...then again recently the writers of the Avengers have made them random dicks for no reason. I miss my Avengers who use to take turns being chairman of meetings. They were so polite and well behaved

I feel the same way about how they made Scott. I understand in some aspects, but some writers make him into a big, raging dick and make Wolverine look like the awesome, cool one. NO DAMMIT. Cyclops has and always will be better than Wolverine in every aspect -- THAT INCLUDES THE WHOLE JEAN THING. But no. Writers always seem to favor Wolvie these days.
Maddie -- we have to infiltrate Marvel. WE HAVE TO. We have to show them how it's REALLY done.

The reason for this crossover is because the Phoenix Force is coming back to Earth. The Avengers want to destroy it (HAHA, by the way, that they think they can destroy the PHOENIX FORCE which is LIFE ITSELF). But the X-Men want to welcome her and basically use her to rebirth the mutant race. Because like I said, the Phoenix brings destruction but also rebirth. ALWAYS rebirth. And there are less than 200 mutants left in the world. The Phoenix is their only hope. But Captain America and Iron Man are like dljfaskdf over it, and are determined to get rid of the Phoenix, and when the X-Men refused to side with them, Captain America declared war on mutants basically.
That's the reason Marvel is using for this crossover.

^ That's what I'm saying. Even though it's not canon, and not Marvel, I love Maddie's version of the Avengers. She makes me able to tolerate them. XD I can't wait for you guys to get to see them all in Age of Heroes. Her Cappy is pretty awesome. Canon Cappy? Not so much. He's an ass.

Supposedly this whole "AvX" thing has been like, 10 years in the making and a lot of people suspect they're going to kill Cyclops off in this event. Do you have any idea how pissed off I'm going to be? My favorite X-Person, Jean Grey, is already dead. If they kill my second favorite X-Person, I swear to God Marvel I will never read your shit again. I will continue to write my own and pretend your shitty storylines never existed XD

Killing off Cyclops? Fuck you Marvel!!!!! What I find amusing is that The Avengers actually think they can destroy the Phoenix it can destroy entire planets and could easy take them out.

@chris - DC is against my religioin....jk. XD I don't know if I could touch DC. They piss me off too much. The closest I get to DC is Trinity and Watchtower, because I actually really enjoy those. XD I have to look things up sometimes because I don't know who the person is, etc. but I still enjoy them. hayden - I KNOW RIGHT?! I mean, I'm sure Iron Man could build something that might deter her, but she is the most powerful being in the universe. You can't DESTROY her. She handed GALACTUS his ass. Phoenix is NOT going down. |
