I saw the pilot of this and hated it. Tempted to give it a second chance though because I've heard good things from some people. We'll see if I get round to it.

I saw the pilot of this and hated it. Tempted to give it a second chance though because I've heard good things from some people. We'll see if I get round to it. Yeah, the pilot was revved up so much that when it aired, I didn't find it as great as reviews claimed. That said, it has become one of my favourite shows to watch, and its extremely fast-paced and exciting to watch week-to-week. My favourite character right now is Felicity Smoak. Plus, Helena Bertinelli was great to see, and I loved how Oliver helped her understand the concept of justice/revenge, and tried to shed a new light on her approach to fighting crime. Love that she had an archery lesson, too. That was awesome. I can't wait for Helena to return- I think the episode is actually called "The Huntress Returns" which is pretty freakin' cool. On top of that, I'm looking forward to seeing Alex Kingston on the show, and am over the moon happy that Felicity Smoak will be a regular character next season- she's my favourite on the show.

I've got maybe four more episodes until I'm up to date with this show, but I have really enjoyed season one. I was (and still am) a bit iffy about a few of the characters and actors, who fall flat more at times, but overall, it's a good show.

Wow, really enjoyed that episode. Loved all the things that happened between Oliver and Tommy, and THAT ENDING, OH MY GOD. Anyways... MARCH 20TH?! You hate me, CW, I know it.

I'm really excited for Alex Kingston's guest appearance(s). Can't believe she's actually playing "Dinah Lance". I wonder if there will be any mention of The Black Canary, or any sort of references to that mythology throughout her stints. I don't know if that's something this show will be tackling- especially considering there's no "supernatural" element to the show, in terms of there being metahumans- but its certainly a journey I'd like to see Laurel take (becoming a vigilante as well). This show moves really fast, so perhaps development on that will be seen by the end of the season? XD

Okay, I am such a Ollie/Felicity shipper now. Dinah/Tommy can stay together for all I car. OLLIE AND FELICITY FTW.

This latest episode was so painful to watch- in the good way. Dinah breaking down out of guilt for "killing" her own daughter, Moira overwhelmed at having blood on her eyes, Felicity feeling at fault for not stopping 'the savior', and Roy accepting his own death because "no one will miss" him. Ugh. It killed me, seriously. The episodes just get better and better.
I've never been the BIGGEST fan of the island flashbacks, but I do like that they lead to their own climax with each new episode. I'm excited to see what kind of a season finale a show like Arrow will produce. Big moments in the present, and the past, I take it. Both are leading somewhere HUUUUUUGE.

The finale was sooooo good. I'm very attached to all these characters at this point so whenever their lives were like hanging in the balance, I'm freaking out like the biggest weirdo. I went into the episode convinced that either Thea would die (inspiring Roy even more to become 'Speedy'), or Det. Lance would die (jump starting a Laurel as Black Canary arc for Season 2), and was completely shocked at who the big death of the season was. The way the episode ended was like *jaw hits floor* seriously, I was waiting for it to blackout and give us another act of tying up loose ends, but then it said "ARROW" and was over, and I'm like "craaaaaap!" Looking forward to seeing what Season Two brings us. Still, not the biggest fan of the island stuff, even though most people I talk to say its probably their favourite thing about the show. Felicity is still my favourite character, and I'm glad she's full time next season

no, Jack, I'm with on the front that I'm hoping they reduce the island stuff - yes, it helps show us how Ollie became the man he is now, but at the same time, they could tone it down, reduce it to every other episode, but I guess with Slade becoming a full time regular, unless he's coming in as the new Big Bad, then I guess we'll be seeing the same amount of island fare. Love the fact that both Roy and Felicity are coming back as regulars, but I also hope we see more of Laurel's mother, because I love Alex Kingston from way back yonder, and hope they use her to expand Laurel into her "Black Canary" alter ego.

I love the season finale, beginning to ending, & the revelation that there's a second device was a big "oh crap" moment.
With the undertaking (partially) prevented, I can't wait to see what direction the show will take. Although I'm predicting that next season, Oliver start training Roy and Diggle will get his revenge on Deadshot. Also I hope Laurel will start training in self-defense and been on her way to becoming a hero in her own right.

I'm looking forward to Arrow's second, and final season. I say that, because Summer Glau just joined as a recurring character, and she literally kills anything she touches TV wise, hahaha. I love her so much, but god! ERRRYTHING. Well, almost everything...

I heard about this today and I almost lost my sh-t! lmfao! I don't believe Summer is cursed! How could something so beautiful be cursed? LMAO Seriously, I doubt The CW will cancel this one so soon. If you get renewed for season 2, you're pretty much in the clear until season 4. lol IDK, I'm just talking out the side of my neck.

Gosh, what role is she in? Maybe she is only cursed if she's in major roles, like River and Cameron. All I know is that I need Arrow to last a long time
