Exclusive Preview: "Silence of the Dead" Scene! TheVPN has released an exclusive preview clip from the upcoming season premiere episode, "Lazarus". The scene takes place inside Wayne Mansion, where Bruce reveals the real reason behind his extreme lengths in bringing Chloe back from the dead to his trustworthy butler, Alfred, who just might have the solution to all of his problems. ^ I love how eager Bruce is to bring Chloe back. After all this time, he hasn't given up. That's true love *hint hint* Maybe there's a chance of a Chloe/Bruce romance in the future? No? lol Okay. I'll sit down now. haha!

I wouldnt put it past Bruce to still be in love with her! I mean she is the only one who didn't give up on him. Meanwhile...that scene was so well written I wanted to squeal with happiness I'm honestly ready for this season to start. And of course I apologize to you and Chris. Im seriously lagging on writing episode 6. But I'm working hard on it . And on top of that school is being a bitch

I'll sit down now. haha! How dare you flood my thread with Chruce love. Ya'll know I'm a Chlollier for life. lol jks, Chloe and Batman FTW! Weeell, I love both. I can ship both simultaneously. When it comes to Chloe, Bruce will always have a place in his heart for her, and it comes from the fact that she was persistent in trying to get him back on his feet, and so he's very stubborn and determined to do the same for her. Chloe and Bruce are bound to have their moments, and the plan is to build and develop their connection and bond to a high degree, but as for romance... I don't know. I will say, if you're a fan of Chloe and Bruce, "Taken" is the episode for you! I wouldnt put it past Bruce to still be in love with her! I mean she is the only one who didn't give up on him. Meanwhile...that scene was so well written I wanted to squeal with happiness Aw, thanks Karl! I love writing for Alfred, and I think he's going to be around a lot more this season compared to the last two. In terms of being in love, Bruce will have the special place for Chloe, but at the moment, his heart very much belongs to Selina, and while its been a year since she's gone missing, he's just as hellbent to find her as he is, Chloe.

I have a question. Since Batman is going to come into play...will we actually see his qualities from the comics? For example his master strategist abilities or his detective skills? Or his non-trusting of meta humans?

Or his non-trusting of meta humans? Its definitely something that continues to develop, in terms of his "master strategist abilities/detective skills", however, the big thing at the moment is his status. Gotham City was knocked down, and risen above the ruins was this beacon of hope, found in the bat-signal. And over this missing year, his status would have built, and when the show returns, "Batman" has become a known figure, as "The Dark Knight" wasn't as known or highly regarded, if that makes any sense. "Lazarus" puts a cap on the origin story of Batman. All the important elements have been dealt with so far on the show, so nothing gets skipped over in this past year that is too pivotal, however there's one important element in the premiere that hasn't been dealt with that does get addressed, which I think will be what solidifies this persona of "Batman" for the show. XD On a different note, episodes 1-12 have all been given titles, with a few, minor spoilers added. On top of that, the episodes Selina Kyle will appear in have been revealed as: #1, #9, #12, #13, #14.

^In the holidays, I had a saw marathon with a group of friends, and I hadn't seen them before, and it made me think of doing an episode that kind of threw a character through one of these situations, and then Hugo Strange just came to mind, and blam- idea for episode: done!
As for Poison Ivy, Chris done SUCH a good job with her, and I loved the episode that he wrote for season two, I wanted him to write another one this season, and with all the arkham inmates out of the asylum, we needed to see Poison Ivy get caught and put back, so... And he's perfect for writing her. The job he done on Trinity was just epic.
I didn't even think about Hawkman and Hawkgirl. I love how their relationship was contrasted with Chloe/Oliver in Season Ten, and I think, if I were to find a way to bring them in, it would kind of be a nice little "don't lose hope" message to Chloe, who believes that she and Oliver are meant to be, that "soulmates" always find their way back to each other. So that would be nice. XD

Been a while since I posted, but I can't believe you are bringing the major missing character in the Bat Mythos in Haunted. Will this character appear on Trinity once the sister series gets back up and running? Then again, you never say the name, only the codename, which I am guessing is intentional.
Also, I am guessing it's okay to actually say the character's name in the spoiler thread right? I can't remember how to add spoiler tags anyway.

Jack... make it happen! Bwahaha, you know how epic that would b eeeeee? *dead* Perhaps Wonder Woman has been on the show this entire time, just chilling in her invisible jet, and that's why you've never seen her... *dramatic music* But no, that would be kinda cool, we've talked about that for a l oooong time. It will be Dick Grayson, however, in this universe, there was no "Robin" pre-stage, and he's very much disassociated from Batman. But that doesn't mean their paths won't cross. XD

