MEET THE CAST OF WATCHTOWER SEASON THREE One of the many changes to the new season of 'Watchtower' is its cast as the end of last season saw the departures of quite a few central characters. With the announcement of the new season, VSGuide can reveal who will be back for the 22 action-packed episode third season of Watchtower, and who will be hitting the road. Here's a statement, released by the network: "LAST SEASON'S FINALE SAW THE FALL OF GOTHAM CITY, AND THE HEROES SWORN TO FIGHT FOR IT SLOWLY DESCEND INTO DARKNESS. NOW, ITS TIME TO RISE FROM THE ASHES FOR ITS BIGGEST SEASON YET- Christian Bale steps into the role of 'lead male' as his vigilante, crime-fighting persona ('Batman') becomes a symbol of hope, and fear, in Gotham. Assisting him, Dylan Walsh joins the main cast as Commissioner Jim Gordon, who struggles to draw a line between doing what's right and following the law, when it comes to his partnership with the big, black bat. Speaking of lines, Kayla Ewell's Helena Bertinelli steps back into the role of 'Huntress' and returns to Gotham City with a new set of rules that puts her on Batman's radar. Michael McKean reprises his role of Perry White, hell-bent on cleaning the corrupt city with words of justice as the Editor-in-Chief of Gotham Gazette, as well as utilizing his new resources as 'Watchtower'. By his side, Yvonne Strahovski's Vicki Vale joins the main cast as an ambitious reporter with a lethal curiosity that can often lead her down dangerous paths. Bryan Greenberg joins the main cast as an original character with a unique ability, and Stana Katic fills one of the most iconic roles of the series- Talia Al Ghul is coming to Gotham! Series Star Allison Mack is also back, but can the same be said for Chloe Sullivan? Don't miss out on the all new season of Watchtower!" Also confirmed back for the new season, Eliza Dushku tells VSGuide that she'll reprise the role of 'Selina Kyle' for several episodes throughout the season, but to expect more of the woman behind the mask, as opposed to her femme fatale persona, Catwoman! As for fan-favourite Dinah Lance, Alaina Huffman tells us: "You will see her back in Gotham very, very soon." Producers confirm the actresses for the third season, but a set number of episodes are yet to be decided. More information as production progresses. In the meantime, check out the new opening credits for the upcoming third season:

*Passes Out* Jack... you've reached a point in the show where major cast changes have been made, and it's brilliant!! The new set of characters in the main cast are going to bring so many cool, interesting arcs for season three, and can I be the first one to scream "EEEEEHHHHH" at the fact that Talia Al Ghul is coming to the show, and as a regular?? How sick is that!?!?
Seriously, I'm looking forward to seeing what the characters bring to the table next season, and what an AWESOME opening! You're the king of credits, dude. I've said it before, and I'll say it again. Perfection!!

And I freakin' love Talia Al Ghul, I'm really excited about introducing her, and really layering that character as the season progresses. I hope you love her, or love to hate her, or whatever she ends up becoming! HAHA. Unlike last season, where there were two distinct big bads for each half that linked in the end, this one is more pieced together and woven throughout, and I really hope I can find the time to write another full 22 episode season. It is the plan! xD Thanks for the support Chris. Best. Friend. Eveeeeer. Hahahaha

I totally didnt call Gordon becoming apart of the cast Hehe. I love Gordon. I'm a sucker for that Batman/Gordon bromance, and I've always been fascinated in that partnership because vigilante's work outside of the law, and Gordon's entire job revolves around the law- so its going to be fun to look at that aspect of their relationship this season. Plus, I have more exciting news about Gordon to reveal further down the hiatus wait. Don't wanna give all the teasers away in one day. EDIT: Updated the first two episodes with some spoilers, purely because I just made like 22 empty, useless posts, and felt really bad about it. So I shoved some stuff there. Ya'll should check it out! *texan dance*

Aw, thanks Brady! I hope you enjoy this third season just as much as you did the second- I can tell you I've got a pretty huge season planned for Helena that I hope you don't completely hate. And you're too kind about my editing, haha. Way too kind. But it made me happy, so now-

Hahaha. Jack....I expect Helena and Vicki to be kicking some ass this season . Preferably I think a cat fight should be in every finale and one actual episode.haha And also since your bringing in Zatanna I can't wait to see her interactions with Bruce as the rest of the home team. Which leads me to this question..... What's the status of the home team in this new season?
