EXCLUSIVE: AVERY STRANGE ORDERED TO SERIES! VSGuide is very excited to announce that long-time pitch AVERY STRANGE has officially been picked up to series! Created by Guy R. James, the network has ordered a first season, consisting of 10 episodes. Read the full synopsis below: James went on to say this about the pickup, "After years and several different incarnations, I’m ecstatic that Avery Strange has found a home at VPN. I can’t wait for everyone to see what we have planned for Avery and his groups of friends and to share what makes Aurora Bay so strange. The 10-Episode first season revolves around Avery coming to terms with his “destiny” and the death of his twin brother. At the heart of the show, you can expect normal characters and some not-so-normal characters trying to navigate their teen years and surviving some STRANGE events. Very happy to hear this!! I remember loving the pilot I read a looong-ass while ago, not sure if I ever commented on it though. I loom forward to seeing more of this series in the coming months! Congrats Guy!!

Hey all - I know I'm late to the party on this one, but as Avery Strange started out as a pitch on my own virtual series network many moons ago, I heard just today that it got picked up by you guys so I had to come by and see what was going on! Super glad to hear this - I always loved the idea so I'm proud to see it find a home at last
