When you die in Blüdhaven -- going to Hell is considered a promotion. The PremiseBlüdhaven is a series that tells the story of Blüdhaven, the most deadliest and destructive city in the United States, a neighboring city of Gotham, and one of the most lethal cities. Blüdhaven is a city where dreams never comes true, a city where once you step foot in you never leaves, you're trapped in it's darkness forever. It is a city that is rumored to house the portal of Hell, the very thin lines between our dimensions. Elias Powers (Chris Evans) is an ordinary rookie police officer that is suddenly thrown into a life of darkness and crime once he gets caught up in the corrupt police forces of Blüdhaven. With dreams to clean the streets of his hometown, Elias finds all the odds against him in this fight to rise above the darkness of Blüdhaven. With the start of his new life in Blüdhaven as a Detective he meets a man. A new mechanic for Blüdhaven PD and soon finds himself forming an alley in the likes of the Flash. Though all isn't as it seems as Elias finds that there is more to Wally West then just being inhumanly fast and that Wally has an indeniable past with Blüdhaven and the start of it's evil. He meets a young boy, Richard Grayson who's getting in over his own head in the crime spree. Problems become even worse when Roland Desmond brings together the crime organization in Blüdhaven and aims to take over the corrupted police forces of Blüdhaven. Elias finds himself to be the last good man standing in a city that is against him and he must fight to get back his city? Though will he fall alone or bring together the two unlikely heroes. The Cast [/u][/center] Elias Powers as Chris Evans Elias Powers is a man that shouldn't be taken lightly, even with his quiet nature and kind hard, Elias is a threat to anyone and anything that steps on his toes. With a quiet thunder and a dangerous edge to him, Elias is the calm before the storm. Passionate and shy until he warms up to you, Elias comes from a very broken and sad past that he hardly tells anyone. Secretive and independent. Elias is new on the police force and even though he's inexperience he's good at his job. More of the voice of reason among the team of heroes, Elias is the key force behind the reason of the formation of the Titans because of his strong will and determination to keep fighting no matter what. Richard Grayson as Shia Labeouf Richard Grayson also known as Robin grew up as the youngest Grayson in The Flying Graysons of The Haly Circus in Blüdhaven. Growing up in Blüdhaven, Richard was one of the fun that had a good childhood and such he remembers these good times even though now his life is nothing but a living hell. He lost his parents six years ago and has since been after the murderer of his parents even though he doesn't know who placed the hit on his parents but he know that his parent's wire snap during their act was not just an accident. Unlike Elias and Bart, Richard does see the world as a cruel and harsh place, but remembers the wonderful childhood he had. Ronald Desmond as Julian McMahon Ronald Desmond code name Blockbuster, is a man that only wants control and power. Intelligent and powerful with a strength-enhancing steroid that increases his strength but a side effect of this is that he is losing his intelligence. Working to gain control of all of Blüdhaven's criminal operations, Ronald is only a step away from gaining control of all Blüdhaven and it's police forces. With the Titans rising to put a stop to him, Ronald is willing to do anything to regain his intelligence...though at what risk? Thanks Khurdjr17!! I'm glad you love it! I was nervous of how it would do! Hmm that's a good question. I don't even know myself. A wanted complicated female that could be a love interest for Bart but yet be very bad for him. She just scream the part to me and she's very interesting or so i hope. There's a lot of places i want to take her this season and i figured she'll be a nice female character to have in the mix this season. I totally hope Chloe and Oliver can make an appearance in the series here and there. They're neighboring cities so i'm thinking it's highly possible! I have to ask Jack about this hopefully he'll think it is a cool idea for the the two to appear and for Bart to guest star in the WatchTower Series.

Well i love it. But could i make a suggestion. Make Rose a normal girl before you give her the Ravanger title. This way the viewers can see how she was put into that position

I think this is a pretty solid pitch. I love what you want to do with Bart. But he is NOT Flash, he is not destined to become him either, so I'd take that out of it. They are two completely different characters. Moving on, I think you should change the title of episode 2 "Dick", lol, I just think a better title for it may be better. As for Chloe or Oliver coming on the show, it doesn't look that open at the moment, for a crossover. The main show Chloe will be doing stuff with will be Trinity. Like the characters, episodes, and want to read the pilot. But I think you should also try something new with it as well ... I mean, both Trinity and Watchtower will take place in dark cities, so maybe you can try making yours less dark, as Impulse isn't really a DARK character. XD

