I don't think they are on the outs, they are just very independent. He doesn't mind her living with the X-men while he runs Wakanda or works with other heroes. I don't see Storm turning on the X-men EVER she is very loyal, I just meant I don't see her liking fighting with the Avengers so we agree there.

Logan to me is more secure with the X-men than Beast in my opinion. Beast joined up with the Avengers pretty dang early and has really strong ties to them, but I do think Beast will go X-men.

Well the problem is ladies.....Black Panther and Storm are in a rough patch. Thats WHY she decided to leave him be and join the Avengers. And yes Beast was/is an original memeber of the Xmen but with recent ISSUES, we dont know where he will be. Meanwhile Logan is in the rough patch....considering him and Scott agreed not to intervene with eachother's lives anymore. And Captain America basically came to Logan and asked him what he decided

I think Logan and Beast need to get the HELL over it and side with Scott. This whole bullshit with Schism was ridiculous as well. Scott almost lost everything for doing what was RIGHT. Not what he WANTED to do, but what was RIGHT and what was NEEDED. Ugh. Marvel is really pissing me off with all this shit.
Seriously though, Logan and Beast need to side with the X-Men. That's where they belong, NOT with the God damn Avengers. -sighs-

hahahaha. NICE Next Question: Now if everyone will notice the Xmen are willing to put the younger students in the line of battle now. And so will the Avengers. So this question is....how will the younger xmen and young avengers in training handle this war?

Just finished reading Avengers vs. X-Men #1. I fucking hate Captain America. I. HATE. HIM. He has the GOD DAMN NERVE to storm up on Utopia. I know he was trying to make a deal with Scott, but when Scott turned him down and told them they'd handle it (it being a mutant issue and all), Cap should have backed off. But no. He had to be the biggest raging dick on the planet and refuse. He deserved to get blasted by Scott. He fucking deserved it.
Also, totally loving Scott and Hope's relationship. He works her so hard, but I think it's more than just preparing her for the Phoenix Force. I think he does truly care about her. He cares about ALL of them, but, yeah. They just...I love it. XD

Definitely the X-Men, though you do have Thor who is a god, however I don't think he'd be as bad-ass as Storm -- she'd nail his ass with hailstones xD. And they have Wolverine, with rapid heeling, so I doubt they'd win. The X-Men normally handle things efficiently and smoothly anyway, so we'll have to find out soon! But, I do agree with what khurdjr17 said about the Avengers, they haven't seemed to get involved before, and the X-Men seemed to handle the Phoenix well in the past -- the Avengers just need to get outta town. So, I'm sticking with the X-Men on this one, but we may be surprised.

Alright, so, I got Avengers vs. X-Men #2 today, as well as a few other corresponding comics and -- My anger continues to grow. I hate that the Avengers, and even some of the non-Utopian X-Men are blaming Scott for this. REALLY? He isn't the one that stormed up with a SHIELD helicarrier and dozens of Avengers ready to fight. That was all Captain America. HE threw the first punch by making his first move an offensive one, regardless of the fact that Cyclops did throw the first literal punch.
Like I said before, Scott is protecting the mutant race -- it's his duty now. He is no longer the simple leader of the X-Men, is the leader of an entire race that is currently headed for extinction. Phoenix is, quite literally, their last hope. He's not crazy. Maybe a little desperate (for obvious reasons), but he is not crazy. Scott never makes a decision he doesn't analyze the hell out of first.
I'm pissed off that Beast and Wolverine have both apparently side with the Avengers. I can understand that the Avengers may not realize what Scott has at stake in this, but Beast and Wolverine of all people SHOULD know. Beast has fought alongside Scott since they were teenagers. He should know better. I also wanna say that I hate Spidey on the Avengers. Maybe it's weird because in "The Outcasts" I have Spidey so close to the X-Men, but it's just so WEIRD seeing him fight against them. But I digress.
My favorite part of the issue was the ending. When Hope manifested some of the Phoenix powers and Wolverine and Spider-Man came in and saw her. Wolverine popped his claws, went to stab her and she fried him from the inside out. THANK YOU, HOPE SUMMERS, FOR DOING WHAT I HAVE ALWAYS WISHED SOMEONE WOULD DO!

Well The question is who told Scott it was his job to look after the mutant race?

No one else is willing to take the job. Without a leader, without someone to guide them, the mutants WILL die out. He TOOK the job of looking after the mutant race because he knows he is the only one capable of doing it, and the only one that would be willing to take on such a burden. Honestly, I think he's the only one that COULD take on that burden. He's powerful, a great leader, more than capable, and he is able to make the hard decisions that no one else has the balls to make.

If Jean comes back, Hope will either die or actually BECOME Jean, I'm sure. And, of course, Scott will leave Emma for Jean because no matter how much anyone denies it he will always love Jean more than Emma. Even if he says otherwise. Also, she will slap the shit out of everyone and tell them how stupid they are.
In other words, I will love Marvel so much more if they bring Jean back.

Best moment in AvX thus far. And of course, my favorite part. Hope owning Wolverine.
