Talk, chat, yak, whatever you want about books and novels in here.
I have finally finished Book 5 of A Song Of Ice And Fire, A Dance With Dragons.
Now I'm not sure if I should continue with the fantasy genre or go read some more of the classics like 1984 and Brave New World. I do have Interview With The Vampire to read as well....

I am currently reading The Hunger Games, not to jump on the bandwagon, but because I really have heard good things about the book and series. I want to see the movie because the trailer really grabbed my attention, but I want to have read the book first so I that the movie does not spoil the book for me.

^^ The Hunger Games' books are awesome. I've only read one, but I'm looking to read the other 2 very soon. I also want to start reading A Song of Ice and Fire, due to my new found love of Game of Thrones on HBO.
Anyway, the last book I read was Invisible Man.

I bought the first book in the A Song of Ice and Fire series the other day at Hastings because there was a sale. I think I am going to start that series after I finish The Hunger Games books.

I am currently reading I Am Number Four and once that is done I have the next book in the series, The Power of Six, to read, and then I have the newest Vampirates book to read. I eventually want to read The Hunger Games series but I am swamped with books right now so it will have to wait. Can't wait for summer so I can lounge outside and do some reading!

I am currently reading book 1 of The Maze Runner Trilogy. It's coming off kinda slow, but I'm hoping it will pick up. I've got mounds of books to read, so this list my be long: The Matched Trilogy, Thirteen Reasons Why, The Mortal Instruments Series, Divergent, and probably more to come. LOL. Yes, I am an avid reader of Young Adult novels. I am 16. xD My all time favorite books, series, etc are: Harry Potter Series (All time favorite books! Yes, I am one of those people.), The Hunger Games Trilogy, Percy Jackson and the Olympians (Read them when I was in middle school xD), The Art of Racing in the Rain, A Wrinkle in Time and there are probably many more, I just can't name them. LOL. So, sorry for this being longer than the others. I just love books. ;D

I am currently reading The Silmarillion. I'm still at the begining but I already like it :) Next will be the Bartimaeus Trilogy and the fourth book by Jonathan Stroud and when my sister and father finish the first two books of A Song of Fire and Ice I start reading them too :)

Recently read A Woman in Berlin, a non-fiction diary about a woman's perspective on the Russian Army's occupation at the end of World War 2. It's a pretty intense read at parts and shows just how bad things were under the Red Army for a time. A must read if you're into that kind of subject matter.