With this series, Bart Allen isn't really the same Bart Allen that he thought he had been his whole life. I don't want to give away the big secrets behind just what has went on REALLY in Bart's past but this Bart more lines up with Bartholomew Allen II from the comics. So i decided to shape him during the progression of the first season since Smallville really didn't seem to have any other flash in store when he was introduced he went by Wally West as well as a Fake ID. So I think in Smallville's world it isn't unlikely that he would become the Flash as well. The episode Memoria will cover more of that and answer all the questions. In the comics Bludhaven is a very bad place so i don't really think i should change that vibe. No Bart hasn't been portrayed as a dark character in the past but mid way through the season he starts to develop more. And khurdj17 i totally agree with that but she won't be exactly an innocent girl. She's a complicated character and i think that will start to show through very quickly. Thanks for the comments guys.

I think you seem to have it pretty down, which is good. However, I don't see "Impulse" which is who he is, becoming the "Flash" who is much older and is out there somewhere. I think changing the character, someone already established who we know from Smallville, is a good move. I didn't know Bludhaven was an actual place in the comics, so props for that. But I still think changing him to become the "Flash" is not a good move. I want to see a series about Impulse, not the Flash - as that has been done before.

I kinda agree with what Jack is saying. Kinda keep us with the Impulse we all know and love. And down the line try to get him towards a Destiny he needs So Rose and Bart are they love interests?

Yeah, I mean, there are several different versions of the character, but the one we were introduced to was "Impulse" - Bart Allen. Sure, he was Kid Flash with the Teen Titans and all that, but that's childish, in a way. I don't want to see a Teen Titans thing going on either. I think Robin being in it, is great; but having a character like that that has been screwed over so much in the franchise, you really need to find a way to make him believeable, relatable, and interesting.

OOOoo nopers he won't become the flash anything soon. He so not ready for that. He won't become the flash until like the Series Finale. That's a LONG time away. This will be about his journey until he becomes the Flash. He still has the Kid Flash codename which he won't take up in this season haha. So Bart still has a long way to develop. Sorry for the confusion guess the aka Flash is very throw offy haha. Yeppers the city is a real place in the comic where Nightwing protected. I have to do a complete research on it too haha. Thanks anything else you see that isn't clear or shouldn't be there? Dick won't become Nightwing anytime soon either haha. Rose won't become Ravager until like the season 2. Thanks for the comments again.

I really don't like the name "kid flash". I'm sorry, but I don't. I think it lasted so well in the comics because ... well, it was a comic. Its like "Superboy" i don't like that either. It is all very childish, and doesn't make the character look good, it makes them seem immature. I think if you wanted to take his character into the role of the "Flash" you need to introduce the REAL Flash first, and maybe for a full season, the character overcomes a great evil and is soon killed and Bart decides to take up that role. But I do not want him to become the FIRST and ONLY Flash.

Yep already planned for the Barry to appear in the second season where he is a big part in helping Bart since well I don't want to spoil the finale of this season but if you want to know you can pm me and I'll gladly tell you. yeah i don't really like Kid Flash or Superboy either but what else can Conner go by? Which something i been stump on haha. And no need to be sorry. I like having other views and ideas to go on. What kind of writer wouldn't be able to take that type of stuff haha. I don't think Bart will be the last Flash either. He def not the first with Barry being the one before him. Oooh that's a good question. Dick and Barbara. There will def be something real there but i'm not sure. Dick will start to fall into a very dark place within the last few episodes of this season and Babara would be a fresh breath of air to be introduce for him BUT i honestly have no idea. Haha. They won't get together in her two episodes this season. She could be a main next season.

haha. Okay. Well i think u should call Connor, Avenger or something. To steer away from the superboy angle. And i kinda already know who dies in the finale. Also will Bart still be apart of the League?

Ooooh you do? I would love to hear who you think is dieing you just may be right. It could be obvious though it also could throw you for a long as well since it's unexpected and all. Avenger...oooh i like that. The Avenger. It does fit the series greater then Superboy. That's a good question. If Justice League does reform in Watch Tower I don't think Bart would turn it down but he wouldn't be so keen on rejoining as well. Seeing as how things kinda fell apart in their last moments, betraying Clark wasn't his cup of tea and he kinda hasn't dealt with that.

Okay well would you like me to PM you my answer on who dies? And i also wish there was a gay character. Not that i dont like your cast but i just thought it would shake them up if a character was gay. And another question. This takes place 3 weeks after S8 right?
