PREMISE
A world controlled by terror and the fear of who's going to attack next - Many in the world are terrified by those possibilities of attack and need something or someone to reassure them that they are safe.
Justin Carter is a young intern with Biotech Industries that has stumbled on to information, through a self taught ability of hacking and being curious about people and their motivation, that could potentially be considered dangerous if anyone were to find out that he has the information.
It is soon discovered that information has been downloaded off the server and puts Justin's life in danger and soon anyone that comes in to contact with him could become a possible target. Deacon Bane sends out his Goons to find the person responsible and will do anything possible to put a lid on the information that is out there before it's too late and could ruin everything.
After a dark and fateful night - Justin becomes a new person - a hero to the innocent and bringing to justice the man, Deacon Bane, responsible for so much death and despair to a city and country believing he had everyone's safety in check. After losing something special during that night, Justin must deal with his new responsibility and forgetting about a vendetta against anyone responsible.
Justin's best friend, Cody Baker, becomes a sidekick and partner in starting this new team of defending the city and beyond. With his own problems, Cody must focus on the agenda ahead of them and not lose sight of the purpose. Letting go is always a hard thing.

NOTES
The PLAN is to run a 7 Episode (webisode) season twice a year in kind of a two part season.
This is an idea for webisode adventure thriller that I've had for some time now. It was going to be an idea for a comic book that I was going to do but I wasn't happy with my artistic abilities so I thought I would go back to the VS world to attempt this.
The idea of the setup is to have 7 or 8 episodes per season that will be about 10 to 12 pages per episode and the episodes put together would equal one movie or episode.[/b]
