(You may wish to use an image banner instead of plain text, if you're a graphics person.)
PLOT
In a world of Avengers, Fantastic Family, Green Giants, Guardian Devils, and a new species that will be hated for years to come, one person will learn to use his new gift to help people with great power and responsibility.
Peter Parker is about to become a hero with his gift and curse as he protects the people of New York from criminals and super villains. A hero is not made, but reborn.
As Spider-Man, he fights for truth and justice after what happened to his Uncle Ben. He's not Amazing...He's Ultimate.
CAST & CHARACTERS
(Who is in your show? Who are your characters? Give us their name and a brief, but detailed summary of their background, personality, motivations, etc...)
Peter Parker/Spider-Man (Andrew Garfield)
Bitten by a radioactive spider during a filed trip, Peter is gifted with his new power that come with a price. He is a genius and a great photographer while working at the Daily Bugle's online division. Peter must use the words his late uncle said to him...With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility. As Spider-Man, he continues his fight after his Uncle Ben's death as a superhero.
Eddie Brock (Zac Effron)
Like Peter, Eddie lost his parents years ago and lives with his Aunt, but Eddie has a deep dark secret that his parents never told him before they died. Eddie is Peter's best friend and love interest to one of Peter's childhood friends. Eddie is brass, a rebel, but he does have a kind soul. But one day, all will change.
May Riley Parker (Sally Field)
May Parker is kind hearted woman to Peter after Ben's death, as she must deal with Peter being Spider-Man and not knowing about it. May also has a secret she can't tell Peter about that could change him forever. This version of Aunt May is not frail like in the comics, but she still worries about Peter much.

CREATORS NOTES
I wanted to reboot Spider-Man after reading some great Spidey VS on certain VS sites that gave me the idea to do a Spider-Man series. My series will mix the talents of Stan Lee, Steve Dikto, to Brain Bendis and Dan Slott in storytelling.
I know many fans didn't like ASM 2, so I decided to make my take of Spidey more of a decent superhero series with action and drama mixed together. I'm not going to have a villain of the week angle, but I'm going to mix old and new villains into the series.
Doctor Octopus will start off as a supporting character and a friend of Peter's, before he becomes the villain that he was meant to be. The Hobgoblin will not be who his under the mask in my series, but a mystery to the readers.
Don't look for MJ or Gwen Stacy in Season 1, but they will have bit cameos and hints in Season 1.
The only Marvel guest stars I will have in the first season is Punisher, Nick Fury, Iceman, and Firestar. I would like to do Captain America and Iron Man for Season Two, but we'll wait and see.

<i>(If you're pitching a movie you won't have to worry about this, but if you're pitching a webseries, minseries or webisode, you'll need an episode guide. We won't ask you to have every single episode + their summaries listed and ready to go, but you should at least have the title and summary of the pilot and a number of episodes you believe your first season will contain.
