character highlight, Brady! Bring on the others!

I'm so stoked you're looking forward to Emilia's character (and yes, Tatiana Maslany is bae). She's really the only one who can see past the label "criminal" on Adam and Lily, which is a really huge focus of the season. I really enjoy their little scenes together, lol. I'M SO GLAD YOU ENJOYED IT!

I really really love these credits, Brady. You've found some beautiful stock footage for this. I think I love it even more because the footage you used weren't from movies or any tv shows, so it was all more natural and unfamiliar to me. Which goes back to the nature of the show. Jumping into uncharted territory each week with the use of dimensional travel. Your updated cast is brilliant. Oh my god, I can't say that enough. Such an amazing, diverse set of actors. Gets me even more excited about this show!

Just watched the opening credits - LOVED the ethereal sounding soundtrack, and the clips were 'out of this world'! What made you decide to recast the actors behind those roles, Brady?

Hahaha, thanks Alex! And there's no real reason why I decided to recast them. I did recently start watching Luther, though, and I fell in love with Idris Elba, and the more I started to plan out the show, his face kept filling Hugh's role. Same with Lucy Liu.

Thanks, MJ, but... no, wasn't inspired by those at all. In fact, I don't remember ever seeing those opening credits before, so the similarities are purely coincidental, even though I happen to only have one shot like that.

You don't remember it from my Aurora pitch? Now I'm sad, haha! But yeah, it's some cool imagery you used, I love space images and such, especially auroras

Thus, a lottery is conducted, but when the transporter malfunctions, all of the criminals are sent to different dimensions; however when two convicts are left behind, Adam Dashner (Shane West) and Lily Langley (Anna Kendrick), the government produces an offer for the two. To survive, they must call on Emilia (Tatiana Maslany) and Det. Robertson (Michael Ealy); however, the scientist and the detective are on a mission of their own.
