As producers get ready for Trinity's return, they shed some light on this season's episodes, giving us an exclusive tour of the entire season, with new episode promos.
"Restless"CYNTHIA REYNOLDS RETURNS - After her subconscious is trapped within a vision of the future, Cynthia (Anna Paquin) escapes from her vision and awakens in the present to find that her mind has been fragmented with, making her lose sight of the real world, leading to her failing to recognize her enemies from her friends. After having flashes of Quentin's (Jamie Bamber) ex-fiancee, she begins to think she, herself, is Valentina Vostok (Ali Larter). Kristin Kreuk, Sam Jones III and Lyndsy Fonseca also stars.
"Realm," Part 1WELCOME TO THE DREAM WORLD - Rachel's powers are out of control as she accidentally sends the gang to another realm where they experience both their sweetest dreams and worst nightmares. The situation becomes dangerous when they discover that if they die in this world, they die in the real world as well. Lana sees visions of her past lovers (Tom Welling, Michael Rosebaum and Jensen Ackles guest star); Quentin finds himself being haunted by memories of Valentina (Ali Larter); Cynthia begins to remember her visit to the future, with the help of an old friend (Benjamin McKenzie guest stars); Pete (Sam Jones III) is tormented by vision of Jake (Paul Wesley) and what he must be going through inside of Checkmate; and Rachel (Lyndsy Fonseca) is about to discover her true origins as she is visited by her demonic biological father, Trigon.

Dozens upon dozens are dead, as the city is being held victim by a demon of Azarath. Meanwhile, out on the hunt for this monster, Lana is reunited with an old friend; Jack Gold returns!
"Assassin"CHECKMATE HIRES AN ASSASSIN TO DEAL WITH RACHEL - When Lex (Michael Rosenbaum) forces Amanda (Pam Grier) to recruit an elite assassin for Checkmate, in order to get rid the growing problem, Rachel Roth (Lyndsy Fonseca), she finds a young metahuman by the name Chase Winters (Theo James). Now, after team Trinity, he unknowingly unlocks a new piece to the puzzle, in the war between Checkmate and Lana's team. Meanwhile, Lana's boss, Rose Belle (Lucy Lawless) is somehow tossed into the middle of the war, but what side is she on?
"Passion"QUENTIN AND LANA ARE REVISITED BY PAST ENEMIES - As Lana (Kristen Kreuk) and Quentin (Jamie Bamber) enjoy a night out on the town, they suddenly find themselves being stalked by the spirits that once unwillingly possessed them. Now, within the lovers' grasp once again, Lana and Quentin must find a way to fight off the possession themselves, as their friends have no clue where the couple went off to. Meanwhile, Jake (Paul Wesley) and Rachel's (Lyndsy Fonseca) relationship begins to grow into something more, when they suddenly fight common ground.
"Wall"A CAUTIONARY TALE OF THE WHITE QUEEN - When Amanda Waller (Pam Grier) is summoned to speak at a conference for the CBI, we take a journey through her life as we go deep within her past, revealing dark secrets that have lead up to where she is now, and how she got there. Milo Ventimglia guest stars as Young Lionel Luthor. Both Cassidy Freeman and John Glover have a cameo appearance.
"Lex"FORMER LOVERS AND ENEMIES COME FACE TO FACE - When Checkmate holds an annual conference, Stuart Campbell (Ryan McDonell) returns to inform Lana (Kristen Kreuk) of the news. He also informs her that the "The Board" of Checkmate will be present, which creates an opportunity for a meeting of the two. Now, as they devise a plan to crash the party, team Trinity finds themselves way over their head when each of them are individually questioned by the man himself -- Lex Luthor (Michael Rosebaum); Past tensions arise as Lana sees Lex for the first time since he "died."
"Revelation"NOTHING IS WHAT IS APPEARS TO BE - As Lana looks to find a new way of dealing with Lex Luthor and Checkmate, she discovers that she's been fighting this war in the wrong manner, which leads her to enlisting the help of more than one hero-faction. Meanwhile, when Jake finally decides that he can't lie to Lana and others anymore, he is lured into a unsuspecting trap, which will change his life forever!
"Betrayal"After the shocking events in "Revelation," Lana and co. pick themselves up and devise a plan in hopes to combat their newest enemy, who seems is impossible to kill. Also, Amanda and Valentina move along with their plans to eliminate Lex Luthor, but at what cost?
"Power"When Quentin suddenly realizes he has gained the Metahuman ability to control a person's thoughts, he goes on a rampage in hopes of getting rid of it, but can he resist using his powers for long?
"Judgement"When Lana is framed for the murder of a local bookstore owner, she is brought to court to answer for her crimes. On the jury; key members of Checkmate, including Lex Luthor! Also, Lana's biological father returns, to represent her in the case.

"Legion"Lana and co. join forces with Amanda and Valentina, as they use Kara's Legion ring to tracel to the past, in hopes of finding the only woman with the information needed to take down Lex Luthor. His half sister, Tess Mercer!
