Angel is an American television series, a spin-off of the television series Buffy the Vampire Slayer. The show details the ongoing trials of Angel, a vampire whose human soul was restored to him by gypsies as a punishment for the murder of one of their own. After more than a century of murder and the torture of innocents, Angel's restored soul torments him with guilt and remorse. During the first four seasons of the show, he works as a private detective in a fictionalized version of Los Angeles, California, where he and a variety of associates work to "help the helpless" and to restore the faith and save the souls of those who have lost their way. Typically, this involves doing battle with evil demons or demonically allied humans, primarily related to Wolfram & Hart, a demonic law firm. He also has to battle his own demonic nature.

I really enjoy this show! I've tried to continue it a numerous amount of occassions, but always write myself into a block. My favourite season is "Season Three." The false prophecy that Wesley follows, and how he betrays his friends, that leads to Connor being taken to a hell dimension is one of the highlights. I love that whole storyline.

Cordelia Chase is my favourite character -- she really grows on the show, and becomes a new person by the end of the series. It sucks the actress was fired for getting pregnant and not telling the producers until last minute (the reason for the sudden "Cordelia's evil and pregnant" storyline.)

My least favourite character is Connor. He's boring as bat sh!t.

ANGEL is the ULTIMATE series. I think I enjoyed it over Buffy, as I got older. xD

I recently re-watched Season three of this show... a season I once claimed as my least favorite. Uhm... yeah, I think I need to rethink that thought.

Yeah, I didn't mind Season Three, however I despised Season Four. Season Three finale was a little upsetting though... Angel... Cordelia... *sadface. Season Five, I think, is my favorite season. I just liked how they were in the belly of the beast that is Wolfram and Hart, and then Fred... well you know. *sadface.

But what about Wesley... I would hope they'd bring him back, somehow. So Fred and Wesley could live happily ever after. But then again this is Joss, I'm sure something horrible would of happened to them. Lol.

Every time I hear talk about "What if Angel continued..." I always feel the urge to make a virtual continuation of the show. I need to avoid this conversation, because I get so disappointed every time I realize that I can't make one. HAHA!

I already have an entire continuation of both Angel, and Buffy planned out, with plots and everything. But I doubt I'll ever have to time to do that, when I should be focused on original projects like Gangland. I don't even have enough time for Trinity anymore. lol But, if I wanted to... I probably could do it.

I like to think he only killed Wesley BECAUSE it wasn't continuing and Fred wasnt coming back.