TheVPN has released official descriptions for episodes #2 and #3 for the upcoming season of Watchtower. "Echo"WELCOME TO THE LEAGUE OF SHADOWS - When a series of vivid dreams lead Chloe (Allison Mack) on an investigation, she crosses paths with the league of shadows, and is kidnapped. Reunited with old friend, Kyle (Bryan Greenberg), the two plan an escape. However, when their attempt to break free fails, Kyle is forced to rely on a unique ability that comes at a price. Bruce (Christian Bale) breaks his alliance with Vicki (Yvonne Strahovski) in order to protect her in the hunt to find the missing citizens of Gotham, and turns to Commissioner Gordon (Dylan Walsh) instead. Offended, Vicki tackles her own lead, coming face to face with Hush. Meanwhile, when stumbling upon Helena's (Kayla Ewell) hit list, Lisa (guest star Lizzy Caplan) finds a name that worries her. Michael McKean also stars.
"Taken" DC COMICS 'TWO-FACE' RETURNS WITH A VENGEANCE - Following the death of his wife, Gordon (Dylan Walsh) gains full custody of his daughter, Barbara (special guest star Emma Stone), who is reluctant to get involved with the dangerous life he leads in Gotham City. Chosen to show her the safer side of the city, Chloe (Allison Mack) and Bruce (Christian Bale) are ambushed in the streets by a vengeful Two-Face (guest stars Mark Valley), who uses Barbara as a weapon to call out The Batman. Desperate to save his daughter, Gordon succumbs to Two-Face's demands, as Batman's approach to dealing with the mad-man clash with The Huntress' (Kayla Ewell). Meanwhile, in an attempt to solve the mystery behind Chloe's strange dreams, Zatanna (guest star Serinda Swan) performs a spell that awakens a great evil.
Unfortunately, with this being my HSC year and all, I haven't had as much time to focus on getting this season up and running as quickly as the last, however, the majority of the season is all mapped out, and ready to be scripted. As for the premiere, its almost finished, and hopefully I can find some kind of air date for it, to follow up from some of the major cliffhangers of last season's finale.

Just In: "This Season Will Be My Last"Watchtower Prepares for Another Fan-Favourite Exit As every season boils down near the end of its run, with spoilers surfacing of a cast-member's departure, Michael McKean's "Perry White" is always the first name to be thrown into the very-possible possibilities. Last season, however, this was thwarted when the actor publicly revealed his involvement in the following third season. Now, VSGuide has the latest on the capacity of this character's involvement, what we can expect, and why this season is the right time to bid the iconic character farewell.
"It felt right," McKean told VSGuide on the question everyone wanted an answer for. After two seasons of the show, Perry has gone through several road bumps on his journey to becoming The Daily Planet's Editor-in-Chief, ordering Lois and Jimmy around, while craving the next Superman expose. "This season is all about rising from the ashes- going from rock bottom, and working your way back up to the top, and, as we all know, that's The Daily Planet for Perry White."
It would seem, however, this decision wasn't as easy as McKean makes it out to be. "Perry was always a part of our five year plan," series creator, Jack Malone, reveals, claiming they had just enough story to keep the character pivotal for the entirety of the series. Malone followed, in saying that after many meetings, and discussions with McKean, they collaboratively decided that due to the nature of this season, and its heavy concept woven throughout, "it would be very fitting to see him off at the end of it." So does that mean that five-years worth of story is being shoved into one, full-on season for Perry White? "Without speeding up the process we had mapped out, definitely. We have a lot planned for his character, and we're going to touch on as much of it as we can, in sending him off to his destiny in Metropolis."
The show has already seen major characters depart in heartbreaking, unexpected send-offs, but when it comes to Perry White, it isn't hard to believe that it may be predictable in its approach. However, executive producer, Chris Davis, tells us that, "we've seen Jimmy revealed as Henry, Oliver end up with Chloe, Lex die and resurface as a clone on Smallville... so not everything is set in stone." The show is expected to delve into Earth-2 mid-season. Could the Perry White of the future we know be from another world entirely? "We want the audience to question everything. We want them to be uncertain. So never say never on anything, when it comes to this series." That said, Davis revealed that the story for Perry's send-off has been mapped out since the very beginning, and, "the fans will be heartbroken- that's all I can say."
Michael McKean is expected to appear in "a minimum of 12 episodes this season," with, of course, "a maximum of 22." The actor teases, his arc this year will demonstrate the character's own mortality, and that for every action, there is a consequence. As well as that, the relationship between he and Chloe will return to being a primary focus of his arc, and the Fate helmet also plays a roll. The exact number of episodes McKean will appear in is unknown, and whether or not he will be in this year's finale. More will be revealed as the season progresses.
Until then, what do you make of this news? Sound off below!

Jack......this news is so depressing. But in a way.....Im happy that Perry's storyline is going to be done tastefully this season and that Earth-2 is a big part of the mid-season Its going to be really sad that Perry has to give up WT. WHY DO YOU TORTURE ME SO? I MEAN HE JUST GOT WT LAST SEASON. I swear I'm coming after you if Perry from Earth-1 dies and Perry from Earth-2 takes his place!!! For the earth-2 episode....will we be seeing everyone from the cast? Or just Chloe, Clark, and Davis?
